This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ in town. For some reason this is the only one that gets my vanilla chi latte right every time! I’ve never had any issues at this location and I hope they don’t close even though they are attached to a speedway

Great service but there espresso machine has been down for nearly a week this location makes too much money for it to be down please fix ASAP Great place to go for fast and courteous service.. okay guys now it's official I'm editing my review it isSeptember 5th and the expresso machine has been down for the past two weeks I am very unhappy I want espresso this is the most convenient location for me to go to every morning and I still visit them every morning but I will not if the expresso machine does not get fixed...

Don't have to worry about them being out of plain bagels or Boston cream donuts at 230am. Even if they mess up something, the owner is VERY friendly and helpful.

We visited this Dunkin on our way to Syracuse. This location is very small and is hidden inside a local gas station, but the service here was great and the food came out very hot and was freshly made. One standout thing about this experience was the snackin bacon! Nearly all other Dunkin locations that I visit have very plain, unseasoned snackin' bacon. This location cooked the bacon well and lathered their seasonings on it! It was some of the best snackin bacon we've had. Thanks for that!

Staff are always nice. I went twice a day when working out there and we don’t hardly give them a chance to open at 4am and we all go and get coffee. They are pleasant. I love the convenient hours too.

I have stopped at this Dunkin inside the airport several times at different times and their coffee is always good, and the staff is friendly. This particular one does stay busy but the line does move quickly.

The service has much to be desired. They always get my order wrong. LG ice coffee, no ice, almond milk and 3 shots of hazelnut.

This is a Dunkin' Donuts I expect it to be just like every other Dunkin' Donuts and it was.... It was clean services quick...

Coffee and service has been great recently.

The service is slow vs. the average Dunkin Donuts in the NYS. Although, the staff are very kind and they keep it very clean inside.

Way better coffee (IMO) than Starbucks. Fairly good breakfast foods available. Very long lines in the morning and evenings and weekends, though.

I love coffee. Kinda expensive but worth it and their sandwiches are so good. Sometimes their out of alot of stuff.

I only wish that 1 of the Duncan's (C'ville) was much more consistent w/ getting my orders right. This 1 seems to get my small order incorrect more often than correct. Otherwise, I'd have given 5 stars.

Love the prices, but this dunkin took a little too long for my order when it wasnt busy and my coffee tasted too bitter bc not enough almond milk was added. I normally dont have any problems with the other dunkins I go to though.

Always a pleasure stopping here when I need a quick cup of coffee. Glad they have a few good workers who make fresh coffee and don't give you the burnt end of the pot.

The staff is good , the donuts are fresh and delicious, and the coffee drinks are on point for Dunkin’ . It’s obviously not a fancy coffee shop but the food is tasty and the service is fast and friendly.

I stop here to fill up, get a coffee and use the restroom every time I go to northern N.Y. to visit family. Friendly, never had a problem. Very convenient.

The guy working at the counter was super nice and served us with a smile (even though it was about 11 o'clock). The lady in the convenience store right over was nice and smiled. Only thing was that the tables were a little dusty.

Its dunkin. It's fine. Staff could spend a little less time on their cell phone. When you walk in and someone is on their cell phone texting or tweeting and have to finish that before waiting on me, it is a problem.

Dunkin has really changed, makes me sad. Bagels are different is all I can say. I don't order them anymore

You're always missing at least one thing from a horn every time I order coffee I order it the same way French vanilla whipped cream and chocolate drizzle every time I've got coffee from there it has caramel drizzle by the time you realize it if you wait longer they have some change at you're going to be late

Meh. Staff was friendly and drive-thru was quick however I ordered an iced coffee and specifically asked for it to be dark with just a little cream, when I received my coffee there was so much cream in it that it looked like a glass of dirty milk

Service was prompt and accurate, most of the people working seemed unenthused to say the least. Makes me suspect that management doesn't treat them very well. Then again, could have just been one of those days...

I did a mobile order with a coffee and a donut as soon as i got there it was just my coffee no donut they really forget and never pay attention to the mobile orders even with the free coffee and donut coupon i had saved up on the Dunkin Donuts app

There are a few staff that are really rude. There is hardly anyone at the front counter, you basically have to yell to get their attention. They mess my coffee up all the time, but are always willing to fix it.

