This was right below our apartment so it was really convenient for us to get our daily gelato fix! Service is good and quick. They’re fast when it comes to moving the queue along. They have all the usual fruit and nut flavours, nothing out of the norm. But the flavours they had, they did well. We’ve had the mango, fragola, limone, pistachio, nocciola, stracciatella, gianduia and they were all absolutely delicious!

if you're planning a shopping day at Corso Buenos Aires, do yourself a favor and don't skip this ice cream (sorry - GELATO…). It was a hot sunny day, and you know how shopping can be tiring, right? So I got myself a "Coppetta Grande" (large cup) which cost 4.00 euros with three flavors - strawberries, pistachio & salted caramel. The price was more than fair for what I received - size and tase-wise. And boy, oh boy! I wish I could share with you a bit of a lick of it because it t tasted SO GOOD! Moreover, the texture was exceptional, probably thanks to the silos in which the gelato is stored. I stared like a child at the machines that prepared it for several minutes because the preparation process was hypnotizing. The ingredients seemed of good quality, and the gelato was fresh. I got lucky with the pistachio flavor because I got it exactly when the machine stopped spinning, and the gelato was ready. Inside the store, there was great air conditioning, and few benches to sit and eat without pressure. To summarize, I'm glad that I've been there and would love to come back for more.

Grom quality never changes through out the Italy! Always fresh, always delicious and wonderful! Always have as much gelato as possible at Grom 😍 For me it has a standard and definitely higher than average quality in Italy and this quality never drops thanks to being a gelato chain through Italy! I will go again for sure

Highly recommend the pistachio flavour, great price for what you get and it's all gluten free! For any coeliacs there is no contamination possible. The staff were helpful and spoke english

I adore this ice cream one of the best in the world.. is so soft, smooth , the ingredients look very natural and high quality. You can pick to have some fresh whipped cream on the top of the ice cream. They do flavours like nutty or chocolate, coffee, and fresh fruits like strawberries, lemon etc Highly recommended to try this place

After trying a lot of gelato shops, Grom is my favorite. I really like its extra creamy texture. The hazelnut and extra dark chocolate was very rich. I highly recommend coming here.

Delizia in punta di ... cucchiaino! Pausa gelato da Grom! Diversi gusti, non tanti ma giusti e adeguati alla stagione ... siamo in dicembre. Tanti dolci e dolcetti ideali anche da asporto. Deliziosi i coni con il coroccante e nocciole. Prezzi accessibili, non economici ma adeguati Location carina e molto ben allestita. Servizio professionale. Qualità percepita del prodotto decisamente buona, molto buono il gelato e, ne vale la pena. Considerato che si tratta di una catena di gelaterie la qualità regge. Non parlo della mia preferita che resta una a San Donato Milanese ma, ne vale la pena. Sicuramente Bravi!

"Supervalutato" ??...sufficente la tenuta del Gelato buono il Cono ricoperto di fondente e Nocciole...ottima la brioche no glutine calda con gelato👏 ....Aspetto ancora però il definitivo Salto di qualità definitivo

The flavors are countless. You can select different size and btw corn or a cup. They do not have seats and tables but a bench so you can enjoy the gelato while resting. The price is logical.

Great ice cream with lots of flavours and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff were helpful and spoke English. I enjoyed the milk chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut flavours. The cone leaked. Next time I'll eat faster!

Il gelato è buono e cremoso e il frappè non è da meno! Se il gelato fosse stato artigianale, anziché industriale, avrei messo un voto più alto. I prezzi li reputo un po' altini, considerando quanto appena scritto! Tuttavia, è un buon locale! Forse, il successo è un po' esagerato, ma il sapore dei frappè dei gelati è, comunque, buono! CONSIGLIATO!!!!

Buon gelato ma prezzi troppo cari, un cono piccolo 3,80€ è eccessivo.

If you're craving gelato, you can't really go wrong with grom. the ingredients are pretty good, but the prices are a little high and there isn't a huge variety.

