KFC is an iconic fried chicken restaurant. I had tried their bucket chicken a while ago at an orange-themed KFC restaurant, and it had a distinct flavor, slightly salty. My initial thoughts were okay at the time. However, at this location, I experienced the authentic taste. I plan to give it another try and would recommend it if you crave crispy chicken. I paid $34 for 8 pieces of fried chicken, 4 slices of bread, mac & cheese, and French fries—more than enough for a family of four

When I go though the drive Thu, the chicken pieces seem smaller. Now that I sat in the restaurant the 4.99 two piece meal dark meat. The leg was good size, the thigh was big and plump. Taste great as it always does. Good price, I'm full.

I ordered a large mashed potatoes. I did not order gravy and mashed potatoes. I asked for tenders which is usually breaded...not original. So now I have no dinner or side to eat.

First time in a long time that they actually got my order right. Hadn't gone there in ages because it's always aggravating. New look in the dining room, upgrade in the food presentation and a pleasant person at the register - maybe things are changing.

There isn't a bottom crust, which I didn't mind. The gravy filling was flavorful with a good amount of chicken and veggies. This combo meal size was just right for me. I also ordered an extra crispy chicken drumstick, and it brought me back. The meat was tender and juicy, with the classic extra-crispy crunch. I also like the original recipe and hope to grab another chicken meal with all the fixings soon. From what I saw on my recent visit and how busy this location is, the staff were hardworking and kind. They quickly got orders out and kept the spacious dining area clean. Mobile ordering, drive-thru, and delivery service are available. I had a pleasant and tasty experience overall, so my current rating reflects that. I can see and understand why the low ratings are stacked, and fast food in general can be a hit-or-miss when it comes to the food or service. However, this KFC has been around a long time, which says something.

Order a Nashville Hot Chicken. The taste is good but the seasoning is too much oil. A Honey butter biscuit is good.

Clean, mostly quiet, good service but sometimes you'll stand there and no one wants to ring anyone up. The drive-thru working will stare at you while your standing there, doesn't say "hi welcome be right there" or anything just stares. It's a common thing here at this KFC. Weird. Other than that, food always fresh though! And the main manager is amazing!

This is a typical KFC. It's a good place for a quick bite to eat for sure. It has a drive-thru and a seat-down dining area. The staff is great and polite. They do get busy and may have you pull into the parking lot next door to wait for your order and they will walk it over to. Overall a good experience at this KFC location.

Really great food, I ordered a small 2 piece and it came out immediately. There was a young man at the counter; I think his name was Shawn, he was quite friendly. However, the bathrooms did lack hygiene as the toilets had some sort of fecal matter.

This is a typical KFC. It's a good place for a quick bite to eat for sure. It has a drive-thru and a seat-down dining area. The staff is great and polite. They do get busy and may have you pull into the parking lot next door to wait for your order and they will walk it over to. Overall a good experience at this KFC location.

Usually this location has the best tasting foods. This time the Extra crispy was ordinary. The mash potatoes and gravy...let's just say...3 out of 10. Biscuits 8. This use to have cars around the block. Hope it turns around...

Great service, food,,,,not so. 320pm late lunch. Ordered 2 piece meal, original. Sides, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, on biscuit. Biscuit, old and stale, butter milk should be flaky, not so, rubber hard. Mac and cheese,,separated, pasta separated from cheese like oil and water. Potatoes, ugh, instant and stale. To best describe my experience they made my order 5 hours prior to eating. Go elsewhere, del Taco is always fresh. Sorry KFC, someone needs to oversee the cook or microwave or ???

So disappointed after years of coming to this location. There was a promotion that said we would recieve a beverage bucket with a purchase of 12 piece meal or more. I bought a 14 and was told it only applied to 12 or 16. Which would not have been that big a deal, except when i got home the buiscuits were rock hard. I dont even think they were from the day before. This location has always been great but this time they really disappointed.

Not sure how hard it is to follow instructions when working a drive through window. I asked for 4 plates and got two. Asked if I can get honey for the biscuits and for 2 packets for 6 biscuits. Asked for hot sauce and for 3 packets for a bucket of chicken. I guess the kid at the window had something more important on his cell phone instead of providing customer service.

