Maple & Motor Dallas Reviews
DELICIOUS!!!!!!! This was my first time coming here and I was not disappointed. I'm not from Texas so I wanted to try something different. The food was so authentic and scrumptious. It's a laid back type of restaurant, almost seemed like a mom-and-pop type. The culture of the restaurant is more of an order at the counter, seat yourself and the food is brought to you. This is a great place for a burger while in town!
Maple & Motor This incredible burger 🍔 place has always been a very good hidden gem in the City of Dallas. Those who know, know about this wonderful on of a kind burger place. Today was no exception by order one cheeseburger when you can order two (Mouth-watering delicious burgers). Always cook fresh into your liking with a side of fries 🍟 tater tots or onion rings you really can't go wrong. I think the only issue I ever had, I wish they serve milkshakes lol 😆 To all my friends that come to the City of Dallas to visit. This is one of the places I always like to take them. 👍👍
One of Dallas' best burgers! Just great in every way. Any burger joint that professes burgers should be a little pink (they ask your preference and will cook well done if asked) is ok in my book. Bologna sandwich was great! Patty 3/4th inch thick. Fries were fried perfectly. One thing I appreciated was the seating arrangement. This is a somewhat small place and finding a table could be a stressful experience. However, they have signs posted instructing you to stay in line and they find you a table. They aren't afraid to ask people to leave a table if they violate this system. Awesome!
My Doctor of all people recommended this spot during a random conversation about the best restaurants in Dallas. I had never heard of it because I live pretty far away but glad He brought it up. Was worth the drive out with My Family, will be back. Everything was delicious, from the cheese fries to the well put together burgers!
I rode a bus past this place for over a year, thinking it was a used car lot. Then, i saw it featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives and the lights finally went on. I bused 5 miles to get there... and I'm glad i did. The place is surprisingly small. If the parking lot is half-full the diner is jammed! I arrived, luckily, just before the lunch crowd hit on Sunday. The "waiter"... more like maitre d', since you order and pay at the bar and carry your own food to the table... anyway, the waiter was very helpful and friendly... a take-charge kind of a guy... arranging a seat for me in a wheelchair, taking my order, and handling the bill. (I regret not getting his name.) Very casual diners in very casual clothes. And, HUGE 3-handed burgers! Very tasty! I had pickled jalapenos added to mine. They did not skimp. Combined with an order of fries and a Shiner draft, i left the place more "satisfied" than I've been in a long time. As i write this review 5 hours later I'm still feeling satiated. Prices were about average for this kind of fare. I do have one minor gripe: They don't have printed, hold-in-your-hand menus. But , i understand why... order at the counter. Still, i could have used one... if for no other reason than curiosity about entrees.
OMG this place was amazing The burgers were huge, toasted buns, crisp lettuce, perfect tomatoes red onins, crunchy pickles, mustard and pickled jalapenos. Meat cooked to perfection. Onion rings were fresh crispy just delicious the fries were delicious as well. The cashier Ms. Mercedes was friendly and sweet helped us order the perfect burger. Also want to say thank you to Ms. Monica for taking the time to make sure all our questions were answered and how satisfied we were with our meals. Customer service is awesome they go the extra mile for their customers. My first time there I give them a 10 out of 10 I will definitely be returning. 💯 Satisfied customer. 1
Cute little diner-esque restaurant. Small interior but big portions. I had one chicken sandwich ($8.95) for lunch and was full. I did not get fries (sold separately) but I tried a friend's and they were crispy and delicious. Thr chicken patty was grilled, they did not have a fried option, but that was fine by me. It was a but busy but the service was quick. I recommend coming here and would go back.
A definite hidden gem in Oaklawn. Endorsed by Guy Fieri! Don't miss this hip, off the main drag spot. You will not be disappointed. Burgers are a work of art and taste delicious. Very laid back and easy atmosphere. I would steer clear of the "gobs".... don't get the hype at all. Make this spot a regular.
