Clean and friendly workers. Food was typical for Panda but this location had a steady flow of families and there were plenty of tables. They had someone out in the dining area cleaning up after people which was nice. Small building but good atmosphere.

A typical fast and great Panda Express that’s pretty standard for the most part. Portions were fair and I felt like the lady hooked me up nicely so I was happy. I noticed that if you get the big plate that the side box is smaller than what it used to be but it’s also cheaper than it used to be too so maybe they made that adjustment nationwide as I haven’t been in awhile.

This place has a great variety of fresh Chinese / Asian food! I have never had a bad meal here yet and considering it's still considered on the fast food menu regime so to speak it really is good. They give you a plenty to eat I've never had old food or tired-looking food and if there's just a little bit left of what you want to order or want to put in your to-go box they will happily make a brand new batch and nine times out of 10 by the time it's that way when I go to get it they are already on top of it and replenishing it with something fresh so this is a good place to go for a tasty meal good prices clean and friendly people I'll be back!
One of the best Panda Express locations I’ve been to in OC. Also, I used delivery recently and that went really well. Everything in my order was accurate and warm.
Well staffed, clean restauraLine moves fast and food is good. However, they were slow to recognize and help those trying to pick up online orders.

Cramped, food is great; only reason it did not receive 5 stars is because it is still fast food. Great staff and service. Seating is cramped, but it's a smaller location. All in all, would recommend.

People there they don't have common sense I ordered two items and this lady keep asking me how many items? how many items ? I said rice and shrimp and she keeps keeps going on asking me how many items ?...God's sake you serve what the costumer order that's it. Pricy food for that quality of it
The food wasn't as fresh as it is at other Panda Express locations. I ordered orange chicken and the beef broccoli. The orange chicken was dry crunchy in the way where it had been sitting there along with the broccoli being soggy. The tables weren't cleaned off either. The staff was very nice though
Food was good, but I truly believe that they need to better their customer service! Greeting you at the door is not enough make sure to smile, and make sure you get a pleasant meal

Lots of construction vehicles and guys in hard hats, parking at times may include you walking from across the larger parking lot. I've eaten here 5 or 6 times the past year, food is usually pretty good. The last two visits the rice was over done ( mushy and burnt tasting ) the orange chicken was was bitter vs the usual sweetness it has. Outside of that the staff are always friendly, place is always clean and inviting.

Popped in after the rush and I am aware that they are low on their items. I was asked if I did not mind the wait for more and of course I did not mind waiting. More and more people came in and we asked to wait for the chow mien. We all waited. When they got it out they started serving it to those who just got there and those after us. We waited for a total of 17 mins until they finally gave us our food after everyone else who ordered the same food as us. Very disorganized if you ask me.
Large broccoli and beef was bottom of thr pan, all broccoli, 2 pieces of beef and thick jellied sauce. Cream cheese wonton were undercooked, 2/3 filled orange chicken. Will never come to this location again. A shame to the Panda Express chain. Employees seem unhappy.
I used to give this panda Express 5 stars, but after today this is all I can manage. After working in the food industry so long I understand the pressures of getting costumers through, but not at the expense of customer service. The lady that started taking my order asked if I wanted egg rolls and i said yes, she then proceeded to turn around and take the next customer without allowing me to say which ones. The next person who finishes the order, I think his name was Jonathan or something was speaking so fast I could not understand one word he said. And he was sweating sweating so much he proceeded to wipe his face with his sleeve. When I was trying to tell him I wanted egg rolls and I was also going to add rangoons, he turned around and ignored me and went on to the next customer. Once I voiced that I previously wanted egg rolls, but I guessed they were too busy he decided to ask which ones, but obviously I am not going to spend more money at a place with that kind of treatment towards the customers. Given I have been coming here for years this last visit definitely left a more than bitter taste.
I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. When I finally got to the front I decided to order tofu and eggplant. I was told that they do not have that item. I then asked for soup. I was also told they do not have that item. I asked what items they have that are vegetarian and they said there is nothing available. They mentioned all the food is cooked with meat or fish products in the facility. The food was dry and the employees are very hard-working and kind. However, when I got to the register I was due $0.70 in change. I waited for my change and was never given it. The cashier walked away and looked at me puzzled. When I ask for the change she said Oh I thought you wanted to donate it?! I was frustrated because I heard her do the same thing to customers ahead of me. Her accent is very thick. it is loud in the store and she is very hard to understand. I would suggest adding some vegetarian items to the menu and educating your employees on what a donation really consist of; a willing offering, nor a forced one.
I recently dined at Panda Express, and I must say, I was a bit disappointed. The portion sizes seemed to have shifted, with less meat and more rice, leaving me wanting more protein. Additionally, the broccoli dish was not up to par. I hope they can improve these aspects to maintain the quality I once enjoyed.
Not as good as other locations I've tried. Here's how they should step it up: * Guests shouldn't have to ask for soy sauce. * Popular items should be made before. * One fortune cookie with each meal isn't a bad idea either. Other than that it was pretty clean. Also staff should ask when guests walk up to the counter if they would like to try their new entree. Encouraging guests to try something new would increase sales and customer retention. Also a "have a nice day" when a guest leaves is a great way to retain customers.
I’m disappointed about the portion of the entries this time. They used to put more entries. Also two women were rude.

