The chicken is delicious. But the tacos weren't great; they needed more browning. The service is fast. The cashier is efficient and quick. They serve you quickly.
They didn't ask me how I wanted my chicken, roasted or mixed like in other branches, the guy told me they only sold it like that (roasted).
I honestly thought it was rotisserie chicken, but it's actually fried. I waited a long time, and they didn't have any chicken or tacos ready. I don't think I'll ever want to eat that kind of chicken again because it's fried.
They don't remove the feathers from the chicken's wings, that's really disgusting.
I called to find out if I was calling the Pollo Bronco restaurant, and someone told me it wasn't, that it was the wrong number. They have employees who don't want to serve people who want to order.
I'm fed up! They're constantly sticking advertisements on my doors and asking me to pay for the paint. I have photos, but I've tried to upload them, yet they keep getting deleted. And that's not all. If you have three, four, or five doors, they put advertisements on all of them with tape that peels off all the paint.
