This Panini Kabob Grill works from a ghost kitchen. Order ahead of time or by the inside touch screen. Located in a joint food pick up only building called "Costa Mesa Kitchens". There is no option for dine in. There is no visible Panini Kabob sign except on the touch screen inside.

This is not a real Panini location. It’s a pop-up kitchen. The pick up attendant is very rude and the parking lot attendant is needs an attitude adjustment. This place is in the absolute worst intersection possible making it nearly impossible to find, to get into, and to get out of. Do not come here you’ve been warned.