It's all good. Buttttt, it all depends on who's working at the time. The food turns out different. Like over cooked. So it's hit or miss based on who served u that day. Some days it's a 10 other days it could be a 5. But for the most part it's 75% good.

Didn't think I would have to ask Dunking where the cream is. Husband got our family a dozen and I Got a cream stick that had maybe a dime size spot on both sides and that was it. I personally prefer more cream in my long johns

Have to send any drink i get back at least twice. even the manager can’t seem to understand that cold foam needs a sip lid and not a whipped cream lid.

I don't like DD'S for many reasons, but this one was especially dirty. Upon entry trash overflowing, In the sitting area, hairballs rolling around the floor! Nobody knew how to clean their in Cortlandville, NY. THE BATHROOMS we're not even fully operating. Who runs a place in this condition and sleeps at night?

They have a signature fall drink only available in a cold brew where as other locations have it in a hot drink. A seasonal FALL drink only available cold, who's the genius owner who thought of that?

Be ready for not at all friendly staff or may be I was discriminated. No welcome no greetings nothing. As if they were tired in the beginning of the day itself. My experience at any DD anywhere was like customer treated by welcoming & greetings. But this one not at all.

I don't usually do this but here it goes .... I went through drive-thru, told them I had a refill cup and what I wanted. I wanted iced french vanilla swirl iced coffee with so and so much, cream and sugar. They gave me it. I went to leave. I didn't sip my coffee and realize their was no ice until I got to my next destination which is when I realized there was no ice in it. I wasn't going to go back but I did and I told them about it through the drive-thru and they took the cup put ice in. It put whipped cream in it, but I feel like there was a bit of attitude within the situation of returning it. I feel like they were talking about me and the one lady kind of realized that and came to the window and closed the window doors and acted as if it was just cold outside. But in reality like I'm not dumb but I didn't mess up the coffee they did so I don't understand why the snobbiness.

This dunkin used to be so good, but within the past year it’s gone so downhill. I get an attitude from almost every single person I interact with there. The drinks are never good anymore either and I almost never get what I actually ordered.

The attitudes from the employees are horrific. They got the drink order wrong and didn’t want to fix it, took 20 minutes for a mobile order that had been placed with plenty of time before going to pick it up.

Employees don't pay attention to what you say when you order, don't let you know when they bring your order to the pick area of the counter when your back is turned and don't say, thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day. They just ignore you and stand in the corner on their phones. Customer service is obviously not a priority here.

Every single time I get a latte it tastes like garbage. The staff are friendly and will remake it without complaint but it still tastes terrible. I've tried going on different shifts and waiting a week in between getting it, but its still trash.

Went through about 7am on 10/8. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts and 1 bagel with butter. Staff was friendly, service was quick. However when I opened my bagel there was literally a glob of butter all over the bagel, the wrapper, everywhere! Couldn't eat the product!!

I thought my drink felt a little light for a large when I picked it up off the counter but it was a new drink and size smaller than I usually order. Once at work I take a look, the whipped cream has now melted into the drink and this is all that is in a large... I dont mind paying the prices on drinks when I actually get the size I order but this is disappointing!

The man did not answer me after 5 minutes of call out "Excuse Me I'm trying to order" at a decent volume. He was no more than 5 ft away from. I walk out, dissatisfied.

Where do I start I’m a regular here they are open till 10pm but these unprofessional workers think they can close the store down whenever! There staff has rude attitude too it off they always have the front closed and rude to the people that can’t go through the drive through

This Dunkin Donuts is not great. First of all - the parking lot to get in and out of here is kind of weird and it's not easy to get in. The only reason I really go here is because it's convenient and right near the thruway. I have also tried to use American Express here and they won't take it. They also refused to type in the card number when the card wasn't working. A lot of the times the people working here are rude. One time I went and the girl over charged me for cream cheese. I heard her talking to her manager about how I was overcharged but no one did anything about it. That's just terrible customer service.

