The food was GREAT and service exemplary! It was my 1st visit and I couldn't decide what I wanted. The cashier was very sweet to help me decide and give me advice on a great sauce to pair with the tuna ahi wrap with mango 😋

Beyond friendly staff and the food is fast and tasty! It's one of a few places in downtown Dallas that has a great variety of soups. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their food. I typically order steamed pork dumplings and side salad with Asian ginger dressing and enjoy every bite. I do miss their frozen yogurt machine though! Worth the ride down the escalator in the Republic Center. FYI: there is no formal seating. You walk up and take the food with you. Plenty of seating down the hall!

We went here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The owner Jeff greeted us as soon as we walked in the door asking us if we had ever been there before and offered complimentary drinks and frozen yogurt. We felt very welcomed us to his eatery and felt very comfortable instantly. We were not sure exactly what to get so he offered us samples, which we partake in, and then ordered. The food comes in very nice containers that you can dine in or carry out with ease, which we found very handy. The restrooms were very clean as was his entire restaurant and that is very hard to find these days so that was also a very pleasant thing to see. We will be returning needless to say and a big thank you to Jeff and all of his staff for striving to make an amazing experience for everyone who comes through the doors.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Beroniyca has a smile on her face every time that I walk in here. They have become THE spot for breakfast and lunch in our office! The Tokyo Chicken and Ahi Tuna Tower are both amazing! Also, their breakfast tacos are outstanding!

Love the dumplings. They are freshly made. Haven't tried anything else on the menu. Soda selection is very limited, but they have a bunch of flavors of ice tea if that's your thing

This is my go-to lunch place around Republic Tower when I'm in the office. Their Morning Tacos are the best breakfast! And the Tuna Tower makes my lunch break so yummy 😋 Definitely a come-back!

The food is marginally better than what’d you find at a generic Asian takeout spot in the mall. By the time I got the food it was cold which detracted from the overall experience. The Asian slaw salad was pretty good though. Location can be confusing. It’s in the basement so you might need to ask the security guard if it’s your first time.

First thing first, the pork dumplings I had were pretty tasty. The selection of dipping sauces offered were also great, I went with the spicy ginger. That being said, the orange chicken bowl I had was terrible as it was DROWNING in sauce. I ended up just picking the chicken and broccoli out.

Food is edible. Have not thrown up yet. Will update if possible. The man asked me twice if I wanted tuna. I said yes both times. I was served salmon. Edit: I did not get food poisoning.

Walked in off the street looking for a previous restaurant that was here. Not sure what to expect from Kuai. They seem to be all over the place with their menu. The hot and sour soup with ground pork I chose was salty and insipid. I tried doctoring it up with the array of add-ins provided at the self-help counter, but ended up tossing it in the garbage. If I do come back, it won't be for the Hot and Sour soup.

Pork dumplings were inedible. Undercooked, doughy and I didn’t feel comfortable eating them so I threw them away. Poke bowl was good. My friend said her Tokyo bowl was mid.

Bowl was completely over soaked with juice, rice was thick and soggy. Chicken tasted as if they plainly cool all of it and throw it in whatever sauce you ask for the minute before.

Nasty and cheap. The chicken is that horrible processed fake meat. The sauce is worse than you'd find in a supermarket. It couldn't be less Asian.
