CREAM Cupertino Reviews
Every time we are in the Bay Area we make sure to stop by Cream and it is so great! They will heat up the cookies to make an ice cream sandwich if you’d like, and they have all the vegan options too!!!
One of the best ice cream experiences I’ve had! The chocolate ice cream at CREAM is on another level—rich, creamy, and full of intense flavor that hits just right. You can tell they don’t cut corners on quality. The texture is smooth and satisfying, and every bite tastes like pure chocolate bliss. Staff was super friendly and the whole vibe of the shop made it feel like a treat in every sense. If you’re a chocolate lover, this place is a must-visit!
Freshly baked cookies, and ice cream making for an amazing sandwich. They have a huge selection of cookies, but going with the chocolate chip cookies is always a solid choice as chips chill in the cookie and make for a better texture than a big soft sandwich that you'd get with the other choices. Great selection of ice cream flavors too, but be ready for a huge dose of sweetness no matter what you order. Mike is usually working and jamming to the tunes and is always ready to make a great sandwich with a smile.
Their cookies and especially their ice cream are EXQUISITE!! Decadent, balanced, and so so fun!! Recently catered the dessert at a family event and it was one of the highlights of the event!! The people were super friendly and responsive too. I will definitely work with CREAM to cater dessert for a future event again!
Only letting one group at a time come in. Had a hot fudge sundae with a peanut butter cookie with Green tea and chocoholic ice cream. Topping was crushed Oreos ☺️💯 My boyfriend had a raspberry sorbet with gummies on top. Very delicious 😋

I got to have a gluten free ice cream cookie sandwich, for the first time since going GF. It was delicious. The woman was also amazing at helping our son to branch out from plain vanilla. This is an amazing shop with a phenomenal staff. I highly recommend. Looking through the negative reviews it appears that people are really negatively reviewing themselves and not this shop.
🌟🌟🌟🌟 After dinner, my team and I headed to Cream in Cupertino for dessert, and it was a perfect choice! 🍨 The location is spotless and offers an impressive array of selections. Make sure to read all the options before making your decision—you won’t want to miss anything! 📜 For a rare treat, try the ice cream taco 🌮, or stick with a classic banana split 🍌🍦. You really can’t go wrong with anything here. Pro tip: Ask the staff for their recommendations. They'll give you the inside scoop (pun intended) on the best ice creams and hidden goodies! 🍧 We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back for more! 😋
Their cookie sandwiches and brownies sandwiches are delicious! The brownies were very good and fresh! The double chocolate chip cookie is good too! I tried the salted caramel in a sandwich, great combination! Their vanilla is good too! Staff is very hard working!
Cream! What a place. Always love the cookies, the ice cream, the whole sha-bang. I love that everything is baked the day of so it's always really tasty and the ice cream is definitely a step above your classic baskin robbins or dreyer's. This one doesn't have a ton of seating so it's good for a quick stop in dessert, but there's plenty of other things around boba/coffee, food, etc to also stop in and checkout. Delicious and fun!

Cream is good, not the best but its close. We got the ice cream taco with Rocky Road, Banana Cream Pie, and Pistachio Almond. Ice cream was good, but not the best. We have been here prior to eating here today and got the ice cream sandwich previously. We may come back again, but there are alot of ice cream spots that can compete.
It’s okay. Still pooping blue two days later. Be careful with the playdough flavor…
The servers are really nice and helpful. We ordered a chocolate milkshake , it was nicely thick and sweet. The scoop of peanut butter ice-cream that I had ordered lacked the quintessential rich, nutty flavor.
We came here mid-afternoon. We got a nice cream sandwich with mocha fudge and a pistachio/almond with mini sugar cookie. The cookies are warmed up so they have a soft bendy feel to them (vs. crisp cookie like Tate’s Bake Shop). My low score is because the ice cream felt old. Pistachio tasted off. I was tempted to toss my cup but I didn’t want to upset my friend. The service was polite and efficient and reserved. The environment could be more clean (surface and furniture). That said, I liked that they offered a choice of spoon or little shovel (I chose the latter) to eat my dessert.
Nice ambiance and the place is always very clean. There are a few vegan options, but they are all significantly more expensive than the standard ice cream/cookies. The flavor of the vegan mint chocolate chip ice cream was so-so, I don't think it's worth coming back for.
Guilty pleasure ice cream spot. It's good but real heavy and I questioned why I bought it after I finished it.

Better ice cream options in the Bay Area. Quite generic, but convenient location and great service. We were able to sample a couple of different flavors.
overpriced. i have had much better ice creams. they didn’t have cookie dough flavor in stock, which is the main reason i visited this location. the chocoholic flavor was not sweet nor chocolatey enough.

I visit this place often and always get the waffle ice cream which is normally a great tasting dessert. Except ...today I got this waffle that was semi cooked and soggy that the whole thing tasted awful. I went up to the staff and let them know that the waffle wasn’t cooked well. The person was a bit rude and told me ‘ it is on a timer - there is nothing I can do to cook it more’. I showed him the soggy waffle and told him to increase the time on the timer so the waffle would crisp up. He came back after 7-8 min with another waffle that was marginally better. In the meanwhile my Ice-cream had melted so had to eat just the waffle and the whole experience therefore ruined. I am quite upset with this whole thing, I doubt I am going back again. ( picture shows the semi cooked waffle)

Ice cream 2 scoops tasted old and had freezer burn. Definitely won't return. Grocery store ice cream is better. I didn't ask for a refund, but I deserve one. Maybe their ice cream sandwiches or other items are better.
I was really disappointed with Cream. The ice cream tastes extremely artificial and overly processed, with bright, unnatural colors that don’t look appetizing at all. It feels more like eating chemicals than real ice cream! Definitely not the place for anyone who enjoys natural desserts.

**Review for Cream ** I had a very disappointing experience here. The management here is absolutely terrible. Not only did the he seem disorganized, but they were also extremely unprofessional in their behavior. The person (manager or owner) at the counter was rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. It was clear that there was a lack of leadership, as there was confusion about orders and some items were unavailable without any explanation. To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager (or owner) arguing with a delivery driver in front of customers, which was completely inappropriate. This kind of unprofessionalism made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. The delivery driver that was already in the store was obviously next in line but the manager decided to ignore him and help another delivery driver that just came in. It looked racially motivated, but if it wasn't it just looked plain bad. It's a shame because the ice cream itself was decent, but the poor management and unprofessional conduct make this place not worth the visit. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend it to others.