Best burger in Dallas! Serious, hands downs in my top 3 burgers out there. Only two burgers could match the ones they got here a Maple & Motor, and neither have Dallas pride! The menu is simple. Burger, or cheeseburger. That's it. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, whatever you want. I got a cheeseburger with jalapeno and grilled onions, and it was phenomenal. The shakes are good too, and the onion rings were flakey and perfect. The waiter dude (I didn't catch his name but he knows I'm taking about him) was conversational, friendly, and overall welcoming to the chill, cool vibe that the dive offers. Thanks y'all! I'll be back with my wife to try the brisket!
All I can say is, "Amazing"!! From the service to the food everything was great! The brisket sandwich melted in my mouth, the bun was very tasty soft on the outside and lightly toasted in the middle. My husband had the burger and decided to double it. That was a mistake because he couldn't finish it! He said that was one of the best burgers has ever had. We shared an onion ring which was very delicious. The seating area is rather small, but they make sure to find you a seat. I will defiantly be back to try other items on the menu!
First time going here, I got the cheese burger, tater tots and a fountain drink. The place is almost a hole in the wall type joint. Nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. The cheeseburger was very simple, but man was it good. You know it’s going to be a good when it stands nearly 6” tall. I’ll be back again!
This is my all time favorite burger joint in DFW, Pictured here with my review is a bacon cheese jalapeño burger, with an egg made over easy. Pair that with their out of this world tasting onion rings and you’ve got yourself a hearty combo that’ll leave you drooling for more. ( make sure you’re ready to get down and dirty as this is not a burger for neat eaters! ) the buns are buttery and warm, the bacon is thick and savory. And the flavor of the beef patty is mouth watering all on its own! Though a hefty burger its tenderness and ability to melt in your mouth with ease will send your tastebuds into a frenzy all on its own! Service here is always friendly and down to earth. Although it can be on the pricy side for a burger the quality & quantity will leave you more than satisfied. the Ma & Pop atmosphere is great, although I do really miss the Juke Box they use to have, it added a little Ol’ School charm to able to pump in a dollar and browse the classics it was loaded with. All in all this place is great. And is always worth a visit!
We love Maple and Motor! When my daughter was younger this was the only she would eat a whole burger and would be so proud of herself for doing so. 🙂 We still love eating here and having a bit of everything, most recently, burgers, onion rings, and loaded fries. It’s small but there’s seating for everyone, just grab a table after you order.
Maple Motors Burger – A True Burger Lover’s Dream I just had the best burger of my life! A perfect burger is a thing of beauty — and Maple Motors Burger delivers just that. This masterpiece was bigger than my face, stacked high with top-quality ingredients, and, most importantly, it tasted like real meat. These days, it’s too common to find burgers that are paper-thin and flavorless, but not here. Maple Motors serves a generous, juicy patty that reminds you what a burger is supposed to be. Every bite bursts with rich, meaty flavor — the kind that makes your lips sing and your belly blissfully full. A thick, substantial patty and quality ingredients make all the difference, and Maple Motors clearly understands that. This place doesn’t just serve burgers — it serves an experience.
This whole place is a 5. Great service. Super clean and has a nice feel to it. The AC is amazing, which on a hot day would be very refreshing. Nice selection of beer on draft. Now down to the nitty gritty: Burger: 4.4 solid patty. Tasty. Nice thick slice of cheese that didn’t melt away into the meat and bun. One patty will satisfy the heartiest of eaters. Fries and Tots: 5 excellent. The fries are thin enough to have a crisp, yet thick enough to give you that good potato meat. Plus they let you get fries and tots mixed. This side is definitely enough to share, but if you are big o fries and stuff, it will definitely leave you satisfied. I wish I had the appetite of my 20s or I would have killed a double meat burger.
I’m a huge fan of local burger joints. Unpretentious staff, atmosphere, and eats. After this first visit on a Tuesday afternoon, no question about my coming back. A perfectly grilled massive cheeseburger & onions that I put in my top 5 in the US. Yes - it is that good! And while they are known for their tater tots, they should be equally proud of the best onion rings I’ve had in ages.
Friendly staff, great cheeseburger, meat seasoned well. Onion rings were on point. Vanilla shake was good. Great place to go after a hard day.
