Trattoria Acquata Cornalta di Bracca Reviews
Abbiamo pranzato.
Ambiente accogliente, cucina molto buona e tradizionale. Cameriera gentile e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo Se siete in zona consiglio di passare
Delicious and beautifully presented food, welcoming staff, and above all, excellent taragna. Congratulations!!!! We'll definitely be back.
Amazing food
It was our first time there for dinner, and I must say, everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The polenta taragna was truly worth trying, and it's worth going there alone. The girl who served us was really kind and polite. We'll definitely be back. Beautiful view, peace and quiet. Everything was TOP!!!!
Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food, and truly delicious polenta taragna. Highly recommended.
The trattoria is in classic mountain style, and the staff is friendly and helpful. As for the food, I ordered an appetizer (the only one on the menu, consisting of local cured meats, Taleggio cheese, and a mix of vegetables and pickled vegetables), which was delicious. Then I ordered the polenta taragna with roe deer, and that was when the surprise came: it was incredibly delicious, a real treat. With water, a glass of red wine, dessert (also good), and coffee, it was €36. A wonderful discovery; if it weren't so out of the way, you'd be right for a subscription.
A welcoming and elegant restaurant, like every mountain restaurant, wood reigns supreme here, and it's beautifully finished! Very friendly staff... Very good food... Beautiful views... Ample parking on the level ground... Try it, you won't be disappointed... and if you bring guests, you'll make a great impression! Well done to all the staff, and congratulations!
I'm in heaven

A rustic restaurant serving traditional Bergamasque cuisine made exclusively in-house (you can see and taste the quality of the produce), ample outdoor parking, and a terrace with a priceless view of the valley below. Excellent, family-friendly service. A la carte menu; perhaps a fixed-price menu is missing, but the price is still decent considering the high quality of the produce. I've always tried it on Mondays for lunch, and perhaps it's because it's not on a main road, but I've always had a wonderful experience.

So the overall rating is 3 stars, for the dishes and the ambience (I mean the view), the food is good, we came here for a confirmation, I should point out that the celebrant is from Bergamo (but not that high up, about 20 km from his house) we instead came from the province of Milan, and it took us more or less an hour to go and an hour to come back, let's say that for eating polenta and braised meat, I would choose another place given the immense distance, at least if I have to go there just to eat (it would certainly have been more pleasant if we had gone there for a walk and then to eat), let's put it this way they don't offer anything more than other places in the Bergamo area (except for the view which is really really beautiful), however overall the food was good, except for the sorbet which was a lemon granita, but now let's get to the service, if it could have been given 0 I would have given it 0, the service was not slower, the room wasn't even too full to justify a 45 minute wait, then many people ordered first courses and other second courses, and the waitresses didn't even bother to ask if we wanted everything brought together, so those who only ordered the first courses ate first and those who had only ordered the second courses ate later (and not even a little), we sat down at the table around 1.45/2.00 pm and the food arrived around 2.45 pm, not to mention the mess that there was in the orders, for example I had ordered the polenta bergamasca with braised meat (and then another person had ordered the same thing) and what they did they brought 4 portions of polenta and the same for the taragna with other people who had ordered 8 portions (too bad that only 2 people had ordered the taragna), they did the same thing with the appetizers, we had asked for 3 cutting boards and they brought 5 (because it was better) among other things the appetizers were inedible if I may say, and moreover not even a spoon to take them (considering that they were all to be taken with the spoon), the same thing for the chips and for the water We ended up with more than we asked for (and I can't imagine what ended up on the bill, but it was certainly more than we were told... with a higher price, obviously, clearly due to this kind of disorganization). Furthermore, one of the waitresses kept getting the dishes wrong; first she brought one of the girls pasta with mushrooms when she had asked for ragù, then she brought rabbit (and no one had ordered rabbit), and then there was also a mistake with the desserts... in short, the service was just not up to par. And that's why the overall rating is 3, which would actually be (if we really want to be picky) between 2 and 3.
We had lunch at this restaurant, and although the taragna was very good and the main courses were decent, what ruined the experience was the absolutely excessive wait. We sat down at 1:00 PM and didn't have lunch until 3:00 PM. This is unacceptable. We understand there may have been a staff shortage/issue, but it would have been appropriate to let us know before ordering. Such slow service without any prior communication is truly shameful.
