⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Sunday Night Done Right! Boo Ray’s of New Orleans in Crowley absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, everything was on point. The Corn & Crab Bisque, Southern Chicken Fried Steak Dinner, and Crawfish Étouffée were all top-tier...pure comfort at its finest. But it wasn’t just the food that made the night special, it was the vibe. The DJ spinning blues and southern soul had the whole place grooving, and when the karaoke started?! Instant good times. It was one of those nights where strangers felt like friends and the music tied it all together. And of course, we can’t forget that Voodoo Punch 🍹 sweet, smooth, and just the right kick! The perfect drink to sip while the music plays and the laughter rolls. Boo Ray’s delivered a top-tier Sunday night for us with incredible food, an amazing atmosphere, and a playlist that hit all the right notes. Can’t wait to go back!

4 of us went in to eat for the first time at the Crowley Boo Rays. Noon on Thursday. Restaurant wasn’t very busy, and only one server downstairs, Sky, and one, Ashanti, upstairs. (Hope it spelled their names correctly…should’ve listened better.) Sky was busy downstairs serving and being assistant manager. Greeted us very politely and graciously. Nice Lady! She asked if we minded going upstairs and we were glad to oblige her. Greeted by Ashanti upstairs and seated in a quiet area. She was a pleasure to meet and she took care of us in the finest way! Attentive to keep our drinks full, checked in several times, and always had a smile. Very sharp Lady! Orders were correct, more than enough portions, and very yummy! Helped us w to go boxes and bags, and sent us away w a big Thank You! On our way out we visited w Sky and she offered to take pics for us. That was greatly appreciated as I had the pleasure of dining w three retired USAF Nurses, one of them my wife, and the other two we’ve known for 25+ years. Boo Rays, and these Ladies made our lunch a hit. Thank you!

Boo Ray's is awesome! 👌 Great Cajun food. We've had the fried catfish, grilled tilapia, crawfish étoufée, and the shrimp pasta. Everything has been great. French fries and sweet potato fries are both excellent, too! And Ashanti has been a phenomenal server. (All servers have been good.)

I recommend this spot to friends and family. The food is awesome. It’s full of flavor and seasoned very well. I brought my brother here for his birthday on his first time in the Dallas, Texas area Hannah and Khadijah. They have very good services. The drinks however, was questionable, but that’s not the fault of the bartender but the drink still came out good we got complementary tequila shots. They were very welcoming. This place was the best Boo Rays we've been to since we began loving Boo Rays food. Bottom line: We LOVE Ashanti. She is the best waitress, she is absolutely gorgeous, she knew the menu front and back and had phenomenal suggestions, and she helped make my mother's birthday a great experience. We went on a Sunday and after my mom's first drink, Ashanti asked if she got her drunk and the table erupted with laughter. _Food_ The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. EXTREME COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEFS! My family is from Mississippi and we felt that someone from Mississippi was making the food. It was extremely flavorful and even when you're full, you wanted to continue eating it! The portion sizes were massive and we did not leave hungry even though we were craving more. _Pricing_ The pricing is about $10-$20 per dish, but the portion sizes make all the prices worth it!! The adult beverages are also priced similarly and also give you the bang for your buck. _Customer Service_ Well now that I'm done confessing my love for Ashanti, lol jk, all of the people who came to serve us in one way or another were absolutely phenomenal and extremely attentive. We did not have any issues, but we did ask for one-off things like extra sauce. The food runner came back with a smile each time and was phenomenal. _Adult Beverages_ There is a wild variety of specialty drinks, and I'm pretty sure if you wanted your own thing that they can make it for you. The drinks are strong without being overpowering. My mom is a lightweight so her first drink definitely had her giddy. The rest of the table was riding the wave as I call it (aka tipsy). _Atmosphere_ We went on a Sunday and this was our first time coming to this location. Well, on Sundays they have karaoke starting at 5 pm. We were at Boo Rays on the 2nd floor from 3:30 pm to 7:12 pm because we were having so much fun, eating good, and drinking good. Highly recommend coming on a Sunday. They also had football in the background. Karaoke is on the 2nd floor upstairs. Military discount - Yes, they have those. I highly recommend coming here and be sure to ask for Ashanti. She will be sure to make your experience a great one. Don't do too much though because we already claimed her.

