Had not been here in 20 years.... Love the new look! The pretzel and cinnamon sugar bagels are to die for!!!!

The bacon avocado egg sandwich is delicious! Noah's Bakery is my new favorite place. They even have catering service that isn't too expensive. Customer service is great too !

Food is always amazing. Service can be a little less than desired depending on who's managing. But that's only ever been during super busy times. Get there early if you are picky because bagels are first come first serve.

Noah's Bagels is definitely my favorite place in Petaluma to grab a bagel from. They staff is very friendly and efficient. Noah's also has some really good coffee, especially their "Chelsea" coffee. I highly recommend swinging by Noah's Bagels if you're ever in the mood for a bagel in East Petaluma.

Been going for years. Best bagels in Sonoma County! Great crew. Vicky and Walter the best . Hard working, efficient and personable.

Noah's Bagels is one of the best Bagel shops in the area. Even during Covid-19, they are open and running. Though understaffed, all the staff working are moving with a purpose and getting sh!t done. The bagels are definitely worth the little longer wait time. Stay patient and stay happy a warm bagel is on the way!

Really like this one. It has really high ceilings which seem to lower the noise level, and gives it a wide, open feeling. Staff is really friendly and I can be picky about how I want my coffee made, but they handled it like it was no big deal and made it exactly how I asked it to be made. It’s also close to the rest of downtown for shopping and the theaters. Parking is a bit tight, especially on weekends.

Randomly stopped by because there was a line out the doors. I got the lemonade, ice vanilla latte, lox bagel sandwich and the pizza bagel (pizza bagel was aiight) the lox was amazing. Give this place a 10/10 you won't regret it.

We called in a vegan order for a dozen bagels, three special request spreads (avocado, hummus and peanut butter), and coffee for a dozen people with almond milk and sugar at 8:45 am on a Sunday. By 9:00 am, when we got to the register, the order was done and ready to go with us paying a little under $40. The employees were so helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions quickly and accurately. I would definitely go here again and I recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism.

I’ve tried a lot of bagel places. This is my daily driver for a consistent, delicious bagel, even if they are a bit slow on the service side at times. Worth the wait, and the staff are very nice!!

Friendly staff and a good selection of tasty bagels. A bit pricy though. I think they might have problems with their orders register because even their most attentive staff tend to screw up orders.

I really enjoy Noah's Bagels. They are always fresh and the employees are always helpful. Being originally from Philadelphia, the pretzel bagels are the closest thing a soft pretzel that I have found.

New York in Petaluma. Great selection and always fresh. Full menu with an abundance of protein options to go with all those yummy carbs. Very fast from order to ready.

Not a bad place. Selection is nice, although the cream cheese is a little bit on the pricey end. Sometimes they run out of bagels but that can happen anywhere. Don't take the less-than-five-star rating as meaning there's anything wrong with it; I'm not a huge bagel fan but the place is still good.

This place has an interesting concept. It's not the true Jewish delis that I've been to. There's things in there that I like that I will continue to go in and purchase. The puzzling thing is the help working in there don't seem to be in sync. They keep bouncing off of one another 😁 and I don't know why but they seem to put people on the register and have a hard time with it. But it's a cute fun place. They have some pretty good pastries. I'll be back.

The gentleman who helped me was absolutely fantastic! The only thing is that they seemed to discontinue my favorite one's no garlic, no salt, no cracked black pepper corn, no sour dough... was kinda bummed out

C

Food was good had a spinach egg MIT but crew is rather sketchy saying to me "hey man, I don't got no orange juice today ok. " by all accounts he was right there wasn't any orange juice but it was the way that he said it to me. I guess if they think if you put on a shirt and it says Noah's Bagels on it, they know what the hell they're doing but actually they don't. Goes to prove you get what you pay for .

Noon on Sunday so not many bagels left. Iced coffee very weak. Good cream cheese selection. Staff was indifferent but nice.

J
JP Hercules

This place is hit or miss, certainly friendly front end staff. But sometimes, even if they're not slammed, my schmear is way too light, as in almost non-existent, which I dont note until I get to my office. Wish they were more consistent.

Visited yesterday during lunch business minimal wait 3 employees working two as servers/prep 1 on register. Went in for gift card relatively simple transaction.

It would be nice when I ask for extra creme cheese on my bagels that I would actually get it. Also taking away the tables inside seems like a odd move.

Poor quality in the burritos taste disgusting and stick to the paper, their texture is raw !! I definitely do not recommend this place ...

The manager himself was about to finish putting my sandwich together then walked away to look at something. He put his hands on his thighs, still wearing the gloves he had while making my sandwich then finished putting back together my sandwich. Even the manager doesn't seem to understand sanitary standards in his shop.

Happy to provide details. The person who took my order was too friendly in their approach when I asked for options on vegetarian options. The food itself wasn't too great. I ordered too items and both sandwiches had bagels were noticeably not fresh. The restroom had issues that I would rather not describe here. Hope that helps.

Great customer service and everyone was very Pleasant although a bit slow. I ordered a veggie hummus bagel and an iced coffee. I got a frappe coffee with caramel and the most sugar I've ever tasted. Asked them if they could replace it for an iced which they very very politely did The black iced coffee tasted like water and straight sugar. I couldn't take more than two sips. The bagel had hummus and the veggies but also a weird mayonnaise or. something spread, it was horrible. they were toasted well.

