For pick up pizza, this is great. It is often very busy during the week due to a lot of oilfield workers in town, but that has decreased considerably over the past year. Still, I prefer to order online to get good deals and to not have to wait, and this method works exceptionally well.

I ordered online. The pizza and wings were ready when I got there, even though they were busy. Very pleasant employees. The food was fresh and good. I actually ate half, and then the other half the next day.

The workers are very friendly and seem to take pride in the product they give to customers. I would give it 5 stars but they do not have delivery. It is a small town and plenty of oil field workers. Pizza Hut could do a great deal better if they added delivery service.

Decided to order some wings from pizza hut because I was craving some and I thought they would be good since every other pizza hut usually meet expectations but this was probably the worst wings I’ve order ever. They hardly have andy sauce on them. Honestly it probably would have been better to get plain wings and go buy my own Buffalo sauce

I'm not a big fan of Pizza Hut. The melty things were not so good. The employees were nice, but didn't seem knowledgeable. They only had small bottles or 2 liters of soda. There were no SUGAR FREE choices.

Employees we're nice..just unfortunate when I asked for extra sauce I get next to no sauce?!? Yall making commission on that...? Hate to see what a pizza looks like when you don't ask for extra. Wings had next to no sauce on them..so essential had a dry chicken nugget. Disappointed to say the least

But Then thats when everything just Fell off the Map.. I asked for A SIMPLE . PEPPERS AND CHEESE AND NAPKINS.. AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT.. 20 Peppers, 14 Chesses and LITERALLY 12 Napkins.. I got 14 large Pizzas.. over 100 slices of pizza.. and I asked twice for the Condiments..SO THAT 1 LITTLE PACKET OF PEPPER FOR A ADULT AND 3/4 PACK OF CHEESE AND A 1/2 A NAPKIN PER PERSON.. LMFAO!! Its Crazy. LIKE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG.. IS THEIR A SHORT ON PEPPER OR CHESSE OR PAPER IN SOUTH TEXAS??? DOUBT IT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS PAYING FOR IT!! WTH??? I even told her ill pay for the Extra and she still only gives me that???? Hello??

I didn’t know prices vary if you order online or in person. I went into this location and wanted to order a small size pizza but they didn’t have any small size pizzas so I ordered a medium one. When I asked to pay the man told me to wait since there was a customer in front of me that ordered a large pizza that cost 10 dollars. When I went in to pay he told me my medium pizza price was 15 dollars since the price is different if you ordered online or in person. I told him never mind then he tried to shame me for making him put the pizza in the oven and then not paying. I was the one asking him to pay ahead when he refused…

This will be my last order from Pizza Hut in Cotulla. Pizza was good as I ordered it, large supreme for $20 and they won't give you any parmesan cheese?? It cost $1... So for me it's the point of the matter, I don't mind paying money for good food but when you pay $20 for something that cost $2 to make and you can't get complimentary condiments, I'm out with you! I'm not one to write a bad review anytime there's 1 little issue, feel free to team my previous reviews, I like to give good reviews! I just read all the reviews below before posting mine. You see the owner or manager? comment on the good reviews, I saw one review bad he commented on and made it sound as if he was going to change things. The only thing I see happening is, he’s ran a lot of business off due to charging for packets of cheese, btw, he’s raised the prices of the packets to $1.00, doesn’t appear to have a lot of business sense.

I don't know why we continue to come to this place probably cuz it's one of the few pizza places we haven't cotulla The customer service is horrible they don't honor when somebody has a coupon half the drinks that they say they have online they do not carry and they will not substitute and so-called management the females the male GM he's cool but the female they have is rude and should not be in that place of business I will be thinking twice before I order again I think I will just go to our hometown pizzeria Valdez bakery which is much better Pizza is fresh customer service is great and their prices are so much better and you get much more food

So I buy a pizza, cheese sticks and a couple sodas, costing 29 dollars. I go to pick my order up and ask for parmasean and red peppers, and they tell me, "oh that costs extra." Really!! You have to be kidding me! I was afraid to ask for napkins, would have lost my cool if they cost extra too. They just lost this customer for life!!

The absolute worse experience ever locally. Manager is beyond rude, ignorant and stupid. Came out yelling at me that he threw away the order because I took too long. The order was literally placed, 23 minutes before I got there. I understand this man talks to everyone the way he spoke to me and that is UNACCEPTABLE! The people in this community need to utilize the other restaurants that offer the same product in order to send a message. Flying J has pizzas. Exxon has pizza, Valdez Bakery has pizza and wings. This is not the way to run a local business. No hair nets, long, long hair, no plastic gloves, and no telling what else they are not doing and that's the "managers" job to enforce this. I usually order wings online after leaving work to have something to eat, but the pizza hut site decided to glitch at checkout, ordered again and this time the site registered it. When I arrived and asked for my order the lady at the front counter started giving me attitude and just being rude because I accidentally ordered two times by accident. I tried explaining to the woman what had happened but she refused to listen and continued being rude in front of other people. The people working here absolutely hate working and the customer service is terrible. You lost a customer.

The worker guy asked me what I wanted, I told him to pick up an online order. He said he could not hear me; so all I asked the guy was to please turn down the music since he could not hear what I was saying. I even said it'll help. I said it politely but he got upset and told me to shut up and get out. I even tried to explain that I was being polite but he refused to listen. He looked like a manager. If I am not welcome in a place I won't return. This is a small town, poor customer service can kill a business. Very sad and disappointing; because I am always nice to everyone, no reason to treat people like this. My prayer for this guy is that he finds peace in his life. To live angry and frustrated your entire life must be tiring.
