Awesome bar and delicious drinks! We went there to celebrate our anniversary which was also Valentine’s day! The cocktail selection is great. The Dj was okayish. I didn’t love the music but we stayed for a bit and would go back for the drinks! The service was great!

This was a nice place to meet and catch up. There was one bartender working, but that was appropriate for the size of the crowd on a Tuesday. She answered questions and created something tasty for me. The atmosphere was cozy and cool--I'd go again for a sophisticated drink or meet-up.

Amazing! Loved the atmosphere, service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. I’m sad that I wasn’t able to try some of the craft cocktails, but it was a wine kind of night! Try the short rib and the risotto - it was amazing. Will be back for sure!

Very cool ny styled speak easy/ mixology type place- we went on a Wednesday and it was the perfect vibe and atmosphere for that evening- it was also pretty busy which was nice. They were holding trivia night so that was entertaining too. We also realized you can bring your own snacks to have while you sip your cocktails! Awesome! Great bar! The kind of place where they actually know what their doing. The ginger beer is amazing. Robin is one of the best bartenders I've ever had. She made me a specialty drink that tasted better than I thought an alcoholic drink could taste.

The vibe at Oldfield’s is very classic and cozy. You need to go to Oldfield’s if you’re a cocktail connoisseur. My favorite house cocktail there is the Secret Stash ($16) made with Beluga Vodka, cucumber, lime, and house salted pistachio orgeat. Who knew that pistachios could taste so good in a cocktail? It was so good, I ordered another! I also had a lot of fun ordering because of the name - I made sure to wink at the bartender. The Tiny Dancer cocktail is my second favorite at Oldfield’s, and it’s also a deliciously fun time. If you like gin, this is the drink for you - it has Wilder Gin, rosemary, lemon, Green Chartreuse, and house grenadine. The Blackberry Smash is great if you enjoy super sweet cocktails.

Happy hour from 5-9pm everyday! There's a little taco stand out in front the night I went. A few years ago I was allowed to bring food in, not sure if they still allow that, but if they do, there's plenty of places to get food nearby. Parking can be difficult, but it's free and if you're willing to walk a bit, be you'll be fine.

This is totally a special place! Epic speakeasy with some of the most talented staff behind the stick. You will not be disappointed with this place, enjoyed a fair too many cocktails on this particular evening, but didn't regret a single minute!

Unassuming outside but inside you feel like you are deep in a quaint European bar. Cocktails are so well thought out and perfectly crafted. Something for everyone as they have plenty of stunning non-alcoholic Cocktails as well. Definitely a great place to start or end your night! Robin, the bartender when I visited, was warm and fun and crafted the most beautiful cocktail. Go visit and have fun! Highly recommended

I came here for a drink with friends, and the vibe was really nice. The cocktails were excellent, and the mocktails were also great. There’s seating inside as well, so it’s a good spot for groups. When I visited, there were also people drinking alone, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and comfy.

Oldfield’s on Venice Blvd. now hosts a really great Karaoke evening from 9 pm. every Tuesday. The karaoke host is Dina. The sound she mixes turns every singer into a rock star. This is the best sound you can get and I go to 3/4 different venues every week. Dina is not only beautiful in every way but tries hard to accommodate everyone who wants to sing while adhering closely to the rotation list. If you haven’t experienced Oldfield’s which itself is an atmospheric and friendly bar then, you haven’t lived. I rate it as my number 1 Karaoke venue. Join me every Tuesday. No!, I’m not on the payroll. 🎤😀

Only for the vaccinated! Love that. Have to show proof of vaccine before entering so safety is good as it gets. Nice fron porch and huge outdoor seating on side. Plus it's a great looking bar. Mellow and classy. Bartenders are friendly and professional.

Giant old fashioned. Srsly a giant cup. The biggest old fashioned I've ever had. Came here for a work event. They have a cool outdoor backyard too

They lost my credit card lol. I opened a tab order 4 drinks over the course of 1.5 hrs and when I went to retrieve my credit card they somehow either gave it away or lost it. Now they did void my charges and gave me two shots as an apology, which is kind and the appropriate thing to do. But it’s insane to me how they just gave my card away with no reasonable explanation. It was fine other than that, drinks are quite expensive but it’s to be expected. However sorry losing my credit card while I’m traveling in LA just forces me to give this a bad rating.
