Vips is Vips. The food is generally the same where ever you are. I like this place as Rosa Maria gives great service and is cheery. I tend to get bitter waitresses at VIPS so this is a nice treat.
VIPs is a good to take a breakfast or dinner, is a good option to early bird . You can eat some tipical dishes

Service was ok. my bottle water was warm... I'm not having ice in Mexico! The burger was bland, lots of pepper. fries were cold. I shouldn't have a burger in Mexico, but that's no excuse for bad food...
Uncomfortable atmosphere, feels like a diner at the gas station. Food and drinks are way overpriced. They also told us that the sangria was out but 20 minutes later they served it to another customer. We even got kicked out since we did not order any food, only drinks. The place was half empty tho... where is the great Mexican hospitality?
Poor service and the food was terrible.
