Ci sono andato una mattina per fare colazione. Purtroppo c'era molta gente, quindi il servizio é stato lento e c'è voluta più di un'ora. Consiglio vivamente ai proprietari di assumere più personale soprattutto nei weekend. La location é ottima, affaccia sulla piazza antistante il duomo. Infine la brioche era molto molto buona, farcita al momento e appena arrivata da qualche panificio vicino. Consiglio di andarci in settimana e evitare i weekend.

Esperienza più che negativa. Ci rechiamo qui , io , mio figlio di anni 5, mia madre di anni quasi 70 e mio fratello per prendere un gelato e qualcosa di fresco. Prendiamo 3 gelati ( 9 euro )e 1 birra ( 7 euro) al momento dell'ordine nessuno ci fa presente che così facendo non ci saremmo potuti accomodare perché con la coppetta e il cono non ci si siede ( del tipo che se fossi stata sola con mio figlio prendo una birra io e un gelato lui, lui sta in piedi? ) , ma oltretutto se ce lo avessero detto prima, avremmo preso qualcosa di diverso o coppe più importanti e invece ci viene detto di alzarci solo in un secondo momento. ( Premessa nulla contro la cameriera che deve solo stare alle regole del posto di lavoro e probabilmente è meglio così, visto l'ambiente, ben mi guarderei anche io a fare diversamente , altrimenti corri pure il rischio di rimanere a casa magari! ). Detto questo, come si può vedere in foto, di tavolini vuoti ce n'erano parecchi quindi anche a livello di cortesia, buon senso e umanità, non c'era nemmeno la questione " siamo pieni è ferragosto" per intenderci. Morale: Mia madre si rivolge direttamente alla titolare che risponde " non so come funzioni da lei , ma qui funziona così" e niente mio fratello ha bevuto la birra in piedi sul marciapiede con noi che mangiavamo il gelato. Alla gentilissima ( e sono ironica) signora titolare, tengo a dire che siamo Cremonesi, non eravamo turisti ( e menomale aggiungerei, che bella pubblicità fate a Cremona se trattate la gente così ) e siete l'unica ( forse una sola vi eguaglia ) gelateria che si comporta cosi qui🤗 Probabilmente forti di un "nome ormai storico" per Cremona, ma nulla più. Anche il gelato è molto scarso rispetto ad altre gelaterie della città, infatti non ci tornavamo da anni e oggi ci siamo ricordati il motivo!! Continueremo a non tornarci e a chiunque ci chieda un consiglio su posti cremonesi , sicuramente loro avranno solo giudizi negativi e nulla più. Veramente pessimi, sotto ogni punto di vista.

La piadina molto buona e abbondante siamo stati serviti prontamente. Avevo avuto l’impressione che la titolare fosse scortese per come tratta i dipendenti e i clienti e le recensioni lo conferma 😅. A noi non è successo niente x onestà ma le premesse c’erano quindi per cui a vostro rischio e pericolo 😅

Un locale dove vedi sulle sedute e tavolini i vassoi da ripulire, con una sfortunata cameriera che da sola deve gestire almeno 10 tavoli esterni, sotto il duomo di Cremona, una "gelateria" che ha pochissimi gusti.... cambiate mestiere! Avviso per il personale: vi stanno sfruttando non prendendo altra gente, cambiate locale subito, non meritate questo trattamento!

Ho preso questa domenica una coppetta ( un gusto ) da 2€ al gusto pistacchio. Terribile . Gusto pompato che delnpistacchio non aveva nulla . Di una pesantezza tale, al secondo cucchiaino l’ho buttato…

Che dire, di questo bar mi rimarrà in mente la maleducazione, il caffè servito al suono di "basta che non rompi i coglioni" e profumatamente pagato 2 euro. Cari gestori, provo tanta pena per chi beve in servizio, dietro il bancone, con gli ospiti in attesa, vista con i miei occhi. Purtroppo a fare i caffè e i cocktail si impara, l'educazione e la decenza, non si impara più ad un certo punto della vita.

Caffè buono, purtroppo, come ho notato in numerose recensioni, ho riscontrato un atteggiamento estremamente sgradevole e scontroso da parte del personale, il tutto immotivato. Aggiungerei che i servizi igienici mi sono apparsi poco curati e di difficile accesso.

