La Parada Dallas Reviews
AMAZING FOOD and Fast service!!! Food was unbelievably amazing genuinely best burger I’ve had in YEARSS!!! Double double cheese burger was amazing getting it every time I go to Klyde Warren! You def get more than what you pay for amazing food!
The brisket tacos were very tasty, as well as the salsa and fresh chips! The staff was really nice. I would definitely recommend grabbing lunch here and sitting in the park enjoying the gorgeous views of the Arts District.
Amazing taste of food! Definitely recommend!
Stopped by here for cold drinks and carbs. Left totally happy. I was looking for the name of this place to see if there was one near me and was surprised to see it rated at 2.7 stars. Everything was good and we spent 2 hours here eating and drinking. Will definitely be back.

La Parada is a taco restaurant that unfortunately has received mixed reviews, earning a 2.7 rating from 38 reviews. While the restaurant offers a variety of taco options, some guests have found the quality and consistency lacking. The tacos, though made with fresh ingredients, don’t always meet expectations in terms of flavor or texture, and some have noted that the service can be slow or inattentive during busy hours.
The price of this food is outrageous for what it is.. fast food Fries are better and cheaper.. tacos 10 bucks.. were bland.. the avocado melt definitely wasn’t worth 17 bucks.. and I might add …… a 4 dollar can of sprite?? Really people. Never spend $ here again..
Disappointing Experience at La Parada in Downtown Dallas, Texas I recently visited La Parada in downtown Dallas, Texas, and unfortunately, I found the experience to be quite underwhelming. The food and beverages did not meet my expectations, and I believe the prices were not justified by the quality offered. I ordered a burger, which was just passable, but not particularly impressive. However, the real disappointment came with the margarita, served in a foam cup only half-filled, priced at $10. Considering the quality and quantity provided, the margarita would have been more reasonably priced at $4. In comparison, I could have gone to MI Cocina's bar and paid $10 for a larger and better-quality margarita. Additionally, I tried the salad with brisket instead of beef, which turned out to be a letdown. The brisket was served cold and dry, and the salad had an overabundance of cabbage rather than lettuce. To top it off, they charged $4.00 for a bottle of water, which seemed excessive. In conclusion, I cannot recommend La Parada based on my experience. The food, beverages, and pricing left much to be desired, making it difficult to justify a return visit.
So expensive it is outrageous $5 for a can of soda

The brisket doesn't have any flavor and no seasoning. Food wasn't good nor worth the price.
Got the brisket avocado melt. With this place being bring so expensive I thought I would get nothing but great tasting food. Boy was I wrong, the fries were good but the melt was awful. Terrible taste with even worse after taste. Also had a mouthful of thin brittle black plastic from God knows where. Left feeling very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and never eat here, its overpriced garbage.
The nachos are mostly dry with hardly anything on them including cheese. The cheese fries were about the size of McDonald fries. A can of soda is $4. For all 3 it was $30. And the quality of food wasn’t all that great
I ate at the place with my Partner. We both ordered the Brisket Quesedillas. I have no idea what kind of meat was inside, but that was no Brisket!! It looked very light and had a fishy taste. We had a few bites of it and stopped eating. A couple hours later the stomach pain was incredible. We almost went to the hospital!!! I dont know what you are selling the people, but that was the worst Quesedilla I ever had. The fishy tasting ( Meat ? ) ant the soaking Wet Tortilla. A true nightmare. My stomach was hurting all night long. Someone should take a look at this place and especially the so called Meat.
If you order brisket tacos, they will give you soggy brisket quesadillas. If you order guacamole and chips, make sure they give it to you at the window. Keep your receipt handy, because they will argue with you about it and try to charge you again. Even if they do have it ready with your order, you only get a handful of chips. The only option for water is $4 bottled Ozarka. Don’t count on customizing your order. They probably won’t hear you. I will never make the mistake of patronizing this establishment again.
There were 3 kids & 2 adults of us were here around early lunch time. We were not even finished half of our food on our plate then the waitress gave us the bill, and five minutes after she came to us again to ask “Do you need anything else?” 😒. We gave her the credit card to pay. Then 5 minutes after we paid she came to us to ask again: “Do you need anything else ?” She meant to kick us out; we hadn’t finished our food yet!!! I noticed that we were only Asians in there. They were discriminated us and tried to kicked us out quickly.
Very expensive for not remotely worth it. $4 for a can of coke? $9 for a plain old grilled cheese? Perry’s across the street would have been much better option for not much more money. There the quality matches the price.
They couldn’t make anything with chicken besides quesadilla (I can’t really eat dairy without feeling sick) and salad (which I didn’t really feel like eating… we came here for Mexican food not a salad). So my friends ate while I just watched awkwardly… didn’t like that they couldn’t add chicken to a taco or something else, but perhaps I’m too picky…?
I thought I had escaped the horrible service from Mi Cocina next door, turns out this is a little joint they have next door. Food is 0 stars. Not worth it. Save your money.
No flavor and VERY over priced. $4 can coke and water bottle. They don’t tell you the total before demanding your card and when you ask they say you’ll see on the receipt.