Now I will preface this by saying that TV brought me here. Expectations were high, but they were met. The food was phenomenal. It was in the middle of lunch, so it was busy. 2 cheeseburgers, a chicken tender basket, an order of fries and a drink. Halfway through lunch, my fiancee pointed out the sign on the door that says, "The last thing that Diners want is screaming children," which was a little off-putting, but luckily for us, our 4 and 6 year old are very well behaved (there must be a strong precedence for this.) And other than spilling a cup of ice, they did great. I recommend getting the burger pink, next time I'll add the grilled jalapeño and bacon. Definitely deserved 4.5 stars, but 5 was the option.
Food was absolutely perfectly cooked, worth the money for the burger. The fries are a little steep for what you pay for. It would be nice if the serving was a little larger for the same price. It was extremely busy, but it took less than 8 minutes to get our food. My friend recommended this place to me, and I will definitely be returning. If you're reading this contemplating trying it out, rest assured you won't be disappointed!
Update: 1st time back to Dallas in almost 4 years. Amazing visit to Maple and Motor and great food as always! Best Burger around. THE.BEST.BURGER! (Great Taste comes from how well the meat is seasoned before all the sauces and fixings are put on the burger. Maple and Motor is the best seasoned burger I have had). One of the places I will miss about living in Dallas.
My family really liked their burgers and chicken strips. I had the salmon burger with the remoulade sauce , it had a really good flavor with a soft texture. Everything was really juicy! It was really busy, but orders were cooked up pretty quickly. When we arrived around noon, It didnt look like there was enough seats for all the customers coming in and out, but there is seating along the window areas. 2-4 people max in each area. We will definitely be back.
This little burger joint has a lot of charm. I was close to my husband's work, so I picked him up and we grabbed dinner here. We ordered at the front and we told the woman there that we have never been before. She was very helpful in telling us what they are known for and giving recommendations. We both got a cheeseburger and my husband ordered fried and I ordered their famous tater tots. They brought the food to us at our table once it was done. The burgers are huge and very filling. They do not skimp on the sides either. We were very full and happily satisfied at the end of our meal. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.
Great burgers, fries and tots. The bun needs some improvement since mine just fell apart. The restaurant fills up fast. The prices and what you would expect. I would recommend it and hopefully be back.
This was a pretty good burger joint. It's small so plan your visit accordingly. The burger was good and the bun nice and toasted. Even my kids chicken tenders were not overly greasy. Fries were nice and crispy the way I like them, as we're the tots. Bacon also had crunch without being like a crouton. Beer selection wasn't great, but again it's a small dive burger joint. If I was in the area I'd go back for another burger.
This place is great to just get in with no drama and have a great burger. What was intended for just a thank you lunch for a co-worker turned into a real treat for myself as it was my first (but not last) visit! JaCory was awesome also and helped make the experience a great one as he checked on everyone with a smile, a joke or two and an awesome spirit all while keeping the place very clean and sanitized. Thanks for a really cool experience!
For a "dive burger joint" this place is a 5. The burgers are good to very good. The cheese tots are off the chart. The soft serve shake is good. Burger: the burger is custom ordered. Lots of selections to choose from. The cheese for a cheeseburger is real cheddar - a very nice touch. They offer to cook it with pink or no pink. Tots or fries: We ordered cheese tots with bacon on top. By far the best! Shake: The "shake" was nothing more than soft serve. It still tasted good... but it wasn't a shake.
The hamburgers are the best you will find in Dallas and have been consistently good over the many years I've been coming here. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a "Dive ", the restaurant is clean and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.
OMGOODNESS, this hole in wall burger joint is so amazing... my wife said her burger was too big and we could've shared. My 17 yr old daughter ate all of her burger and nodded her head in approval with a full mouth. I had the flat-top brisket sandwich and it was AMAZING... the fries are great and you get a huge heaping serving of them. You know it's good when Guy Fieri has eaten there. Picture on the wall shows that even Jerry Jones has been there too. This place is definitely on our list of places to re-visit when in Dallas again.
I had the salmon sandwich and i was hooked after the first bite. The flavor was immaculate. Also, the onion rings were the best I've had since being out here. Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back for the salmon burger again.