I am only giving this place five stars because of the food and the atmosphere! I went on Sunday for a birthday party and maybe the crowd was just too much for the two servers that they had so a lot of food has to be taken back because it was cold or the weight on drinks and alcohol was so long. We had to tell several different servers that we needed certain items that was forgotten and it took forever for those items to come to our table. Now the Sunday karaoke and happy hour was totally worth it. The DJ is phenomenal great Cajun New Orleans vibe... And he can sing! His entire family was there to support him and they could sing and participate and karaoke as well they also did line dances. I will definitely be back at this place because the vibe was just phenomenal and of course the Cajun food was awesome as well.

Boo-Ray’s in Crowley is the real deal! The staff and managers go above and beyond to make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The bartenders make really good drinks, and on Sundays DJ Chief keeps the vibe alive from 5–9 PM during Happy Hour. Crowley deserves a shout-out too for showing what community is all about: breaking down barriers and making everyone feel right at home. If you want great food, great people, and an even better atmosphere, Boo-Ray’s is where you need to be.

Not often that I’m this impressed with a place, especially service wise, but this location blows it out of the water. First time visit, the food and drinks were great as well as impeccable service all for a surprisingly reasonable price. Will recommend and hopefully return!

The meal I got (14 oz ribeye, blackened, medium rare) was astonishing. I had never been here before and they did not disappoint! My server, Axel was so sweet, very good at her job. If you come here ask for her to serve you, I know I will! I’ll be back very soon, can’t wait to try more things on the menu.

Blackened Chicken Cajun Pasta was delicious and hot to the last bite. First time I've had this dish and it did NOT disappoint! Bread pudding was outstanding!

I just had to try Boo Ray’s while I was in town, and it was so worth it! I had the crab & corn bisque and Boudin, and it was all delicious! The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Eating here makes me want to plan another trip to NOLA!

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Boo Rays! I love the New Orleans feel considering I’ve been to New Orleans. The place has good vibes. Now let’s get to business here: I wasn’t so happy that the table chairs were a bit dirty. The only reason I’d state this is because the restaurant was pretty empty so I feel like why would anything be dirty when there are people to clean bc they aren’t serving. Food: we tried the chicken fried chicken and blackened tilapia. The portions were huge. I’d say for $45 or so we had enough to take home. We also had some fried pickles. Which was almost too much but not really. The service was great and so was the food. Food detail: Chicken fried chicken with 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, side of green beans and a slice of bread Blackened Tilapia two scoops of dirty rice, side of green beans, slice of bread. I added some jalapeño sauce, and jalapeños. The service: All the people that helped us were wonderful. I don’t have any names but all the questions we had were answered. One thing that could’ve been improved was, they didn’t offer to refill our water. I feel like we would’ve had to ask. Even though we don’t go any where to make a big deal out of anything, that would’ve been greatly appreciated. This restaurant is located in the downtown Crowley area across from our city hall. The area is newly developed. It’s not much there but it’s enough to get feed and go out and have a walk. Or even go to the gym :)

Do not sleep on Boo Rays! My friend hosted a holiday event in their private room. It has a REFUNDABLE $50 deposit, and the room can easily accommodate 50 people.

We called to see about gluten free options before we headed up there. We were told they had some other than salads. So we went. They only really have grilled proteins, broccoli and asparagus. How ever my chicken breast was grilled so dry it wasnt even edible. The jambalaya tasted like spaghetti-os and for $28... id prefer to just go get a can and save my $. We also got there at 6:30, sat for a bit in a empty down stairs. Then we heard they would be closing at 8pm. I understand closing early, but they turned customers away at 7pm. They were out of the honest made hollandaise sauce I was told would go with my meal and gf as well. It was all around a sad meal, but the kids ate fine.
