I went on Sunday morning. Food was very good and fresh; service was also fast. Workers who were on cashier/line were helpful and nice when I approached her to ask her questions regarding my kid meals and sides. I'm very pleasant that this location opened up as it's very close to my home. Will be back.

We love Chipotle, this is a new location that just opened and I hope it gets better. My left out the vinegarette dressing for my salad bowl and the large chips were extremely stale. We will visit again to give this location another try

This chipotle made me google if locations are franchised because this one isn’t great. It’s a new store, the new team needs some more training on how to keep food fresh and portion out the food. Got old bottom of the bin meat scoops both times I’ve visited, never had this issue at other locations. They always have a fresh one waiting and don’t serve the tiny dried up bits like this one has twice now.

Very bad costumer service…girl gave one small scoop each and kept having to ask for more. Bad attitude and needs to be moved from taking orders if she can’t handle costumers. So does the cashier all on Second Shift.

My spouse and I visited during slow time about 6 pm on a weekday. I ordered first and everything was fine. He ordered carnitas bowl and told it would be 10 minutes. Fine, he will wait. 30 minutes later he is still standing by the counter while a few people are served and he is ignored. He asks a third time and told the meat had been done for some time. He stood at the counter, in a slow to dead place, the entire time. He was so mad. It’s one thing if you are busy… this was exceptionally negligent “service”. First and last try at this place.

came in to grills being scrubbed and chair being put up at 10:15 when they close at 11 lol i’ve worked in the food industry for almost a decade so seeing them scrubbing this early was shocking but to each their own im sure they got families to feed too

Everyone is incompetent. I ordered kids quesadilla, told them 3 times and they still couldn’t get it right.

Customer service is awful! Had to ask 2 different people for my online order, it was ready on the counter the whole time. Manager was present but useless