One of the best burgers in DFW!!! As a burger snob, they are my go to fast, easy dining—but only if I suspect they’ll be amazing. The Maple & Motor Burger with bacon added was one of the best yet. It was juicy, tender, full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and came dressed with all of the needed goodies, including mustard and a delicious relish. The fries, too, were 10/10; I asked for extra crispy and they nailed it. You won’t find better burger and fries in DFW.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at Maple & Motor! The brisket sandwich was tender, smoky, and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely coming back!
My friend recommended this place to me, I’m not from Dallas and never tried any burger places in Dallas, but I can say with confidence it’s one of the best burger in town. The burger is juicy if you ask for pink in center of the patty. They toast the buns which makes the flavors comes together. I had mayo with my burger and it has the perfect amount. The portion is pretty good, almost 1/2 lbs of beef with Fresh veggies. The fries is pretty good nothing special tho. I highly recommended it.
The wife & I went for lunch & oh boy. Delicious & Beyond! Bless the chef that cooked the cheeseburger.
The awards at this burger place has one or well deserved. My go-to burger is bacon and cheese with an egg. Tots are always crunchy on the outside. Food is typically served hot fast and delicious. Can't recommend this place enough as a top five burger place in Dallas!
My family and I were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we were looking for something that would satisfy everybody’s unique taste. I happen to notice this place just by searching the Google map and it looked good enough to try. We Were amazed by how delicious the food was especially the cheeseburger. The gentleman at the front helped us to navigate ordering for everyone and you suggested the amount of fries to get for our group. My children had a great time and enjoyed the ambience. The restaurant had a unique look inside and I appreciated how clean the plly was, and ensuring that our table was clean as well. We will be happy to return!
I was in town and heard about this place so I decided to give it try. This may be the BEST burger I've ever had! If you like big juicy burgers that are very filling and packed with flavor then I highly recommend Maple & Motor!
Been dying to try this place as I passed through Dallas often. 10 stars! The staff were all great. Every burger/sandwich, tater tots, french fries, shake, and beer that we tried was magnificent. Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the food, but it was plated beautifully, and seasoned and perfect perfection. We’ll definitely come back.
I was told to go try this place when I was in town and I now know why. I was greeted by Jacob and Carolina as I came in i told them it was my first time in and they helped me through the process of getting it right to enjoy the experience I ordered the burger all the way with a little pink and tots everything was great I can't wait to get back in town it's my first stop bring a Hat to hang up
First time visit and was well worth it. Burger was cooked perfectly and tots were crispy. Recommend going during non-lunch hours as parking fills quickly as well as indoor dining seating. But it is worth the wait. Staff are efficient and attentive.
Absolutely excellent service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My order came out hot and fresh the burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted amazing. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the team made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again!
This place has an absolutely delicious burger and sides. The star of the show may be the tots or onion. The tots portion was huge and packed full of flavor. The onion rings had a perfect balance of opinion to bread. The fries were good, but I think sides wise it would rank tots, onion rings, then fries. The chicken sandwich was quite good, but the burger reigns supreme. The burger was cooked perfectly and definitely seasoned right. Staff were friendly and showed great attentiveness. Overall if you want a tasty meal this is definitely the place to be.
As soon as we landed in Dallas, Maple & Motor was recommended. In less than 10 minutes, we were walking into a small burger joint to order at the counter and slide into a booth. The interior is painted in dark tones and has large windows in the front illuminating the space. The burgers and fries were beautiful! The burger buns were so soft and fluffy, the patty and the flavors were fresh and mended perfectly. The jalapeños and carrots on the fries had subtle heat and the cheese was real!
After arriving at Dallas Love Field, we decided to grab lunch at Maple and Motor. The parking lot isn’t very big, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. If it's full, you might be able to park at the Starbucks across the street for overflow. Walking in, the place gives off that old-school charm, kind of like those diners, drive-ins, and dives with Guy Fieri's signature. It definitely kept its classic vibe. We ordered the half-pound bacon cheeseburger, made with finely ground American beef, flat-grilled in its own juices. It was topped with all the Texas essentials: bacon, pepper Jack cheese, grilled red onions, lettuce, and ketchup. Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in Dallas, served on a hot, toasted bun that had been perfectly grilled. The flavor of the burger and the quality of the bun were both fantastic. The fries we got as a side were good, but next time, I think I’ll try the onion rings instead.