Pessima accoglienza, chiedo di consumare un caffè e di usare il bagno prima per un ' urgenza . Mi sono sentita rispondere : prima lo scontrino altrimenti non entra in bagno ! Premesso che la cassa era affollata di gente e di certo non avevo voglia di usare la toilette con l a voglia di scappare . Quando si hanno problemi di salute non sempre si può rispettare la fila in una cassa costipata di persone . La signora arcigna mi ha costretta ad andare via . Pessima accoglienza . Mai più .

Il personale è di una maleducazione imbarazzante, il gelato sa solo di latte e zucchero e il bagno è in condizioni indegne. Dopo anni di esperienza nella ristorazione, trovo che un locale del genere e un atteggiamento simile da parte di chi ci lavora siano semplicemente vergognosi. Considerando quante recensioni uguali alla mia ci sono, forse sarebbe il caso che il personale si fermasse a riflettere sul proprio comportamento: essere in centro e vivere di turisti funziona per un po’, ma la reputazione gira e prima o poi il conto arriva per tutti. La signora più maleducata e aggressiva che mi abbia mai servito. Ha sgridato senza motivo mio figlio tale per cui ho dovuto entrare io e, senza motivo ancora, ha iniziato a urlarmi dietro davanti a tutti trattandomi male. Non ho quindi potuto consumare la mia ordinazione perché sono stata invitata ad andare via con estrema aggressività. Non esiste essere trattati così in una piazza con pure del gelato scadente!

Pessimo! l'unica cosa che si salva è il cappuccino. Brioche secca, asciutta piccolissima. Il peggio lo da il presunto proprietario, antipatico e scorbutico. Forse con qualche problema di troppo con il mondo, meglio cambiare mestiere. Nel tempo di una pessima colazione, abbiamo assistito a risposte e scene con gli avventori, che non sono ammissibili in esercizio commerciale. Mai più anche se con noi non ha avuto nulla da dire.

Il peggior posto di sempre. Eravamo in 3, io e due miei amici, ci siamo seduti al tavolo e abbiamo ordinato 3 palline di gelato e una coca cola con ghiaccio e limone. La cameriera era di una maleducazione mai visto in nessun posto. Abbiamo bevuto un caffè in questo bar del centro, durante una manifestazione in città. Fatico a decidere se fosse peggiore il caffè o l'atteggiamento del personale.

Pessima esperienza. Attratti dalla location e dal caffè Illy sinonimo di qualità, entriamo in questo bar per prendere un caffè ed inizia il disagio. Chiediamo un bicchiere di acqua dopo il caffè e c'è lo fanno pagare 50 cent. Arrivato il momento di utilizzare il bagno inizia l odissea.... un'ora in fila perché i gestori hanno inutilmente deciso di contingentare l accesso all ascensore ad una persona alla volta nonostante avesse una capienza di 3 persone e con 2 bagni a disposizione. Ultimo punto: atteggiamento del personale sgradevole e scocciato.

The experience was not even one star worth. First of all you cannot get waffle ice cream and eat at the tables outside. Second of all, 3 scoops of ice cream to eat there costs you 10 euros, despite saying 2.50€ but that‘s not the price you pay if you eat inside. Also the ice cream was not worth its price. I‘d avoid this place and search for alternatives. STAFF was incredibly OFFENSIVE and disrespectful, giving us attitude. Not a great start for someone that comes there for the first time. And if google things this is defamation, i don‘t care they lost me as a potential customer. Not recommending this place. Water was good.

I usually never write reviews but this place is so HORRIBLE that I couldn't help but write one. 1. Staff is rude and arrogant, the waitress was sighing and talking with attitude as she was surving us. It felt like she's throwing things at our table the way she was putting them down. Ruins your whole mood in a second 2. You can't take the ice cream in waffle if you want to sit there. We sat down and wanted to order, the waitress tells us it's MINIMUM 3 scoops PER person. I decided I didn't want any since I don't eat a lot of ice cream and initially wanted just 1 scoop to try. My boyfriend still ordered 3 scoops for him and I just tried from his glass 3. The prices make ZERO sense, we paid 10€ for 3 scoops of ice cream (the price says 2,50 per scoop....from the reviews it seems like that's only the price if you don't sit there). But on the receipt, our 3 scoops are shown as 2*5 € , where did that come from? No one knows Ice cream was okay but definitely not worth all that. We got tricked now but we are never coming back again, save yourself a headache and don't go to this place

We bought ice cream in a waffle cone. It was delicious. Immediately after that we sat at the tables in front and ordered a cocktail and water. They immediately came to make a remark to us that the ice cream we ordered was for outside and could not be eaten at the table because it was in a waffle cone. Let me say again that we bought it from them. My husband walked around while eating his ice cream while I was waiting for my order. In the meantime, local people came and ordered and their things were brought to them while I was waiting. After 20 minutes I decided that there was no point. I went in, canceled my order and left disappointed. Apparently, as tourists from a foreign country, we were not welcome customers at the establishment. What a pity!