Wow 25mins to wait for a chicken egg roll but Thier quick to charge you for everything and increase Thier prices on combos. Honestly if thiers a long line the attendant needs to fulfill the orders of those waiting in line versus online orders. You need separate people for that.
Well I'm outside this location and I have been trying to call in an order but NO ONE is picking up the phone. So I drove all the way down here and tried to open the door but they were still locked after 10am. So I decided to call from the front door and seeing that there are hearing the phone but still no pick up. My question is that if I can't get in or able to not place an order over the phone then how am I supposed to place my order. Now that is really bad customer service. Don't you think So? After all this have a good rest of your day. Location is building N-8 IN COSTA MESA on harbor
Brainless employees. Mediocre food. Can’t order ahead unless they’re charging you premium to use dumb delivery apps. Just go to pick up stix. Better quality anyway.
I'm a regular coustomer I only go because my sons like it. Last night one or two people were behind me Wendy was so unpolite i was nearly telling her my 3rd item choice when she was rushing me to my next plate rolling her eyes. I also asked will thier be more chow mein and with attitude she said "No this is it". Then I get to the cashier I saw new chow mein was placed. Yet Theresa is always rude I have complained yet she continues to talk to coustomers with attitude roll her eyes at them and gets bothered if you ask something added on to your order before check out. The ladies would benefit from coustomer service training and work reviews.
Just bought chow mien and orange chicken and two other plates for me and my parents and disappointingly enough when I got home and was ready to eat I saw how little orange chicken I was given like there was only 10 tiny pieces and the rest was chow mien like seriously. not worth the money for the quantity they give you with the amount of money it costs.
As my experience in Panda Express, Panda has been a bit tricky. We are paying more than 20 bucks for just 2 plates of food. The portions are just a wow the portions are a little bit for a plate we order double orange chicken but instead they out about 7 orange chicken peice. Instead Panda should make the price low for these types of portions that keep ruining my experience. P.S. it's been about more than 7 months with this trouble with a whole ton of locations.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am food service delivery driver, and was called to pick up an order from here. It was a five minute drive. Then, I was there waiting more than FIFTEEN minutes. Finally, I walked out. This is inexcusable. This place should be closed down.
I visit this chain in many cities. This location food was less the par. I got more onion than noodles for the chow mein. I ended up trashing my food instead of enjoying my dinner. The chicken was also cooked way under very chewy. It was by fair the worst food I have had in a while. I hope the manager will deal with this. Picture shows what should be chow mein but is clearly not.

