Great drop in lunch.

Like when I go into a Fast Food place and the service, atmosphere and time is very pleasant. The service was great and friendly. Food was great. Stopped in a log truck.

We was finally able to get kids Whataburger after BIG SNOW SHUTDOWN!! We made it first in line and everything was AWESOME!

Even at 2:30 on a Sunday morning staff was friendly, food was fresh, and dining area was clean.

Love this place. My husband works around this area. I always love the number 7 combo with cheese medium. It's not too big and not too small. My sweetie pie loves the number 1 with cheese and extra jalapenos. It's always fresh, hot, and a good value for your dollar. Sometimes you might have a small wait time.

Wonderful place! The staff were super friendly, the lobby and restrooms were clean, my order was made fresh and they even got my son's complicated order right on the money! (He's picky lol)! All in all i give it 5 big Texas lone stars! Can't wait until that A-1 burger comes back to town! Now that's good eating!

One of the cleanest whataburgers I’ve even been in and the service was great! They even bring you your choice is sauce to your seat…! Would recommend as a awesome rest stop for anyone needing to get out of the drivers seat for a little bit!

Stop by here for a late night dinner after finishing my run. Whataburger shares location with 7-11. Parking is big enough for ur tractor/trailers, just park in the back of the building. Got the Bacon Blue cheese burger delicious.

11/7/24: While on a hunting trip nearby, I decided to get a burger. This was my first visit but it won't be my last! Service was prompt and polite from the employee. The food was fresh, hot and good, and it came just as I ordered it! I recommend you stop in if you want good food and good service.

Our burgers were excellent, but what really did us in were the DR. PEPPER SHAKES!!!! So yummy!! So thankful that Patrick Mahomes demanded Whataburger in the Kansas City area and one is being built near my neighborhood!

They did not make the burger right, but they fixed it with no problem and made me feel like it was no problem. All of my food was fresh. They sure know how to treat people with lots of customer service. The lady that took my order, the lady that asked if you want condiments, and the lady that was cleaning the dining room has the best customer service I've ever received. ⚘️💝

As usual great burgers left stuff. This is one of those places you must try when you're down south. Is the equivalent to California's In-N-Out Burger although very different taste neither can compare to each other but both are great.

Mckenzie is a cutie patootie and has the most beautiful smile. 10/10 would recommend, just to see her again.

Pleasant waitstaff. Wonderful, filling, great tasting, hot off the grill burger. Crisp, perfectly salted fries. The best unsweetened iced tea from a fast food place. Freshly made,and not bitter, refreshing. Yummy apple pies. The entire place was eat off the floor clean. Bathrooms were even amazing. This store doesn't skip on details. Knowledgeable regarding service dogs. Zero issues. This was a home coming for me. My first WB since January of 2020. I can alway depend on the best from a Whattaburger in Texas. 💙

The breakfast Burger combo is my go to breakfast meal at least three times a week. The sauce on the breakfast burger sets it apart from any other breakfast sandwich.This location alway have the best tasting meals of any other location .

The manager was awesome. I didn’t get his name but he was African American. They did not put cheese on my burger so I asked my daughter to go inside and request my cheese. The manager came to the car and reviewed my receipt he told me to keep the burger I had and made me a fresh one.

Whataburger is always great food but the management here was top notch. We were welcomed upon entering and they helped us get through 5 kids figuring out what they wanted and ordering. My kid had a French fry mishap that they were quick and happy to fix and then while waiting for the fresh ones I watched the mangers handle 2 different personnel issues very professionally and tactfully when in a difficult situation. Keep up the great work!

There was a women working in the front around 1pm. She was the best experience I’ve ever had at Whataburger. She should get a raise on how kind and bubbly she was. She was working so hard on sales and helping everyone else out while doing the counter. 11/10 recommend coming there to everyone.

Everything was great, as are most of the Whataburgers we visit. The manager helped with care & concern, when the new, older employee was having a hard time with my order. A pleasure to stop see kindness in the workplace! I recommend a visit here! Plus, there's a huge pond with a fountain, next to it. There are holiday lights decorations surrounding it.

