We only went to the dealership to test drive a 2025 Infiniti QX60 because we had not decided what kind of vehicle we wanted, but because we were offered such a great deal on a 2026 loaner car that had just been taken off of the loaner squad, we drove out with a slightly used, low mileage, 2026 QX60. Sam Curry was our salesman and we enjoyed dealing with him. We felt like he really took good care of us. He even drove 45 minutes to our home the next day to pick up our trade-in. Beat Car Max!

They anticipated the repairs taking all day and scheduled to drop off a loaner because I had a little one to pick up after school. I recently bought my second QX80 because of the service and care I have received in the past, however I was very disappointed this last visit. They no longer provide a loaner car for service and It took over two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. which is normally an one hour procedure, and it wasn't washed as usual. It actually still had a number 3 in red magic marker still on the windshield when it was finally returned to me, which was under pressure because I needed to pick up children at school. My service representative is always a pleasure, but the shop foreman needs to amp up his game.
