I come in here often to create my own salad. I am a strict vegetarian and often worry about cross-contamination. Ephraim Offers to change his gloves each and every time I come to put my mind at ease. Rarely is the scene these days. It usually annoys people. He doesn't mind, he does so with a smile and doesn't make me feel weird about it. This place gets a five star because of him and his excellent customer service.

My Chopt experience yesterday Friday night was good I came in and I immediately was greeted into the established what wonderful hospitality. The individual that mixed my bowl took the initiative to ask how my day was. Which no-one hardly ever does at fast food place or fast casual restaurants. He said his name was James he should be acknowledged and appreciated by all his guests and fellow peers he is hospitable, fast, and attentive to every detail of the guests requests and wants. And most of all with a passion.

CHOPT inside NY PENN STATION is my 1st choice. It’s always clean and the take out accoutrements are plentiful. Jose is always upbeat & efficient. Jose will change his gloves to prevent cross contamination. I once received too much dressing and Jose instinctively suggested adding more greens to balance out the salad dressing. The staff overall at this particular location obviously enjoy making their customers happy and wanting to return. This over the top service has made me a regular at CHOPT PENN STATION. And Jose, keep smiling it’s contagious :-) when traveling I frequently visit CHOPT at LaGuardia Airport. Again, the service, quality of ingredients, and environment exceeds my expectations. I absolutely recommend CHOPT for a healthy, quick meal when there’s minimum time to consume it.

on 9/13/25 at penn station clear to E subway, Mr. Saba B ( Tall black gentleman) was courteous respectful patient to my requests and had a positive attitude . He should be commended, This is why regardless of choices to invest , I choose Chopt- the clean food and the terrific service. His coworker - rang me up - ( Latino older gentleman) politely and quickly . I thank them both and will return - I am not great w names - but please reference my message to you to them . Chops is amazing! Everything they offer is top quality! From the salads to the wraps, to the warm bowls, I’ve never come here and felt anything short of sooo satisfied after I eat this food! And it’s even better when I fight my internal demons and resist getting a fattening burger or pizza slice, and instead opt for this healthier, delicious option!

The service was fast and friendly by all their service team, the store was clean, there was no line because staff was so fast, polite and communicative with customers. The food was delicious and wonderfully priced. I am amazed at the quality of service and quality of the food!
