Oakberry Acai Venice Reviews
Pricing might be high but it's NYC... The acai was great and I added a few toppings. It was a good meal!
So refreshing for a hot summer day. I got the “the oak” 24oz $20 açaí bowl. It was very filling and delicious. I added berries and pb. The service was quick and atmosphere was calming. Would go back for a summer treat.
Great location, next to the LIRR. Employee was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and comfortable. I was able to relax and eat. I had an Açaí bowl with granola, strawberries and blueberries. It was great. I remember when they only had two locations but now they have more.
On the left: The Works On the right: The Classic Went there in the morning to grab a quick bite. The staff were extremely friendly and patient while we placed our orders. Usually most places charge per topping, but here you're able to get unlimited toppings!! The items were reasonably priced. If they charged per topping, I know that I would have spent $20 easily on both items. No complaints at all!
The newest açai place opened just 4 days ago. Absolutely superb service with so much attention to detail. You can customise your açai bowl to your desire. Highly recommend!
Oakberry is always so good, love their bowls and the option to build your own. So delicious :))
Classpass user here 👋 They were familiar with it so it was an easy process. Friendly staff and answered all my questions. Will definitely come back.

The 6th Avenue, Herald Square store is great. The lady working last night is an asset. The Acai Bowl with all fruit and granila is perfection. Thank you, Oakberry. Salute.
OakBerry is always delicious and fresh. I even love the wellness shots and the new pistachio cream is fantastic!

First visit to this location, touch screen ordering is slick, efficient staff, nice seating area. I really enjoyed my berry smoothie. No complaints other than it was incredibly expensive (as is everything in Manhattan to be fair) over $40 for a bowl, a smoothie & a kombucha.
I really enjoyed it. It was a very hot day. Great option to cool yourself while walking midtown. Authentic passion fruit (real passion fruit from the fruit pulp).

Sorry guys, from ingredients, to service and unfortunately even with a trendy NOHO location, this for bowls is just not a top contender

When I built my own smoothie, it tasted pretty good. I made a peanut butter strawberry açaí smoothie and I liked it. I think they use quite a bit of water, which was slightly strange to me. My friend got the mango smoothie. It was super sour for some reason, and also pretty watery. I don’t think it was very worth it. I probably would’ve gone to playa bowls instead. Also has very limited seating.
Been going here for a while the folks who work the counter making smoothies do their best but whenever management come into the spot they are overly aggressive and controlling not only towards their employees but also the customers

Cute little place. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The service was 5 stars. The cashier walked me through the menu and how to order… that being said for a 16oz of purple gray water $15 is too much. Acai is quite flavorful, but the one i had tasted like slushy water. Skip it, go to playa bowl down the street.
Wanted to try Oakberry for a while, but will probably not be back. The person working the counter (1 person in the entire location) had headphones in, did not greet customers, and prompted people to only use the kiosk to order when they tried to ask questions. (It was NOT busy at the time). There was no music playing in the lobby either, so the ambiance was terrible and off-putting. The acai itself was okay, but was certainly not worth the 15$ price tag, particularly when the service/ambiance was so terrible.

I walk up to yhe store at 8 am. It wasn't even open despite the fact that opening hour says 7 am. She was not very friendly and very un organized. Instead of making my smoothies she was still cleaning up. That was my first and I guess my last time in this store. Sad. It took 10min to get my smoothie. Because there was another person coming paying cash.she had a hard time finding the .money I would say that you should train the staff better.

This is hilarious 😂 not even cut and blended. I thought it was just a clump of acai or protein powder. Dont worry, I'll stick to Tap or NoMad Oakberry.
My friend and I wanted to get an Oakberry Bowl at this branch today. However, the sales assistant didn't seem particularly motivated or friendly—she didn't greet us or ask what we wanted to order. When we went to place our order, she sounded really annoyed and even unfriendly, so we decided to leave the store and eat at another branch.
Love Oakberry but the customer service at the Penn Station location is absolutely terrible. An immediate attitude from the woman working Saturday mornings as soon as I walked through the door.
thought i’d give this place a try since i love acai. ordered two fruity bowls through uber eats and they came with barely any of the advertised toppings. just blueberries and a ton of granola. clearly the staff doesn’t bother to pay the slightest bit of attention to orders. made with haste, melted, and incorrect. sad because i wanted to like it.

Food, Service and Atmosphere all matter when spending money. When I make decision to spend on an item, I do so with a good feeling. I did so during my LAST visit to Oakberry Açaí, located at 370 7th Avenue, New York, NY, 10001. I walked in, excited to get an açaí drink before work, and was looked at as if shit 💩 fell on my head, and the scent was traveling! The look and attitude I recieved from server, AIDA H. And her co-workers was enough to make me run but I over looked it and hoped something would quickly change but it didn’t. I just quickly continued with placing my order not even sure if what I wanted was what I order, I just didn’t want to continue feeling UNCOMFORTABLE 😣, I paid and left. SAYING TO MYSELF, IM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE! (06/25/2025 @ 3:16p.m.)