Everytime I go they re out of something. The quality of the good is great, always freshly made. But not actually taking contamination preventions. The people who take the order through drive through which handle cash/cards also handle putting the order together with same. Dirty hands. No one should be handling food or putting orders together if they are handling cash/cards

Food here is below standard very mushy and stale the cashier got our order we ask for two sides of Mac n Chesse with sweet corn but he gave us green beans and Mash potato this is just the beginning once we had our order our 20 pice bucket has hair pice on it we are absolutely disgusted by the service and food here stay away

The food was average. After ordering fries as a side, they asked us to pull around and wait. They said it would only take 3 minutes, but it actually took 10 minutes to get our food and after all that, the fries were cold. They also forgot to include butter and honey for the biscuits. We will not be returning.

I had a coupon for a large mashed potatoes and another large free. I paid for one order, they never gave me my free large side of mashed potatoes. The manager is extremely rude and arrogant, I will never go back,,and other locations are all franchises so they don’t care. Amit Khurana.P.S. So basically I went at 9 pm at night and I got 3 chicken sandwiches with 1 of them being spicy, they were all regular, the dude erinie at the window, at least he had a nice shirt, but took him 30 minutes for 3 sauces, buddy I had 5 items, but the quality of the chicken was super bad, very old tasting and not crunchy, rather go Popeyes, it’s a shame, was coming here for years, even met my 1st girlfriend in high school.

Typical fast food. Underpaid workers with mediocre food. If the chicken was not sold yesterday, they should throw it away instead if re-selling it. Dried up chicken does not taste good UPDATE: I went back to this place to order 16piece meal. When I got home, the chicken was VERY SALTY ! Never again will I come back here.

Paid for an order of $10.23 with .23 in change and $10.00 on my debit card. Upon review of my receipt as I drove off I was charged the $10.23 on tge card. When I went back to inquire of the charge I was told to wait 15 minutes while the manager is on break. If it is more important for the manager to have a break than deal with a customer then KFC does not deserve my business. I was an avid customer at least two to three times a week.

Food ok. Employee s are terrible. Management is even worse. One man in perticular. Rude, very poor customer service skills. Employees learn from the higher up. You have got to be kidding me. I pay 25 dollars for basically some chicken nuggets and you forget my drink. I thought we were paying these employees 20 dollars an hour now. How can they not read. Do not eat here. Do your self a favor and go to the grocery store.

I ordered a meal with a side of corn. They failed to deliver it in my bag. When I drove back for it, they said that I had not been charged for it so what was the problem. I said, that I hadn't been given a receipt and so how would I know that. They printed a receipt for me which was wrong and when Inpointed that out, they continued to treat me rudely instead of giving me the corn.

Service is truly disgusting. I ordered a takeout at the register specifically asked for a side of mac and cheese for my kids, cashier even showed me the different sizes they offer. He repeated back the order in broken spanish which i have no idea why if I myself took the order in english. Once i get home kids are super excited for mac and cheese just to find out we got extra mashed potatoes instead… No problem, I immediately sent my brother back to retrieve the mac and cheese, while at the same time trying to call but they seem to have the phone disconnected or decide not to answer. They were super disrespectful to him he ended up buying the mac and cheese. I finally was able to get ahold of them 30 minutes later/30 calls later where the manager (woman) is completely disrespectful as soon as i explain the situation in the most respectful way possible. I myself worked at a restaurant before i know what it is to deal with rude costumers and have always made it rule to not be one of them. She hands the phone over to the cashier not taking authoring as a so called “MANAGER” i’m not even blaming the cashier at this point. He hands the phone back to her and she starts yelling at me to bring back the food for a refund as if my kids weren’t starving and had ate majority of it. I could care less about having to pay for another mac and cheese it’s the way they treated us that was truly unacceptable even for a fast food chain.

I went back and he accused me of wanting something for free. He also charged me for the sauce he didn't give me. He accused me of being a thief, without looking at my receipt. I called corporate and have heard absolutely nothing so there for I shall not be going back to any KFC.

I got 2 boxes of tenders and I box of biscuits. I had to pay again to get the rest of my order of Apple turnovers. Very incompetent workers and they make $20 an hour. I have issues with my orders every time I go to this location!!!

In the end I was treated with disrespect and wasted my time cause my order was incorrect. Also the chicken is way smaller than before.
