just had to say that my orders from this Dominos location are always correct, hot and delicious.. Every time i visit i receive good service and good pizza! one time i had an issue with using a coupon to order online, the manager quickly resolved my issue so fast and easy. i really appreciated it

I placed an order via my online account this afternoon for dinner. Upon picking up inside the store, the gentleman pulled up my info, I paid and handed me the box. Assuming the garlic dip was inside. When opening the box for dinner, there was no dip. I called the Dallas Oaklawn store immediately and spoke to a Bryan. He was very non chalet and made excuses. This is very unacceptable! My order should have been double-checked and confirmed. Having to go back and forth with Bryan wasn't necessary. Upon review of the pizza, it was perfectly made but very dry and needed the dip. Without it, the pizza was a waste. Update: 01/30/25 It's been Overdue for a pizza. I ordered the $6.99 carryout special with extra meat and cheese, parmesan bites and garlic dips. I arrived at my pickup time and the older Hispanic gentleman was so friendly. He provided a good dipping recipe mix. My order was perfectly prepared, cooked perfect and tasted deeelish. No disappointment.. TY

Placed an order, it never arrived. They charged my card twice and refused to pic up the phone. Will be reporting them to corporate since this seems to happen a lot.

I placed a delivery order and it never arrived. I called and they lied, saying it was already outside my house. I went outside and they weren't there. I called again and they lied again, saying it was outside my house, so I had to go pick it up myself at the restaurant, even though I had already paid for delivery. When I arrived to pick it up, the employees were eating, and my order had never been delivered. When I finally got my order, the pizza was cold and salty, and they didn't refund me the delivery fee.

Horrible service. Have ordered from this location multiple times, each time they do not have some of the basics to fulfill their orders. Gabriel, the manager, attempted to overcharge for a substitution on an order, because they did not have the bread for a sandwich. When attempting to substitute the sandwiches, he attempted to exchange 2 sandwiches for 1 medium pizza, although they are the same price. After agreeing that the substitution should take place, Gabriel processes the order, then fails to send the food for out for delivery for over 30 minutes. Whole ordeal took over an hour to only have to cancel the order. Poor service from a manager with a poor attitude.

I never have any issues picking up from this location but I just experienced the most unprofessional delivery. The delivery driver refused to acknowledge the delivery instructions (which I provided to make the delivery very easy) instead chose to speak over and argue with me on the phone the entire time. Ignored my request for contactless delivery and proceeded to rudely complain even further when I opened the door. worst delivery experience ever.

Ordered a pizza and had it delivered to work, but upon opening the box I noticed a long piece of hair on the top of my pizza!!! Called the location and spoke to Emmanuel so we can find a resolution, however, he chose to place me on hold to see who had long hair. I had to tell him that placing me on hold made no sense since I have a pizza with hair on it and the process he chose wasn’t going to change that. He proceeded by saying that he could replace the pizza or give me credit for that pizza. I had to tell him that I wanted to full refund because of the way he handled the issue from the beginning. Happy I got a deal, but disappointed I got my pizza with hair on it!!!

I asked for grilled chicken in my pasta. They are usually good, but what pissed me off is when I called to let them know he picks ups the phone and says “There is definitely grilled chicken in there cause I made it myself.” Do you see any damn grilled chicken in this pasta? Don’t be rude for 1. & It was a honest mistake that’s okay, but don’t get smart with me cause of your pride.

Order food for a job. I assume they're high with how badly burnt the sandwiches are, And the lack of correct toppings on them. Cinnamon twists were perfect tho. Not using this location again.

When I opened the box to check the pizza it was semi folded from one side which I had to fix infront of the guy. He just looked at me and didn’t say nothing. I asked what happened and just said we can make you another one. Thing is I didn’t have time to wait. Didn’t even offer a discount atleast. This was my favorite dominos to go to until today!

So I usually order from here all of the time in the past no complainants. However this time came up with a major issue. I ordered pasta tater tots salad and a crunchy thin crust pizza. The pasta and tots and Salad were good. However when I opened the pizza it was completely disturbing. First of all completely different pizza from what I ordered and secondly it looked like someone opened the pizza started eating it and messed with it. Really surprised since I usually have good service and food here. Store delivering my pizza that I actually ordered but feel should get some reward on top for dealing with this.

Ridiculous, overflowing with sauce, very undercooked, had to cut the slices with my own knife, and put it back in my oven to finish cooking it. I'll never order from this store again, it's right by my house. 😞
