6•7•26 came in for a quick snack just wanted cheesecake it was good but only thing I didn't like i was sat outside in the mall gnats was an issue kept swatting that was the only flaw I was not happy abt it. They kept landing on his cheese cake and that was annoying. Waiter didn't come out to ck on us so that being said I should have just gotten a take out and eat at my own comfortable place or spot. Not outside inside the mall... 4•13•25 This is my 3rd time coming to this cheesecake factory and always is delish! And I get great customer service. Great staff very friendly.

Really enjoyed the food. Service was great. Can't say enough great things about our waiter. Only drawback was that we were seated on the porch area, and while enclosed, the seats were very uncomfortable. Loved the fish tacos, sliders and key lime mango cheesecake. Hope they get a bananas foster cheesecake soon. Lol. Highly recommended!

The Shrimp Scampi dish was absolutely divine! The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were outstanding. However, if you're not a fan of garlic, be aware that it's quite prominent in this dish. Nevertheless, it was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was also exceptional - very romantic and intimate, with soft background music that allowed for easy conversation. The Chicken Madeira, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and chicken were all expertly prepared and full of flavor. I didn’t care for the lemon meringue cheesecake, but my spouse said that reminded him of his mom's famous lemon meringue pie - a sweet and tangy delight that brought back fond memories. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

It has been years since I've been to a CF and I was pleasantly surprised at this location. The atmosphere was modern and inviting. There was a 20 min wait to be seated, no big deal at all. The hostess was very polite. Our server was prompt and courteous. Drinks and food were out pretty quickly and everything looked and tasted yummy. The menu is extensive and there is literally something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the large number of seafood entrees offered. Your options for cheesecake are endless and I love that you can take an entire cake home with you. It is a lovely restaurant and I was very pleased with everything.

Such a beautiful restaurant, the decor and atmosphere is very fancy but cozy. The staff are all so friendly and attentive! Issac was our server and he was great. Food was delicious, I had the Cobb salad. It was really good but not spectacular, especially for the price. If the chicken was grilled it would have been so much better. It was huge though, definitely shareable meals! They mixed up our cheesecake order and fixed it right away. There are plenty more things on the menu we would love to come back and try! The chicken Shwarma was delicious and the unlimited bread and butter, mmmmm. Our server even gave us drinks to go. That was very sweet.

Over priced. Everything tasted very good. But I can get the same food for less somewhere else. As usual the cheese cake was excellent and well worth the price. Spinach dip appetizer was enough for 6 people. Table for 2 was tiny! Plates didn't all fit. Portion sizes were way too big. Meatloaf had 3 thick slices and 2 sides! Spaghetti... 4 giant meatballs, ratio to spaghetti was off. $113.00 including a generous tip. Menu was extremely overwhelming. They should publish that book. It takes an hour to read it. I loved our waiter. I left him a $25 tip. He was young, and one might say he was OVERLY attentive and apologetic about the wait for our food. Which did not take long. The place was 3/4 empty.... It's very large in there and tons of tables. I usually don't leave a review of I feel it will be negative. But... I think people should know and I hope the restaurant takes these things as constructive. BECAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD! The atmosphere was beautifully done.

The server was great! They were able to accommodate the "off menu," Steak Diane with Chicken Madeira combo and it was delicious! Also, ordered the spinach and artichoke dip but the chips were stale, our server remedied it right away. The skinny menu offered the steak medallions, it was very filling and tasty, would definitely order again. The cheesecake pictured was raspberry lemon with lady fingers, our server recommended it and wow!! Soooo delish!!

This is the first time we've been there. Waitress was nice and attentive. She didn't forget a single thing and all of our food came out hot. We really enjoyed it but a little to our of our price range to do it often.

I have a mental hang-up going to a place with the words "cheesecake" and "factory" in the title with the expectation of getting a solid, 'artsy' meal. But that is exactly what I got and they delivered well. Asian-styled Poke nachos? Wow... I was impressed, they delivered in spades. Server was really nice, she did great. They seemed to maybe have overloaded her a bit: she had a big section and that including bussing/drinks... more than anything I ever assigned as a restaurant manager. But she did admirably and walked away with a 25% tip from me. Really nice being able to come to the mall and get a dining experience like this!

We’ve eaten at other locations but this was our first time eating at this location. The atmosphere is always great. I enjoyed the bites and snacks more. Their salads are good too. The only thing that needs improvement from what we got was their chicken lettuce wraps. The chicken was a little rubbery. Good flavor but just rubbery. We’ll be back to try other dishes and of course the cheesecake is always good.

Very disappointed in our visit today. Our server was nice but rarely checked on us. The food took a long time to come out(expected at CF). But we were missing my daughter’s flatbread. Server said he’d go check on it and after a while he came out with a pretty burned pizza. He didn’t acknowledge it was burned just left it and walked away. My daughter didn’t want me to make a fuss and it took so long we didn’t want to have it remade. Definitely will not be going back to this place.

Hostess were rude. We wanted a booth and she didn’t want to sit us at a booth when many of them were open. She asked us where we were from because it seemed like we weren’t from there. lol. Salmon was all gone. My shrimp linguini pasta tasted old, and my boyfriend’s curry dish didn’t taste fresh either. Cheesecake was ok. The bread was good. We had some Avocado egg rolls. Those were fresh and good. Our server Delilah was super helpful about everything and was super nice

I had the spicy ginger beef, tenderloin. This was a new dish to the restaurant as was told to my by my server so I decided to try it. I like I try different things on the menu. While it was very good, I found the portion to be extremely small in Cheesecake Factory standards. I’ve tried about everything on the menu and this is by far the smallest. I’m a little disappointed and felt you should know. This was my only complaint. Actually there is another. I started my dining experience at 6pm and on a Friday evening. After my waitress asked me if I wanted some more dinner rolls (which I replied yes) she told me they were out of stock on the dark rye rolls. At 6pm and out. Really? I am not much into sour dough and that dough was extremely crusty. I will most definitely be back as it is a main stop on my travels down from Canada.

We hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years. You're given bread when you sit down at the table. The bread's good. I ordered the Skinnylicious crispy chicken sandwich. It comes with a side salad. Both were good. My husband ordered the Cajun breakfast hash and said it was good. Our waiter - Isaac - did an amazing job. He was constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed.