Came in to grab a few things like gas chips and use the rest room. While waiting for about 5 LONG minutes while listening to the conversation the woman inside the bathroom was having with her children on the phone inside the bathroom. When she finally came put of the bathroom it was the lady from Dunkin Donuts 🙄 thx lady 👎🏽

Every other time I go to this DD they always seem to mess something up on what I ordered and it the same thing each time ( large ice coffee 6 cream and 6 caramel swirl and a large hot coffee 6 cream and 6 splenda ) sometime they forget to stir the coffee, other times not enough creamer.... Well this morning the female (Holly) working at the window was rude, order was $9.13 went to hand her $20.13 and she took the $20 cashed us out paid no mind that we were trying to hand her the change, then when I got home and there was just creamer in the ice coffee and not enough splenda in the hot coffee... I called to talk to a manager about it and got told there isn't one on duty.... I will be call again to speak to a manager later today and I will no longer be going to that DD I will drive across town to Tompkins street DD.....

The coffee was old unfortunately.generally dunkin' donuts has awesome coffee but every now and then you get some old stuff. Two large cups of coffee had to be dumped out and wasted.

Never any food or donuts/specials available. App lets you order but try and get a refund & it’s a process. I’ve lost so much money and points. Drinks only here unless you call and verify they really do have what they say they do

Coffee: okay. Chocolate chip muffin: partially raw in middle. Ordering process: confusing. Orders were all done via TouchPad kiosk (no other option). When I finished my order, it told me to look for my name on the finished order screen, and collect my order from the pick-up counter. Well, there WAS no finished order screen, and no pick-up counter. So I asked an employee who was making coffee where I should stand to pick up my order, and she rolled her eyes and said "if you just put it in, I haven't started making it yet". Shortly thereafter, with no niceties, she handed me the coffee. Then I waited for a few more minutes before another employee came out and asked the people before me in line what they were waiting for (a donut). I took the opportunity to ask for my muffin. The second employee seemed stoned (slow-moving, refused eye contact).

Rude, rude, rude. First , last, and only time I'll spend a nickel in this place. News flash, everyone on the planet doesn't have your menu memorized. I literally took about 25-30 seconds to place an order. I could understand the sense of urgency if it was busy, which it certainly was not, & I wouldn't wonder why with service like that.

Tried to stop in whilst our car was in the shop across the road. Waited 10+ minutes for our coffee, cocoa and single order of hash browns. The staff were ridiculous. They had no coordination between anyone. Multiple people from the drive thru came in to complain they didn't get items. They had a group of 7+ men come in after us and another customer and served them first and ignored when we asked where our food/drink was. They were screwing up all over the place. We left after 15 or so minutes of waiting and after asking without anything. Highly don't recommend.

Got a chai tea latte yesterday. Tasted like maple syrup. Staff are rude. Fire the Staff and down their pay. Should not get paid 15-16 an hour when they can’t simply make a drink. As a nurse I didn’t have the time to turn around and complain about my purchase. I’m so tired of going there and my drinks are so gross that I cannot drink it. A couple weeks ago I got a dunkachino and it was so watered down. I don’t usually do reviews but DO NOT go here! Go to Starbucks. It’s worth the extra money. At least you know your drink will be right. I hope Dunkin looks into their staff and replaces them with competent people. Also, I pulled up 5 minutes before closing and they yelled out to me that they were closed. No I have 5 minutes. They closed and cleaned up early. So they didn’t have to stay the extra half hour that why get paid for.

Worst experience at any dunkin donuts ever. Amy the manager was training new staff members. When she was asking a question about a coffee and an employee had the answer her response was "quiet I was talking to the customer". Then when my wife was ordering her drink which is normally a hot beverage, she wouldn't even get her a cup with ice to put in it. I advise everyone to stop going here.

How do you run out of Oat Milk, Almond Milk, and Mocha ??? Ordered 3 large drinks got 3 medium drinks seems like no matter what time of day you go there the staff can't make drinks right! Complain to them about it and it's like talking to a wall!!!!

I walked in and the lady behind the counter was very rude. I was looking to see what they had and when I asked for something she said "Does it look like we have it?". I just walked out n left. I'm hoping she just had a bad day n that she isn't like that all the time.

