Being a former New Yorker this pizza was low quality at best and for $5 per slice it was not even worth it the service of the people who work there were really nice and professional BUT that taste and price was absolutely terrible if your from connecticut or Massachusetts you MIGHT like it

They dry swipe the floor while you are eating, putting all of the daily dust into the air over your food. That just a food and beverage 101 no do. They have no silverware, only plastic ware that melted with every bite. Extremely easy to fix.

A group of us girls went for lunch and the guys working there made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe had to take my food to go after sitting there for a couple of mins. 2 of us paid with our debit card and the guy looked us up on social media and requested to follow us.

Planet pizza use to have great pizza and food , last few times I came chicken was old and dried pizza was ok not great !! No one seemed to care about the customer only talked amongst themselves thithout a care in the world for customer service . Sad as planet pizza had some of the best pizza around .

funny how they can delete my review but cant get back to me about a refund. you are better off ordering from dominos in greenwich, at least they take care of their customers and you know there are health standards being used. this place used to be good when they were on railroad, the shrimp was old and you can tell it was bad shrimp just deep fried, the mozzarella stick was frozen on the inside and there was a long black hair in my pasta! i am blonde! disgusting service, dont waste your money there are so many other good pizza places in the area

This location used to be good a few months ago, but lately with the new staff a whole new experience. Poor quality, pizza, quality service. The girl behind the counter got mad at me because I changed my order. Probably will not return. Dried old slices of pizza behind the counter and they don’t wanna give you any fresh one.

I have been to many Planet Pizza locations and this one by far was the worst. Ordered a simple cheese slice and a white slice. Neither had any flavor and tasted like cardboard, I told the cashier and that it was not flavorful and I was not happy and the response was "oh I'm sorry" that's it nothing else... Disappointed

I’m usually a regular customer and I ordered a regular salad pizza by accident and I meant to put the chicken Cesar and it’s 9:58 on the dot and he’s like 1 minute and he just ended the call, I was nothing but respectful, this was today at 8/20/23 I was just trying to figure out how to get refund or to bring the pizza back

With all the great pizza places in the area, Planet Pizza of Greenwich just doesn't even make the top 100 list. I asked for it not to be super hot, they made it red hot because the entire staff were on their cell phones. Besides that point, the restaurant felt dirty, disorganized with blue containers, and supplies behind the tables mixed with fruit flies and very hot inside.....just made it that much worse. The can of coke was good. With all the great restaurants that have closed, I expect this location will eventually follow suit. This is my first negative review ever...ouch

Bad tasting pizza & bad customer service $12 for two slices & a Gatorade asked for $1 quarters change for parking so I can add to the meter & eat peacefully denied had to walk a block to get quarters from another business & feed the meter & then sat down and ate half raw dough pizza I mean no common courtesy or even a good cooked pizza will never come here again no ac or even fan on.
