This place caught our eye as we were walking along; they had packages of cuts of meat, beef broth, and empanadas that looked good. My partner ordered the package, and his randomly chosen empanada was corn, along with a steak. I ordered a separate empanada with Serrano ham and a picanha steak. They brought our beers and empanadas quickly, and the empanadas were delicious, but the good service ended there. The steak wasn't cooked the way my partner ordered it and was overcooked. My picanha was fine, but both lacked flavor. We also asked for fries on the side three times, and they never brought them. Finally, someone who could have been the manager or the owner came to serve us, but we didn't want the fries anymore, nor did we want the steak fixed. It wasn't expensive, but considering the disappointment, it wasn't cheap either, which is a shame because we started off really well with how delicious the beef broth and empanadas were.

La fiesta de pasta o festival de pasta estuvo bien, el servicio fue muy lento y eso que el lugar estaba vacío. La encargada también estaba muy insistente en que pudiéramos carne cuando aclaramos que queríamos algo de pasta, se entiende que su especialidad es la carne pero aún así no es necesario si hay más en el menú.

Es quizás uno de los peores sitios donde hemos comido en lo que va de año. Entramos porque el parrillero, desde fuera nos vendió muy bien el lugar… Pues bien: cuando el chimichurri es grasiento y salado en un sitio argentino, empezamos mal. La pasta: además de salada la trajeron bastante antes que el corte del otro comensal. De tal manera que o se la comía fría y a destiempo. Cuando se nos ocurrió pedir un poco de parmesano, literal: tardaron 20 minutos en traer un dedal de queso… y la pasta estaba suuuuuper salada. Para continuar con la genialidad: el corte de lomo, era súper chiquito. Pueden verlo en la foto. Además el mesero habla y contesta como si estuviera haciendo un favor a los comensales. Ahora afortunadamente existen muchos lugares donde además de tratarte bien, comes excelente además de ser muy originales, sabrosos.

It was my second time, as the first had been a pleasant and very friendly experience, to be honest. But sadly, I'm repeating it, and it was the complete opposite, and everything was in very bad taste. We arrived and there were only about 8 people there. We ordered our dishes, the combos they sell on-site. They brought us our soup and then our empanada. In addition to the combo, we each ordered fries (my partner and I, it's worth noting that my partner had been there 6 times before, as he liked it a lot). The bad part begins. The two cuts arrive, and without the fries we ordered with the meat (since it's a side dish, right?). Our dishes arrive, and I ordered my cut medium rare, and it came out completely raw. I politely asked for it to be cooked a little longer. My partner finishes his plate. A total of about 25 minutes pass, and my cut, which was just a quick turn on the grill and ready, but no, nothing. My steak and fries are still gone (they'd already been there for half an hour since we ordered them). I ask about my cut, and the waitress's expression is overwhelmingly embarrassed because she herself knows that none of the service they were giving me was adequate. She tells me they were waiting for the fries to come out together. Really? After 30 minutes and seeing that the other person has finished their entire plate, and they're saying that to me? And yet, the meat and fries still haven't arrived. Obviously, after all this time, I don't even have an appetite anymore. We decide to cancel at least my plate and pay for our two drinks and at least my partner's combo. They make excuses that don't matter, and then they bring the bill. We see that they're only going to charge us for the drinks, and we even think they're only going to charge that much out of embarrassment, at least. As I'm leaving, the bartender grabs me and says, "Young man, things take so long." REALLY?????? A cut that just needed a little more heat and lasted 30 minutes longer and nothing? Some fries that lasted more than 30 minutes too? REALLY? This experience was terrible, and I have no desire to return, obviously, given the way they treated me and the response from their employees.