It was my second time at this Grom in Milano. The gelato is super good, specifically the pistachio flavor, amazing. However, this time the service (april 1, easter day at 10pm) was really bad. The 2 girls, which i think are trainees (or at least i'm sure one of them is) were not professional at all. The gelato was gonna fall off in the first cone she was filling. They were pressing us to order quickly while all we were doing were ask for their opinion to know what to choose. That was not welcoming at all. We asked how many scoops we can put in each cone size and they answered. Then, we asked if we can have 2 flavors per scoop, so half a scoop per flavor, they said yes. While they were filling them for us, one got mad when we chose 2 flavors for 1 scoop and started mumbling words and throwing around the spoon that she was using to fill the gelato. They also started talking together in Italian knowing we won't understand them. This was extremely disrespectful, and humiliating for Grom. Also, the scoops were really small... in my first visit here, in the same Grom, which was 1 month ago approximately, the scoops were double the size (the other staff were super generous and friendly that time). The same girl who got mad, was also being disrespectful to the customers after us, and it seemed it was because they did not immediately understand which sizes are available. Definitely made our experience at Grom bad. Shame

Ottimo gelato, prodotti di qualità e di nicchia, unica pecca da non sottovalutare prezzo davvero alto da rivedere i prezzi sicuramente. Due stelle perché per me è determinante il prezzo.

Sono tornata in questa gelateria dopo qualche anno e sono rimasta con un cono striminzito in mano e una gran delusione negli occhi. Intanto, abbiamo aspettato tantissimo tempo perché c’è una sola persona a servire e per lo più molto lenta nel farlo. Quando finalmente è toccato a noi ha sbagliato i gelati e il mio ragazzo si è ritrovato la panna sopra i gusti di frutta. La panna invece non era buona, anzi, fin troppo montata, forse perché nella lunga attesa si era montata la testa di essere buona.

Ho comprato un gelato e dentro c’era un pezzo di vetro trasparente, son ritornata in negozio a dirglielo e mi dice che me ne fa un altro ma invece di rifarmelo se ne andata dentro ha tolto il pezzo di vetro dicendomi che era un pezzo di ghiaccio e non un vetro e me l’ha ridato. Ma poi se l’ha toccato con le mani può anche buttarlo invece di ridarmelo, non mi fregava se me lo faceva un altro o no. Ma entrare dentro in “cucina” a toglierlo dicendomi che NON ERA VETRO e ridarmelo così dopo che l’ha toccato ANCHE NO!

La crepes per MIO gusto personale, é dura non ha un impasto morbido come la classica ed il sapore non mi é piaciuto affatto. Il ripieno di crema gianduia praticamente non si sentiva. BOCCIATA

Assolutamente PESSIMO! Siamo rimasti davvero delusi. Grom é sempre stato una garanzia, nonostante sia una catena e invece si é rivelato dozzinale. Gelato completamente in sapore. Abbiamo provato 4 gusti diversi e non sapevano di niente.

Crepe assolutamente deludente. A parte che non c’è un posto per mangiarla, assurdo. Bisogna mangiarla in piedi con una forchetta di plastica in corso Buenos Aires.. Poi 7€ per una crepe che in realtà è una specie di pancake fatto male con dentro un decimo di millimetro di crema. Indecente.

La ragazza che ha svolto il turno ieri sera (10/11/2025) deve rispettare i clienti. Se la gelateria chiude alle 23.00 e arrivo alle 22.50 ho il diritto di esser servito!

Mai più, gelato ormai nella norma con prezzi assurdi e in più una commessa maleducata come poche. Manco lo regalassero il gelato. Anziché pensare a farti le unghie da gatta morta pensa a migliorare il rapporto con chi ti permette di portare a casa uno stipendio.

The Server(The Mixed Asian looking One with Tattoos, the Taller Guy not the Filipino one) was too rude, unfriendly & arrogant. I was asking the price of the Gelato and he asked to look at the Price Board above. Totally the Worst GROM Customer Service ever👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