First time here and no kidding this was one of the best burgers I have ever had! Cooked to perfection and seasoned ever better. The cheese tots were okay also but the burger makes up for that easily. Definitely on the pricey side. Bacon cheeseburger, cheese tots and drink was $30. The service was not bad but the staff were not overly friendly. It seemed just transactional. I just wish there was more space to park and eat inside. I felt a little cramped and rushed since there were a-lot of customers waiting to sit and eat. Overall, I would happily return.

great burger joint. You know it's good when you order to-go and the grease soaks through the bag before you arrive at your destination! This time we dined in and it did not disappoint.
This was my first visit here. Spent couple hours at Cidarcade and came here for dinner. Great burgers. 2 of us shared cheese fries. Will definitely go here again when in the area.

This was a great find on our trip. burgers and onion rings were good. Bonus it was a Guy triple D stop. Small but very unique spot, deco with trucker caps and disco ball.
Great atmosphere and great food! Onion rings are great l! I really liked the covered tots as well. Food was quick and fresh and everyone in there super courteous!
CHEESEBURGER AND ONION RINGS! Fantastic burger, phenomenal onion rings, and, amazing tater tots! Would like my fries crispier! Love this joint’s ceiling with all ‘em caps! No fuss otherwise interior! Four genres of music played within the 45 mins there! Fun times again and again!!!!
Great burger and beer spot. I came here on a Friday afternoon with a friend. Unilike some other restaurants, here you order first and wait for your food and a seat. The staff moves pretty quickly (even during the lunch rush) to ensure you get a seat and can enjoy your food indoors. The menu is limited, but good nonetheless. If you are a stickler for how your burger is cooked this may not be the spot for you. They offer well done and pink and that is all.
I like Maple and Motor. Huge amount of food although pricey for a burger place. Tots and cheese were good Had a little after taste like old cooking oil that needed to be changed. The burger is huge. I asked for pink and I got well done. If I hadn't been so hungry and place packed out I would have set it back....all in all a decent burger place. I give it a C+.
The Cheeseburger (add double meat) was huge and so juicy that that the buns barely held the burger together. Taste was better than your standard burger, but I was hoping for more. The Flat Top Brisket sandwich was also good. Though it was a tad dry, I did found some juicy tender bites that made it worthwhile.
This was my first time going to Dallas,TX 🤟 and my first time eating here as well. Its kind of a little place but its cool. I ordered a bacon cheese burger w/fries and a big red. Everything was good cant complain about the burger 🍔🥓🍟 Not gonna lie, be ready to spend some $$$ An I Wish they had the prices of the burgers because I didn't know that everything was individually priced as in the burger or sides. No meal combos which is fine but needs a better Menu. An "Guy" from food network has came here an recommends to eat here ! And SO DO I !! 👍
Used to go to Maple & Motor for years. Came back while in the area and wasn’t as impressed. Went to the counter and the younger lady didn’t even say hi. Burgers used to be fall apart tender, but this time it just was an average burger to us. Will try again in the future and maybe it will be a better experience.
Our first time visiting here and man I am not sure why we have not come sooner! I did forget that this place was on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives from the Food Network and yes it was super delicious! The buns are soft with a great buttery toast on the inside, the burger was cooked great and juicy. It had a really good flavor to the beef. I was really surprised on the pickles, it was a picked delish instead of pickle slices so that was different but still good. Everything was cooked fresh and we will definitely be back!!
