A little bit slow being the food but it was one of the best roast beef and curly fries that I've ever had at an Arby's.
My husband and I ate inside Arby's for the first time in years and it was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted by Lawrence D and the restaurant was very, very clean. What I appreciated about this visit most was Lawrence. He did not stop working the whole time we ate our dinner (cleaning, trash, wiping things down, etc) and was very kind. He even went above and beyond to find us a high chair and bring it out to us. Meeting hard-working AND kind people is a rarity these days and we appreciated it!!! Also, the food was fantastic!!
The Big Cheesy,go lite on the sauce and no Pickles or Tomato, with Bacon and Crinkle fries is better than a QPC Grown from a "Golden Seed" any day. The $15 is worth it. They have phenomenal Mellow Yellow too!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is, it would have been nice if the young man that took our orders or the lady cooking had given a smile. A smile goes a long way!
The cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been to. The food was served quickly, hot and fresh. Penny is awesome going above and beyond for every customer.
We drive up and down 15/99 a lot and this small detour to this Arby's is worth it! The restrooms are clean, the buns are fresh and they give you a true double classic with juicy, fresh meat when you order and pay for it. The cashier is friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor! 😊
Hands down friendliest staff EVER!!! Food was meticulously made and very fresh. We dont have Arbys close to our home so we take advantage to eat at Arbys when we travel. Some Arbys store can be a bit disappointing but this store have good food - its super clean and the staff are FANTASTIC. Job well done - big DING DING on the customer satisfaction bell. I had the 5 chicken strips and I couldn't decide on the curly or fries. I asked the cashier to choose. She did and good choice. My brother had the fish sandwich. Temperature was nice in there. Very hospitable / restroom very clean. Great staff. Very accommodating. Also may I suggest for people who are driving. If you're going to complain about long lines in the drive thru. I suggest you park your car, go inside and order. It's a lot faster. Be respectful & responsible for the energy you carry. Many are going through silent battles.

Roast beef seemed bland nothing special curley fries was good but they had diet Dr pepper so that's a plus
Just a good Arby's, I am only at this location at night during week but when I am there they do a good job. No mistakes and I've seen them help others without complaints above and beyond. If you like Arby's then this night Cree will not let you down
Good food, and surprisingly good customer service. Ordered 3 items off the menu, one of which was going to take a few extra moments, so the cashier told me I could have a seat and he would bring out the last item once it was done. NEVER has this happen at any other fast-food joint. One star off because the soda machine isn't cleaned often and Arby's is very pricey.
Had to wait at drive through. Associates were nice.
Large fry? Nice try. Not only were the containers half full, the fries were cold and undercooked. No matter how good the service or nice the atmosphere, we pay for the food and that's what has to be on point. This visit was not as satisfying.
The drive through line was decent but could have moved way faster if the manager wasn't sitting in his vehicle smoking!! I found it extremely upsetting that he sat there while everyone inside was busting their butts to move through the dinner rush! The food was good and the people at the window were nice. But I mean come on your a manager for a reason! ACT LIKE ONE!!!
11/2 2:45 A cheeseburger with meat, cheese, ketchup and bread got messed up again. The ticket on the burger was right the kitchen messed up again
There has never been a time where I have come here.And I haven't been asked to pull up and wait.
I’ve had my husband bring home Arby’s for dinner here and there and I’m so over the fact I have him even say he wants the Arby’s sauce for my beef and cheddar and the past 4 times even after being told it was in the bag get home and of course it’s not there