Always have to make a stop at Whataburger when visiting Texas. This restaurant has the best fast food hamburger, even better than In-N-Out, there I said it. I had the Whataburger combo with fries and spicy ketchup. It was just as good as every other time I have been and would never hesitate to visit a location, if I near. I'll definitely be back.

My husband, our grandson Eedan and I stopped at Whataburger, for dinner. I had a chicken strip meal. Eedan had a Whataburger Jr meal. My husband had a banana pudding shake. The restaurant was clean and busy providing takeout orders. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. The Whataburger employees were friendly and helpful. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-lit.

We don't have Whataburger in Illinois, so this was my first time. Everyone had told me that it's so awesome, so we gave it a try while in Texas. I was disappointed. A bit better than McDonald's, but not all that. Very overpriced as well. Almost $12 for a junior & a regular. At least I can finally say I've had a Whataburger.

Whataburger restaurant attached to a nice gas station. 5 stars for truck parking! Minus one star for the huge potholes. Got the triple burger and peach shake. Was pretty good. The bun was more Texas sized than the rest. Decent flavor....but the price was steep (like that pothole in the back). 16 bucks and change! Better food and better prices at 5 Guys or In'NOut in my humble opinion but it did hit the spot. I'd go back.

This location always seems to have some issues, I order ahead and they always get stuff wrong or forget something with the order. In the last couple of visits, there were different conflicts within the restaurant either between staff or with staff and customers. Sometimes the staff is pretty rude towards customers me included.

I understand why Whataburger is always so crowded, the competition is trash and can’t compete. Not saying Whataburger is perfect but I would definitely send my here versus the other fast food burger places. I order online, so I expect my food to be ready by the time the app says it should and I give them a few minutes, like 5 , to ensure it is. But every time I go, it’s never ready, the food nor drinks. But I don’t complain too much, because as I said earlier, they are always busy and my food is hot and fresh.

Stopped in for a quick bite to go. The food was fine but the cashier was not too friendly. Paid 25 cents for a cup of ice and fountain water which I have never been charged before. Not a big deal but unusual.

whataburger food is always good. this location had homeless traffic. one fella actually sat down at my table and kept asking for bus fare. i finally dumped my food out at left. i had ate amost half of its, so i did get to eat some. best get it to go.

The FOOD was great. However we waited 18 minutes for our order. There were only 2 orders ahead of us. The cashier was new and asked for help, the woman that helped her a manager I am sure, was NOT PLEASANT. Her demeanor was off putting. I would go back for the food just make certain I had time to wait VERY patiently.

Best one I've been to yet. The young girl at register was super nice. The food came out fairly quick which is a change from my local places and the food was nice and hot. Biscuit was really hot and fresh, it was soft and flaky. Definitely a surprise of service and food for a place located in a gas station.

This is a really nice Whataburger that shares a building with a 7-Eleven/ Shell station. They have a nice large parking lot with easy access off and on US Highway 59. The restrooms are very clean. The store employees are very friendly. The food is very good and served promptly.

This Whataburger shares a space with a Shell gas station’s convenience store. It’s a good stop to refuel both the vehicle and the travelers. 😊 The dining area is huge and clean. The service is good and the meals were enjoyable. They have the same system that one finds in all other Whataburgers. Condiment tray is offered to you along with your meal. The beverage station is in the dining area for easy refills. There are clean restrooms available for use. And they are also open 24 hours.

What a burger 🍔 is or was a great place! 100% texas until it unfortunately sold out to some lame company from Chicago! I miss the original one in corpus Christi. Now like everything else the price is ridiculous and the quality seems to have dropped! Change is always good when it's after you gave a dollar or even your underwear. But never core principles. Rest in peace what a burger you will truly be missed !

I have eaten here a long time ago and I remember the employee taking the order was not understanding what we wanted. And the order took a really long time to be given to us. This is an uncommon thing with Whataburger though!

Yes, it's better than a typical nationwide fast food burger place. Not really worth $13 though. Good to try once, but prefer to have a waiter/waitress for that price.

It was very late at night and I’ll probably never go there again. The service was half assed, the food was gross, and the place was dirty. If at all possible please avoid this whataburger.