We drove down from Frisco because in February they are donating a portion of sales to Good Shepherd Rescue - a group near and dear to our hearts as that is where we got our fur baby. Needless to say we will be coming back often even after February. Really enjoyed our lunch here. We were greeted by owner as we walked in and he was super friendly. It’s a great small atmosphere with interesting decor and vibe. I thought I might leave smelling like a burger but their ventilation is great. Burger was excellent. I got the cheese tots with jalapenos and bacon and definitely the star of the dish. Great portion sizes, reasonable prices for what you are getting. Definitely recommend this place and we will be returning. Sorry forgot to take photos before I started digging in. I was starving lol
Flavor: B+ Service: B Tea: A Solo dining: B You’d think this place might’ve been here forever with its classy but casual mancave diner vibes. But it’s only 15 years old. This is another place with some great signs. First is “Stay in line. Order your own food. Don’t get upset if we catch you table poaching.” This reminds me of Bryant’s in Memphis… you don’t really know how a table might open up when you’re standing in that long-ass line but as long as no one saves tables and no one lingers it cycles through as if a world-class logistics team is making it happen. Same here. And I love setting the clear expectation. It’s just like good classroom instruction. The other sign on the door is “Nobody came here to hear screaming children.” In small print at the bottom is “The Purple Cow is located at…” with its location info. Is the Purple Cow a sister restaurant with a more kid-friendly vibe? Or is it their competition? Or just a place the owner has a personal beef with? I’ll likely never know but regardless I’m here for the scream-free atmosphere. Per recommendation I added the flat-top brisket to my cheeseburger which had good flavor. The burger patty was offered as “pink” or “no pink” and I thought mine was very “not pink” for being ordered “pink.” It’s a thicker patty and still somewhat juicy. I thought it lacked seasoning, but the cheese was melty and the veggies generous. I’m giving it a B+ on overall flavor. The tots were great, as was the tea. They offer a “jolly rancher tea” that I tried but I guess my inner 9-year-old wasn’t coming through because I passed. Still, props for a creative tea offering. The vibe here is not warm but not cold - more of a no-nonsense energy. Which perfectly matches the signs on the front door. Cheers to Maple & Motor for deterring the screaming children from their no-frills burger joint! #theburgertrail #texasburgers
This is dive bar with no TV. Just Burgers and Drinks. This is a nice date spot where you can just talk and listen to 80s and 90s music. The cheeseburger is good and thick. One patty is all you need. I had the baloney sandwich Cincinnati Style. The sizes are huge. Have an appetite when you come. We came at dinner when it's now as busy. This is popular lunch spot during the week. If you come at lunch be prepared to wait.
This was a nice surprise on my trip, I ticked off one of my bucket lists for sure. Check out my photos and find out why, a clue 'celebrity'. The place should be bigger because people like this place. I would say that it can contain approx 50 people comfortably. They sell large portions. Blueberry Soda was nice.
I found this place on Google and loved all the great reviews…especially the ones referring to these as the best burgers in the DFW area. I personally didn’t agree with that, but my nephew and father thought the burgers were great! I felt they could have been seasoned a little more and were a little too dry for me. We tried the fries, tots and onion rings. The onion rings were definitely the best, with the tots being the runner up. The fries were just okay. We could have gone without them. I liked the different flavor options on their soda machine. The bathroom could use a little tlc; it looked a little scary. However the vibe of the restaurant was cute and customer service was on point.
Tasty burgers. For sure. I was disappointed in their weak, flat, not fizzy sodas. That seemed amateurish. The fries were good, nothing to rave on. But the onion rings? Oh, man, superb, real…
I have to say this place was just not very memorable. The ambience is definitely very laid back. For people that don’t eat beef, this place is probably not for you. I got the chicken burger and it just left a lot to be desired. It was just a hunk of meat with some sandwich material which I felt like was nothing special. My guy friend who I was with ended up having to get two burgers to feel full. Overall, not a bad place for a quick bite but not my personal favorite
I wanted to try the place since they had so many reviews. Great atmosphere for a beer and burger. I had the brisket burger and I was disappointed. Love the bun and topping but the brisket was over cooked. The brisket still had just enough softness but no seasoning. It was like it needed sauce with it. I will return but I guess I will try a burger next time.
Very generic tasting burgers with good service. The last part of my burger came out overly pink so I didn’t end up finishing it. Not sure why it was cooked so inconsistently. But it was decent up until I reached that point. Not really impressed with the overall flavors and the tots were a little too crispy for my liking.