Not sure why they are only giving a drop of schmear for a $9 bagel.. you are literally paying for it.

D
Deborah Jansport

Ordered the open face lox - a $3 upgrade to their lox sandwich, which is supposed to buy me "extra lox", but all I got were two thin slices (one on each side of the bagel). For nearly $13 incl tax, this was pretty disappointing! :(

I normally love Noah's Bagels, but today I purchased a Nova Lox Sandwich. I watched the person make my sandwich, and was worried how it would come out. He just plopped each ingredient into a pile in the middle of the bagel. When I got home - it was mounded in the middle, it was cut so crooked that there was no bottom to hold onto on one side. It was missing ingredients, and the bagel broke into pieces. This was such a poor excuse for a sandwich. I tried to call to complain, but only got a recording with no way to leave a message. I normally love this location, but what a waste of money. This kid needs training.

This Noah’s is incredibly hit or miss when it comes to their breakfast sandwiches/creations. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered and others they leave out large parts of your order. And that would be fine if they communicated it to you but they never have in my experience. This may be in part a consequence of ordering pick up, but it would still be nice to at least mention the lack of items in your order when you pick it up and give you the option to substitute things in to your order.

This place is sad. They almost never have any bagels left when I have been there. I mean this in the sense that I like to have some choice. They are so often out of Plain, Egg, sourdough and Pretzel, that it is a joke among the patrons, I am certain that they have lost many patrons, because they are so unwilling to bake after 10:00 A.M I go there early, and they are always out. I love their bagels, but they have to have them to sell. They have great product, but bad managemenet. out, so I have no Idea what their stock looks like after 3:00

A
Andrew Baker

1) they didn’t have the bagel of my choice and randomly gave me one 2) spread wasn’t the right one as I couldn’t order accordingly 3) customer service experience was terrible as when I picked up my mobile order and noticed the wrong bagel I tasted it to see if it was comparable and got yelled by whoever the manager was (bald, mid40s), that I couldn’t eat in the store. I would give a 0 if I could. Won’t returning.

A
Alex S (A-Rex)

Would rate 0 if i can.. First time I went there and I had a friend to try it out with me the first time.. I didnt mind not being welcomed or greeted upon entering.. Took a min or 2 to decide what we would get... Head to the head of the line and not 1 out of 7 employees said I'll be helped in a minute.. At least be acknowledged that they know im there... 5 or 6 including the manager saw I was waiting... After maybe 3 mins, I just said oh well.... And walked out. . refuse to give business to places like that...

G

Regarding the slam I gave Noah's Bagels earlier...I called corporate with my issue and Virginia K., a senior regional sales manager, dropped what she was doing to take care of my order and frustration. My faith in the company has been restored. Thank you, Virgina Russ Christoff

They are the absolute worst!!! They will give you whatever bagel they choose rather than the one you ordered. When asked, they are rude about it too. If you don’t have certain bagels, then don’t advertise it on your website.

Nice people and good food but Always understaffed. Not worth the wait. I don’t consider 20 wait for a toasted bagel ok.

I paid cash and wasn’t offered a receipt. Then they forgot about my order and a worker who noticed me said “maybe they forgot or maybe they did make it but someone else took it”. Did not offer a refund or apologize and I was running late. Also I was standing right in front no body called my name or ordered an avocado veggie sandwich at 8:15 in the morning lol. As seen in the photo— the amount of cream cheese they put was basically nothing and they didn’t add any to the bottom. Again I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but the avocado was literally rotten. I tried calling them as I was just there this morning and no one picked up the phone. I’m at work now and can’t go back before they close at 2 and I don’t have a way to prove I even got anything without a receipt or credit card.

Ordered a 6 cheese bagel toasted with onion and chive cream cheese. I received this… I wasn’t aware I was paying for bagel thins, this is a very sad excuse for a bagel… probably last time I go here since this is the second time this has happened.

Staff is very nice but no indoor seating so you have to take your bagel to go which means you (I) will never have a piping hot bagel right out of the toaster. Outdoor tables don't work in the winter. COVID is over - place seating inside again, please

Unfortunately this is the last time I order from Noah's Petaluma. We've ordered a half dozen times in the last year or so, and 4 of those times our order has been prepared wrong, or not at all. Watching the staff goof off behind the counter and then getting home and realizing your food is wrong or missing is pretty disappointing. Didn't even get an apology this time, must be becoming commonplace. Definitely a management/training issue. Too bad.

Literally don’t help you when you go to pick up your order. I was waiting and waiting to pick up my to go order and no one helped me for a long time. Really disappointed. This is the laziest and most disappointing bagel shop I think I have ever been to. It was unfortunate the first time I went, and I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried again. Besides getting my order wrong (twice), the portions are small, overpriced and sad. Noah’s as a whole has been ruined for me by this one location. With the number of decent quality bagel shops, there is no reason to give this business your money. It will only lead to disappointment

I ordered ahead using their website I picked up my order and it was incorrect but when I returned to ask them to fix it they told me they were out of the bagels I originally ordered and couldn’t help me. I was picking up a surprise breakfast for a family members birthday and I’m really disappointed by the poor service and lack of options I received. I told them I couldn’t just show up with nothing and I wasn’t even offered a refund or anything to make it right. They’re just out of the bagels and there’s nothing they can do apparently, so good luck ordering here.