Literally my regular spot . The consistency is there for the 4/5 am shift. I ended up getting coffee today closer to 7 about 6:45 ish and this is my coffee once the foam went down.. I pay for a large coffee and clearly didn’t get it. With the second coffee.. mixing it would not kill anyone of you guys. Dissatisfied

I used to love this dunkin but now it sucks. My order is wrong almost every time and if it's wrong all you get is "oops, I'll remake it". What should take 5-10 minutes turns into 20+ and it's just not worth it. Cortland has so many good coffee shops that take just as long without getting my order wrong

This Dunkin SUCKS. My total was $4.69 so I gave the girl $5.70. Obviously I would receive $1.01 back. The girl starts counting NICKELS to give back to me. She proceeded to shut the window and not give me a straw. Every time I tip the new workers they are rude and DONT say thank you. I’ve only had 3 people ever tell me thank you. The drinks taste decent one day and ABSOLUTELY AWFUL the next. There could be no one in line and they would still make you sit at the screen for 10 minutes. I am very disappointed. Do better Dunkin.

horrible horrible dunkin. there are only a few good employees at this location. other than that, all the others are rude and never say thank you when you tip them. second, they make you wait at the drive through window when nobody is in line. AND THEY NEVER MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. every time i order something it takes like GARBAGE. half time they give you the wrong donuts AND their mics are at the lowest volume possible. one time i asked for three creams in my refresher and they gave me a random refresher with just cold foam on top… who would want to drink that???? obviously i keep going here because i have hope in them. BUT IM DISAPPOINTED EVERYTIME!!!!! ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE. shame on you dunkin.

After ordering, waiting 15 mins in the drive through I got to the window and they told me they had no iced coffee. Probably should have told me before I ordered and paid for it. Didn't offer to make an alternative terrible customer service, got a refund and will never be back. It was 8:30 in the morning btw interesting time to be out of iced coffee. Beware if you are going to this Dunkin they miss more of than not.

This is the third time this week I've tried to get a good coffee here, and it tastes like crap. Not only that but the company raised the point amount on the app to get a free coffee, now I'm better off making it at home because this Dunkin serves nasty coffee.

I ordered a coffee and a donut for me and my son to share and they do not have the bucket I wanted so I ordered a spider donut and they gave me a plan begal. Do u know how disappointed I am with this dunkin now! It was my favorite and I use to go to it every day! I even know the girls that take my order in the morning and the disappointment I got when I got a PLAN begal!!! It would have eased me if it was atleast a blueberry or something or even cream cheese! I wasted like $3 from getting a plan begal instead of my spider donut. Time to drive to elm road go my dunkin or Nile’s!

Disgusting. Worst one I have ever been to. Tried to give half a coffee. Then I go to eat my bagel and cream cheese and I swear there was an entire block of cream cheese it was disgusting. How do u mess up a bagel a cream cheese. And the last who took my order was rude as hell she had darker hair in a bun I'll never return Oh she said they never fill coffee to the top? Weird 🤣

I’m here pretty much every day to the point the morning workers know me and my order. Disappointed that this is what an XL hot coffee cream and sugar looks like . Got 15 minutes down the road before I realized why my coffee tasted funny and didn’t have the time to turn back. Waste of money

WORST DUNKIN EVER. It wasn't like this before, it used to be better. Management here is terrible, EVERY time I go here. The employees at the window ALWAYS have an attitude, and you always feel rushed taking your order in the drive through. They never have anything in stock, always out of the most basic things like blueberry donuts, or enough munchkins. What dunkin only has 5 glazed munchkins left and two flavors in stock? This is a donut shop right? Then have donuts in stock. The drinks either taste like water or too overwhelming with a sour taste. They always slap and throw the doughnuts in the bag, with NO napkins EVER. The donuts I ordered that they had (I was forced to order a strawberry donuts cause they never have anything else) didn't even have sprinkles, when they had sprinkles in the picture, and the donut was face down in the bag, with the frosting melted and the donut hard. Donuts are always hard. Absolutely nasty at this dunkin. Shame on you, do better. Hire people that know how to have a decent attitude.