Very slow at getting someone to take my order, management standing around talking to each other why cashier's doing something in the back. Customers waiting to order were not a priority. Other than the lack of sweet tea and service, food was good.

I love Whataburger. I have been to this location twice on 2 different road trips and have had a terrible experience both times. On both occasions the wait time was over 30 minutes. My last visit was the worst of the 2 where not only did I have to wait what seemed like forever but my order was all wrong. I wasn't even offered napkins and/ketchup! I definitely won't be back a 3rd time.

I've had good whataburger before but this place was sad. No complaints about the customer service, but the food was not so great. My family all got tea that was really sour, and my husband and brother both got patty melts that had plain bread slapped on that hadn't even been toasted. My chicken melt had only a couple peppers and just wasn't very good. I hate to leave a bad review but this particular place could use some help.

We were traveling through Saturday morning (6-1-19) and decided to stop here for breakfast. This was by far the rudest staff I've ever experienced. The man taking the order was very sarcastic and the on duty manager was running the window she never looked at us, never smiled, never said thank you or have a nice day...nothing. When we got our food it had been completely dumped out of its packaging and was a horrible mess almost to point of not being able to eat it. If you hate your life that bad, then fix it. Don't take it out on other people.

Ok first of all I love whataburger...but this whataburger truly sucked. We ordered our food at 638 pm according to my receipt and did not get our food until 755 pm. Now I'm not sure how they are suppose to serve their customers but there were 5 customers waiting for 10 to 20 minutes or more for their food with us. What I did notice is the workers: mainly managers main concern was the drive thru..I get it but man when you got to drive from texas to Georgia that was messy. When I tried to cancel they decide to bring my order out. Not ever again

If you really love waiting 1 hour to pick up an order that was ready for pick up as you walked in the door, and then hear the kitchen staff tell you that the order was already picked up, then show them on their own screen that it’s still pending, and wait still, and have angry employees stare at you the entire time, then this is the place for you! Joe, manager, was the only helpful person in the kitchen. He came in about 30 minutes after I walked in the door.

Been too many Whataburgers but this one by far the worst order # 234215 never ordered it dry ask the African lady with green polo shirt if they could add the veggies and mustard her response was very unprofessional and rude came back with Mayor and mustard and no veggies to top it off the meat Patty's weren't even fresh and still gave me attitude NEVER AGAIN I rather take my business South of here :(

Took forever!!! There was one employee doing everything for the inside restaurant. A line backed up while she was prepping, preparing, delivering, and taking orders. Meanwhile the manager (per her name tag) was just stocking cups and ketchup. One lady waited almost 35 minutes for one bag of food. On top of all that... The food was mediocre at best.

I have been through the drive through today 5/5/25 and the window was slammed in my face as I asked for condiments. Sat there and was looked at numerous times through the window and I finally had to honk to get any service again. Rude to say the least. Teach your employees some basic respect and customer service.

Whatajoke!! Ordered a standard combo meal, nothing special, and waited for 15min. What was beyond belief was that two orders that came in after me were served before mine; I was told in a hostile way that the 'computer made a mistake was the reason for the delay!' I had never complained or anything. The burger tasted weird, like it was boiled and not broiled, I just wound up throwing it out because it was too friggin disgusting!

I got a chicken strip meal. What should come with chicken strips toast fries gravy and a drink. I got 3 pieces of chicken (no bigger that 2 1/2 inch’s each) and gravy… no toast no fries no drink. Just a little bit of chicken and some gravy….

They got my order wrong, gave me a cold slice for my burger. I got a replacement sandwich and asked me to throw the other sandwich, when they noticed I didn’t throw it away ( why waste food) girl serving the food took the sandwich from me to throw it away.

Took 2 tries to get my order out and both times got it wrong and charged 1.04 a slice x 2 for a sandwich that called for cheese already and didn't get all ingredients on the sandwich that it called for! So be very specific so they get it right the first time and remember the extra charges for cheese!

Two chicken fajita tacos for $19! And it took over 15 minutes to get that and there were not many people here. Taste was ok, little salty but fresh and hot. Not even any cheese on it. Maybe might pay the price again with cheese and avocado.
