I’ve visited this particular Subway hundreds of times, and the service is always good. Usually, the bread is fresh, but today it tasted a bit "day-old." I’ll let it slide this time, since that's not the norm here.
Horrible quality. I ordered online and picked up. When I got home this is the sandwich I received. Bread was so crunchy and over cooked. Incorrect bread was used on part of my order, I ordered avocado on both subs and no avocado on either sandwich. Worse is that I called to complain and no answer. Will not be going back to this location.
Every single time I've been to this one it's the worst sandwich I've ever had, i didn't even know you could mess up subway this bad. The bread is nasty and flaky every single time, and everything has a weird flavor. Don't eat here. They also seem to be out of cheese every single time
They post a sign saying$6.99 deal of the day but, it's not really that. It's $10.11... I just think there should be honesty in advertising.
I visited this Subway location 600 w 19th St unit D on 12/14/25 and there were only two customers ahead of me. An employee named Liz was training a new staff member, but unfortunately the training was handled very poorly. Liz was being very rude to the new employee in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. Shortly after, Liz went to the back and left the new employee alone at the front during a busy moment. The new employee repeatedly had to go to the back to ask questions, clearly needing assistance. As a result, it took about 20–25 minutes just to place my order. I do not blame the new employee at all — she was clearly trying her best. The issue was a lack of support and common-sense training. A trainer should step in to help when they see a coworker falling behind, especially someone who is new. Liz only came back to the front when a delivery driver arrived to pick up an order that wasn’t ready. I hope management addresses proper training, professionalism, and teamwork so new employees are supported and customers don’t have to wait excessively.
online order was incorrect for both sandwiches. no condiments on sandwiches, incorrect toppings, paid for double meat, it wasn't added, etc. I called the store a few times over two days to try and ask for a refund or remake and no answer. they never pick up the phone. No resolution provided. Paid almost 20 bucks for two sandwiches to go to waste.
Placed an online order app said ready at 530 arrived at store to have to wait an additional 20 mins for order to be complete. Customer service is real crappy there, they practically ignore you. Order was completely messed up.
Bad customer service. Placed an online order got there and it wasnt ready. Then i got my sandwhich and it wasnt toasted never coming back
Placed a pick up order and not only did they mess up my order I asked for it to be toasted and by the time i got home (i live 7 mins away) the bread was rock solid, tried calling the location and they don’t answer. Usually i never have this problem with other locations but for some reason this place always seems to mess up something. Please do better
Liz tends to prioritize to the customers who are ordering in person rather than completing online orders, making online orders wait 15+ minutes after it says completed online I don’t recommend it just order in person or order somewhere else when ordering online.
Worst Subway Ever. You'll get no service and food poisoning. Don't order food here. They also steal from your credit card. I am opening a civil suit against them. They do not answer their phones. Unauthorized use of medicare funds is a felony. See you in court. Hopefully my law suit puts them out of business. Don't come here. You'll be robbed and poisoned. Any positive reviews you see are fake.
Just walked inside (8:41pm) this lady with the rudest tone said she was working alone and gave the worst service. Ordered 2 sandwiches and she only made 1. When I mentioned to her I still needed the second one she slammed the bread on the cutting board and was bothered she needed to make the second sandwich. I asked for a ham and cheese only and she ended up adding stuff to it I didn’t ask for. She even threw my sandwiches in the toaster oven already wrapped to warm up. I was trying to stay calm cause I understand she was maybe stressed or having a bad day but this is not acceptable.
Don't be fooled by Fake five star reviews It's Finally Happening ! Hiring Employees that no longer have to speak English? Amazing but true..... Tried ordering a simple meatball sandwich and after the third attempt, I had to get the customer standing next to me, to translate what I wanted . Nice people, clean and organized, food looked fresh but what's the point of you can't order what you want ? Maybe I have to learn Spanish to eat at subway! Ehhh... ill go somewhere else !
This is the worst subway. I don't want to write a bad review but do not waste your time coming here. 1st visit: They ran out of cheese 2nd visit: They ran out of jalapeno bread 3 Visit: Only take cash. This is a corporate account how the hell do they let this happen. I like subway but this location is very frustrating and I highly recommend not to come here ever. And their employees are very bad. They make you wait in line for 15 minutes and then tell you they don't take credit card. Ridiculous! 😡😡😡😡👊👊👊
It was a very unpleasant experience. The work was literally waiting on me while I wasn't in line or ready. Very awkward feeling. Then when it was my time to order she had an attitude as well as was not really caring or she didn't want to be there. Then she was paying attention to another customer who she already had helped prior and officiated with him. I asked about soup and she said they didn't serve it which struck me odd because they all sell soup. Then I found the machine that holds the soup and she then told me that they are out. Did care to even recognize the question I the beginning. Never again. I would fire her if I owned this place.