The worst panda express I ever had. I'm a fan of panda express, but tonight at this location, all the food were either burnt or dried out. Beijing beef was super burnt, beef broccoli and orange chicken were really dry. We came late (9:20pm) but I don't think that's an excuse for serving bad food!
We went here and ordered over $32 worth of food We called them back three times and hung up on TWO times by MANAGER CRYSTAL WHO KEPT SAYING SHE COULDN’T HEAR US OUR PHONE WAS BREAKING UP AND THEN SHE SAID THE CALL GOT DISCONNECTED. MEANWHILE I HAVE THE ENTIRE THING RECORDED ON MY INTERFACE WITH $700 MICROPHONES AND PHONES BEING ABLE TO HEAR THE PHONE AND CLICK. THIS WAS INCREDIBLY RIDICULOUS SERVICE !!!! We tried to get sweet-and-sour sauce and they gave us packets with one drip in each packet. It was not even close to what we ordered for our meal Literally only got spring roll and it was Gone!! They also neglected to give us our fortune cookies !!! Which is the best part after the meal!!! And on top of all of that, I asked for a sample of something and she told me that I couldn’t have one even though I was going to buy it if I liked it after $32 weeks already were going to order?! When we called, she said what sample did you ask for? I said what does it matter what sample it was. She goes on to say ( and mind you, I recorded this entire conversation legally! With my audio interface!) And she knew it was being recorded, which is why she hung up the phone on us twice She goes on to say well if you ask for our new product, we would give you a sample of that Then literally her next sentence she says we don’t give out any samples of anything She clearly kept flopping back-and-forth what she was saying and then when I caught her on what she said, she lied about it!!! This place is not to be trusted! $32 for this?? We didn’t even get anything we wanted And the orange chicken sucked too. It was nothing but batter!!! They skimp on the chicken too This is ridiculous Service and this is how all fast food places are starting to get. This is why we barely even go out anymore because no one even tries anymore. They charge extra and give you less for everything and most of the time we even get sick the next day…. This is why everyone should start cooking their own food at home and boycott any restaurant at this point who’s charging you $32 for lunch? Especially with this type of service !

Never going here again. The service is horrible and the line is always out the door. You’d think having so many staff they could be a bit quicker to service people their food. It’s absolutely horrible when you have two kids screaming their hungry in the car but you can’t do anything when the line is long and he staff takes heir sweet time serving. Horrible. And their portions and SMALL!! What I pay for is insane for what I get. A kids meal is what they provide for what I pay for. Insane.
I ordered double steak and super greens. The worker gave me 2 small pieces of steak. I walked out. I’m never going back again.
Avoid this location - they are stingy with their sauces and do not give any fortune cookies. Very disappointed after spending over $30. Called and spoke with the “manager” Crystal and all she offered was extra sauce and fortune cookies next time and hung up on the phone. There definitely won’t be a next time. Worst customer service.
Do not order delivery from here, do not eat here, avoid this place at all costs. They consistently get our food wrong when we order for delivery, and are really unfriendly in person when I go to correct the order. I drew the line once they forget the orange chicken when that is the ONLY entree I ordered for the plate. Terrible all around.

Order Wok Fired shrimp for lunch. Got a single shrimp and veggies lol. Potions are small. Service is terrible. Always check your order before you leave. Definitely not worth it. Even with a few previous orders I’ve had minor issues. They will not answer phone calls to resolve issues, the customer service phone line is down and by chance if you do get through to the store phone, the manager on duty is conveniently not available. “Call back in 30 minutes and then we’ll ignore your phone call.” Bad service, bad portions, bad customer service. All around terrible 0/5 stars.
I am usually a regular at this location for many years. However the past few visits have been just horrid. They are so skimpy on portions its pathetic. Upon tasting my food the chow mien was so old I can taste the bottom of the pan (smokey & burnt). The orange chicken is old, tasteless, and crunchy no actual chicken. I basically threw that entrée in the trash not worth eating. This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened same exact order same exact results. Corporate really needs check this storefront and hold management accountable. My friends & family will not be giving any business to this location after today.

This place has really gone down hill. Spent $27 for a bowl and 1 plate. I noticed when they scoop my entree they didn’t fill the scoop up and when I asked for more they said it was the portion. There was also a giant leak in the ceiling that was splashing into a bucket

I would not recommend this place, because if you order the bowl you going to eat chow mein 90% and only 10% of meat 👎🏻