The only place that marred our stay in Cremona was this place. The ice-cream seller was a large-sized woman, rude, unsmiling and with a disgruntled face. We made it clear to her that we did not speak Italian. Only in French and English. She changed in her face and forbade and rudely replied to us that she only spoke Italian and English. The ice cream was very tasty by the way. If you don't care how you are served, then visit this place, but if service means something to you, then you should think about it beforehand.

Extremely unprofessional and rude waitress who reprimanded us and gesticulated us to leave the table less than one minute after eating the ice cream that we bought at the same store. If ice cream is to-go only, you should be transparent about it from the get go, or inform your customers with some degree of basic courtesy. We will not be back; this was the worst gelateria I have ever visited and the worst attitude I have seen in my life.

I hope the business can handle the situation properly. If the table is dirty, they can clean it. If there is a price difference between dining in and taking out, they can inform the customers and allow them to make up the difference. If they don't want to do business, they can simply say so. If they don't enjoy working in the service industry, they have the choice not to do it. It was a very unpleasant experience. Until now, I still can't understand why they were so irritable. I took my children to the counter to choose an ice cream and made the payment. Suddenly, the server told us we couldn't eat inside the shop and also couldn't sit at the outdoor seats. The reason given was that we had used a to-go cup, and it would make their tables dirty. I asked how my children could sit down and eat, and the response was that it had to be dine- in order. I ordered a cup of coffee. The only thing that made me feel somewhat understandable was that they brought two plates for my children to use as placemats on the table. While drinking my coffee, I wondered if there was a price difference between to-go and dine-in orders. When I went to pay the bill, I gave them 10 euros and told them they didn't need to give me change for the remaining 6.5 euros, considering it as a tip for my children and me. However, this made the server even more frustrated. Moreover, all the staff members had been consistently unfriendly in their tone. Was it because of the hot weather? Nevertheless, I'm glad that my children behaved well despite receiving such unwelcoming treatment.

We asked for a 2€ ice-cream, and the woman asked us if we wanted it to take away or not, when I asked the difference between the options, she told me that he only thing was that is we sat down we would've glasses cup, so we agreed on sitting at the table. We ended up paying 15€ for 3 ice-cream, and the woman refused to explain to us why we were paying so much. I've discovered it just now reading the reviews.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN ITALY. We made the mistake of walking into this gelateria during a trip to Cremona because of its location on the main square. We waited for over 5 minutes before a waitress would attend us while the place was mostly empty. The waitress had clearly just come out to smoke a cigarette and appeared annoyed at the fact that we even asked to see a menu. Since we had come for ice cream, we walked inside instead to pick a flavor and got two ice cream cones and a bottle of water; after which we just sat at a table outside (once of over a dozen empty tables). Immediately the same waitress who had barely noticed us just a few minutes before rushed to the table where we were sitting, muttering unintelligible things in Italian with a threatening tone. After explaining that we had regularly paid for our ice cream and water, she went back inside, again muttering unintelligible things at us. A second waitress then came out asking that we either order a more expensive cup of ice cream than the cone and water we had got, or leave. Leave, of course, we did, never to return to a place with such terrible service and rude staff again - The ice cream itself was less than mediocre, so we ended up throwing out most of it anyway. This was by far our worst experience during almost two weeks of our trip to Italy. You can certainly find plenty of better gelaterias in Cremona.

This bar would not allow my 2.5 year old daughter to go to the toilet because I did not have my phone with green pass on it. Rules are rules, but since the waitress was not wearing her own mask correctly, I guess she decides which rules are followed and which are not. A tourist trap due to the location but going by other numerous reviews I am not alone in having had a negative experience.

Very unwelcoming is an understatement. The waitress basically yelled at us while all the other customers were looking at us. As there was no table available when we arrived, we asked for our coffee to go and when we went out, we saw a free table and sat down. The waitress started telling us in Italian, very loudly, to get up and go because we have paper cups. This, while there is no sign which indicates this rule. The corner location is the only thing which I presume brings first-time customers. Would not recommend.
