We stopped for breakfast on our way to Alben; the croissants and coffee were excellent. And on the way back, we stopped for a beer. Even though it was well past lunchtime, we still managed to grab a delicious sandwich. The place is nice, perhaps a little out of this world. The barista is very friendly. Five stars for their friendliness and helpfulness.

A welcoming, unpretentious family restaurant, you can feel a certain homey atmosphere within its walls. Friendly staff, multilingual waiters. The pizza is exceptionally good, as is the baked shank. For the taragna polenta with porcini mushrooms, I'd recommend adding one of their local cheeses for that extra kick. Though a little meticulously crafted, yet charming, I must commend the unexpected surprise and warmth this place exudes.

A small trattoria-pizzeria (pizza only in the evening) in the center of Cornalba. We ate well at a very fair price. We were surprised to find Valtellina sciat on the menu: small but truly tasty and well-cooked. A wide selection of grilled meats. Generous dessert portions. Truly attentive and thoughtful service. Super professional.

This place is good although I wouldn't say is a cheap eat but rather a place where to go and eat a well served traditional cuisine. We visited the place a couple of time during our holidays and it was always a nice stop.

The online information is incorrect. If you remain closed, you should update it. I walked three hours with my family to get to you... we didn't call because my husband came in November and asked for your opening hours. You didn't share that you would be closed... and neither on the website nor on Google was this information updated. We couldn't have called anyway because my phone is American and doesn't allow us to make calls to other countries. I understand you don't appreciate a negative review, but responding passive-aggressively using capital letters doesn't change the fact that you forgot something and that you gave a customer incorrect information when asked. We had come from far away, but unfortunately we were unable to try the restaurant's cuisine. Truly delighted that the restaurant hadn't closed permanently as announced, but had reopened under new management, we hoped to return to this establishment on the Friday of the Christmas market in December 2022, where we had always received a warm welcome and excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, we found the place completely unprepared for the large influx (certainly not unforeseeable, given the success of the beautiful Christmas market). What was especially annoying was the lack of professionalism in terms of customer service. While I understand the difficulty of responding to so many concentrated requests, I understand much less the inability to capitalize on the "luck" of having so many customers (and the inability to prevent a predicted situation), something many establishments dream of. Honestly, we've lost the desire to return, and I say this with a heavy heart, because it was a place that was simply special to us, both for its atmosphere and the quality of its cuisine. I correct myself, the day was Thursday 8/12.