I like that you can get a burger medium rare now. I remember this lady worked the register years back and would gripe at everyone no medium rare. I stop going cuz she irritated me. I had a cheeseburger single with a fried egg. This burger is crazy greasy and completely fell apart on me. Cheese fries were decent.
We were looking for something open on this 4th of July. stopped by here for a late lunch since it was very close to where we were. The restaurant is small and there were plenty of people inside. the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff ok. We ordered burgers 🍔 and I had cheese fries 🍟on the side, while the Mr. ordered tots without the cheese. It was pretty good size meat but a little on the greasy side. The bread is super big. I had to use s fork and ended up eating a lot of it without the bread. The cheese fries were pretty packed together and stuck from the cheese. It had to really be taking apart to just be able to eat it. We did not finish our meals and ended up taking 1/2 to go. Try it out if you're in the area.
Was at the Preston location tonight, was really an off night. Been here a few times and was good but tonight was different. My husband and I split a double cheeseburger. We asked for no pink, and it was a very dry puck. The meat really seemed to have been cooked earlier and kept warm or was heated up. I know asking for no pink is well done but there was a thin line of pink. The outside of the patty was very dry there is no way that came right off the grill. It was just not very good. Next my friend ordered the tenders and rings. When he pulled a tender apart it had raw places in it. It was not cooked through. So he brought it to the attention on the guy running food. A little while later more chicken came out, very dark and the rings nearly burnt. So instead of making new chicken and rings, they placed food that had already gone out back in the fryer! The order should have been remade.

I waited a year to get to eat here. Heard so much about the place. Saw all the awards and badges they won. My anticipation was crushed. The burger was average. Sure, good beef but nothing special.…
Went with the family; the owner dude basically hovers over every encounter. This wouldn’t be a bad thing, if he wasn’t rude and overbearing. He tried to force us, three kids and wife, to sit at a table and chairs because he didn’t trust us. He said: “As long as they don’t stand in the booths, they are expensive to replace”. This may be the dumbest thing a restauranteur has ever said to me, was in fine dining for 6+ years. To put it into context, we were all dressed nice for Mothers Day. The food is mediocre and service is terrible, hard pass.
Ordered pink for the burger and onion rings. Burger came out not so pink but dry, onion rings burnt. 👎

After reading the reviews on Yelp and Google, I went. First time going and my experience was terrible. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and the chicken tender basket (that was suppose to come with fries) and two small drinks, costing almost $30. Once receiving my food I noticed that my order was wrong and made them aware. And instead of trying to fix my order the lady at the front counter attempted to argue with me about why I got onion rings instead of fries attempting to put the blame on me. I had to ask can I have fries instead of onion rings because that’s all that needed to really happen. After asking she requested the plate back before asking for just the onion rings. Mind you, the onion rings were under the tenders (a nice portion). Terrible customer service. So bad that I walked out and didn’t even eat the food.
Extremely disappointing experience. My family and I came in for lunch, and our son was briefly a little loud. We immediately calmed him down, yet the manager still decided to kick us out. There was no attempt to show understanding or offer a reasonable solution — just an immediate decision to remove a family who had already handled the situation. This was unnecessary and unprofessional. Families should be treated with basic respect, not singled out and embarrassed. If you’re planning to dine here with your family, I strongly suggest you reconsider.
Experience was ruined by poor service. Brought my son in after he asked for Micky D's and I suggested "a real burger joint instead". Our first interaction was with a young women on the register who was wearing her bad day on her face. She looked even more irritated that my son did not immediately know what he wanted to order. His burger came to the table with toppings he clearly asked to have removed and without the tater tots. I only ordered (I only order tots and topo chico). I made no issue with the omission, I just got up and reordered the tots. 30 min later (son already finished with his food) I simply asked for a refund for the tots so we could leave. The young lady at the register couldn't handle the transaction so she called someone over to help (no problem). This person returned cash to me that did not include tax. When I asked for the tax they discovered I paid with card (which I previously confirmed) and said the refund "should go to your card" but they could not produce a receipt for the refund.
