This is a taco bell 🔔 It has taco bell food I went in expecting taco bell.. And I got taco bell. The place was in very convenient location for me and what I wanted to do thet day. The staff was pleasant. I was greeted at the counter and no one had the expectation that I would use the self service kiosk. I ordered from a person... the food was delivered to our table by a person and it was correct and quick. The table and surrounding were clean. And... the bathroom was clean and well stocked. This was a very good Taco Bell experience

Ok, i have a recent hankering for their 5 layer boritio, chips and cheese. In other words, their supreme deluxe box. Almost a first name basis walking through the door, good bunch behind the counter. That said, I dont care too much for the computer ordering system, but its still possible to do it the old fashioned way. Finally, this place has a slick floor issue, so be careful. More floor mats?

Dislike the AI at the drive thru. Ordered the cantina bowl, but didn't get a fork with it. How was I suppose to eat it? Several items on the menu weren't available, so hubby wound up ordering the mexi pizza for his meal. Overall not a good experience.

Make sure you have 30 minutes to spare. Been there twice and both times it took 30 minutes for some nachos and a burrito. Whether you get a $3 or a $8 burrito you get the $3 burrito. I don't think they know the difference (lack of training maybe...that would be a corporate issue i think). The staff is friendly and it was clean in there both times.

The time you wait to get the order takes longer than a normal expected time. They need a solution. The order pick up time in the app is always incorrect.

SLOW SERVICE USUAL TASTE ORDERED SOFT TACOS in store I thought they prioritize drive thru compared to in store ones The employees all seemed busy but somehow order was not prioritized (I was told I am 3rd in line ) but then after 15mins I had to ask twice Visit via Drive Thru

This is a basic fast food Taco Bell so you should know what to expect before arriving. You also probably know your order already. You don't get much more than you'd expect. The restrooms are clean and the staff is as adequately nice as you can hope for. This is worth a visit just to hit that craving.

This location really just fits in the whole idea of crescent city fast food does not know what they’re doing. There is always something wrong with my order. I get the most generic, often the same order and somehow it’s always different. Bean burrito with extra red sauce & onion and a crunchy taco. Why am I getting a burrito the size of the cheese roll ups, with zero red sauce or onion. Not getting extra red sauce or onions is something I won’t trip about, but getting none when that’s already provided in the burrito is wild. And my crunchy tacos are always different. I either get sour cream stuffed to the brim, in which it’s broken and hard to eat or I get some weird onion or tomato combo with no cheese. I understand mistakes can happen, but this is the 9th time something has went wrong with my order. If an AI machine can understand my order, i dont think it’s that hard to read. This place is highly inconsistent. Inconvenient at that. It also doesn’t matter if there’s 10 cars lined up or you’re the only one there, it’s always a 20+ minute wait. Taco bell is good, but this location is buns.

I really really really hate the new automated AI who greets you for your order in the drive through window. Made me feel extremely anxious and presured. Every time i tried to read the menu, I'd be interrupted by the voice asking for my order. Very awkward taking to a voice Who's not real. Disapointed our country it's moving away from using real people. Took almost 30 minutes in the drive through. That's not fast food. Some food was hot while other was not. I didn't like how they put sour cream on the outside of the chalupas and crunchwrap (I'm guessing to hold the wrapper on?) And the only thing crunchy about the crunch wrap was a portion of the outer tortilla where they cooked it to hold it together. The inside was soggy by the time i recieved it. Prices reflect the purchase of the new automated service provider! New location of the dumpster area makes the angle awkward getting into the drivethrough area from L street onto 4th and into their drivethrough.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. I used to work at Taco Bell in college and we were fast and accurate. There is obviously no incentive or pride in their work for them to try to do it quickly. On past visits I have spent 30 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. We came inside this time so we wouldn’t be trapped in the line and watched the slow progression in person.

We had a very large order over $200 worth of food. This was ordered threw DoorDash we were missing a few items. So I called the gentleman on the phone said no worries come on in and we will replace it. So we drive in when we get there there is a different gentleman that yells at us telling us that he packed it and it wasn’t missing. I try and explain that I was handing out food and three girls are hungry with no food. So Rude!

Garbage AI ordering system couldn’t understand me had to get a worker. And I’ve been sitting in the drive through line for 25 minutes, only moved 10 feet

We have tried going here twice in the past few weeks. The first time not sure what problems they were having but we waited 45 minutes and still never made it to the ordering kiosk. Today practically every item we attempted to order they were apparently out of according to their AI kiosk taking our order! We absolutely will not give it a third try!!

Extremely slow service at the lunch hour . All the tacos were broken up. Missing cinnamon twists from my paid for order. Not the first time I’ve been short changed there, but definitely the last time.

My family came from out of the area and wanted a quick late night bite in the dining room.. we waited for 45 minutes for our order!! Why? Plus the tables and floors were dirty..I almost slipped getting a drink. Sorry you lost my business

We waited in the drive through line for about 45 mins for one burrito! The line just did not move. It was very frustrating that this is supposed to be a quick place to drive through and get your food, and we had to wait a long time an couldn’t get out of the drive-through line if we wanted to.

I went inside Taco Bell here in Crescent City CA and it was so slow. They mainly cared about the drive thru. One customer waited 45 minutes inside. He actually drove across the street to McDonald's and got kids food and was still waiting on Taco Bell order. Another came in as a door dash and waited so long that he got in trouble for waiting past 15 minutes for food to deliver. Mind you i was waiting the whole time. I finally asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

Took forever to get thru drive thru. Ordered a Mexican pizza and soft taco. The shell is supposed to be hard. Mine was soft and tasted terrible. It made me sick. I was sick for 2 days. Do not eat at that taco bell or you'll be sick too. I'd give all minuses if I could.

The girls in the front were so rude. The service was slow. I placed an online order and waited over an hour and a half just for the girl in the front to tell me that we need to check in before they will even start our order. Then I was told I could be refunded for my order if I was so upset. finally getting my food there was an item missing. I went back in and let them know. After that I asked for the girls name who was extremely rude, I was told we dont give names and we dont wear name tags. I am very upset. I am a regular, I come to taco bell all the time. This is not okay. I would never treat a costumer this way. Maybe your staff needs to be restrained in costumer service.

Idk why it’s so hard to clean the equipment off… kinda ridiculous that someone looked at this and thought it was good to go. Makes me nervous about the other equipment and supplies, what else are you guys not cleaning? Also, idk who reviews the camera footage but I’ve seen workers smoking blunts right outside the lobby doors. The management is letting these guys do whatever apparently. Maybe I’d cut some slack if I was actually given the food I paid for and not the food you decide to give me.

I only keep going because there are two options for after 11pm and these people are rude play stupid games like take stuff off your order and then read it back to and pretend like they didn’t hear correctly or they make you wait forever before they tell you it takes fryers to also make a Mexican pizza and they hardly ever order enough ingredients to last them til the next shipment and things are always out and they sloppily make their food apparently EDIT: I’ll change it next time I go thru and get his name but the big guy that works drive thru is my favorite worker to see he has excellent customer service and my food is always right when he’s working might just start avoiding Taco Bell unless I see him working

Not only do you have to check that they gave you the food you ordered, but you have to open it and check that they made it properly. My Mexi pizza came with a couple broken taco shells instead of the fried flower shells it’s supposed to come with. I thought I was good because I checked my bag and I had the Mexican pizza there until I got home and saw that it was not what I ordered.
