Fourth time in a row I've had a problem with this particular habit. This time I ordered online so I could pick it up and eat outside with my pup. The Santa Barbara Cobb was missing the hard-boiled egg. I spoke with an associate just coming on shift and waited by the door outside with my pup. No one bothered to help me. On my previous visits I've had missing items from my order and the person argued with me even though the items were on my receipt. She even pretended to check the register and said I didn't order the drink. Yes, I tipped when ordering. Check your receipt. Check your order. September 2025 update. I waited a month to come back because I thought it might be a "new crew" issue. The food at the habit is almost always great. No issue with the product. There is a screen at the register now that shows you what they input for your order. That seemed to help with accuracy. Still only four stars because I was missing something from the bag. The customer that came to pickup while I was being helped was also missing something. The interaction was greatly improved this time. I've used all methods of ordering during this time. (Online, register, kiosk) Yes, I've tipped every time. I really appreciate the screen at the register now. I can make sure they got everything before the transaction is finished. The experience has improved greatly.

original Char Burgers and more. I order a Portabella Wrap, the Best. Parking in the strip mall, Clean dining rooms or dine outside. handicapped entrance, and clean bathrooms. They have water cups to boot. Visit this great burger place at moderate price to medium priced. The original is less than 4 bucks. My normal go to burger place.

My daughter and another child burnt her hands in the bathroom. That water was way to hot, because I ran my hands through it. I told the worker and he was like ok, the water temperature in women's bathroom is high again. Something like that, so they knew. Get a plu.ber to fix it. Thats something bad waiting to happen!

The shake machine is broken. The ketchup dispenser is empty, and the man at the counter made me wait about five minutes to ask for ketchup, then just threw a handful of packets on the counter. Very rude. The hamburger was ok, but I will never come back again.

We came at 10:15 and they were closed when they supposed to open at 10am, after I tried to open the door the person inside looked at me and kept using her phone after 5 more minutrs she came and unlocked the door. Not the best way to start the day.

The staff was friendly enough. The burger was not as expected according to the menu picture. There no grilled onion?Not available too ask for raw onions thru app 🤔Absolutely not worth the price😣 Even if BOGO, it's not filing & not extra special compared to other competitors.

This place is understaffed. I like the habit but they just don’t care about you at this one. My son’s cheese burger was bright red in the middle. We had to throw it away. I told the workers (so did multiple people) they were out of Dr Pepper and they never changed it. Lastly, there is no one to take your order, just screens. Saw multiple people just give up and walk out. This store won’t be here very long and I can see why.

Put broken toothpick in my hamburger that you can't see unless you take off bun. Asked for no onion and had onion inside. Bread dry and hard. Horrible location.

I visit this Cypress location once in awhile because of the lines. What happened to our favorite fries??? Left in the grease and served/ or leftover fries in the tray grease laden. The SB was the same. I didn't come to have a grease job, just a great burger. Couldn't even use the little ketchup I received. Didn't digest right with me this time....sorry. Have to come back when the grease is well drained. Would have been no stars if that was an option. Be safe and eat well!
