Margarita's Comida Mexicana Dallas Reviews
This place is a go to for breakfast, but I decided to try lunch. Delicious! It’s a must try
Amazing food and service was great! I come here twice a month at least and satisfy my carvings. Best restaurant around.
I go here several times with my coworkers and man i never have bad food. I typically get the enchiladas and their guacamole is to die for!! Small mom and pop feel. Love it here!
Food was amazing! Wish the salsa was a little spicier, but overall it was great! Service was amazing too!
I have never left a review on a restaurant but this is hands down the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. I love this place.
My GO TO!!! Anytime I want a solid "home cooked" meal, I go to Margarita's. Their breakfast is so good. Their menudo hits every time. The homeade flour/corn - well, you know! Ive had some dinner options too - enchiladas verdes, guiso w/either salsa is REALLY good, spicy, but good! Come support. The servers are hella nice/professional! Always greet me when I arrive AND thank me when I leave. Love this place! ❤️
This place was great!! Food was really really good. We don’t live close but if we did it would be a place we frequented often!! Hot sauce was very tasty and hot, beans had a great flavor. My husband had the quesadillas and I had the tacos. We were pleased with both choices. Friendly staff. Try it
My favorite margarita place so good with several different flavors! Y’all rock thanks update: margaritas are hot and Miss these days somedays some are good some bad on the same inconsistency. they are actually quite horrible at giving ya a menu at all. I usually get mine myself, most the time. If they could possibly get menus to the customers better then what they do would better experience.
Service is perfect! Food is even better, first time here and it's a solid five stars. Food came out piping hot, and delicious. From the chips and salsa to the drink and food, tens all across the board! I wouldve taken a picture but I literally hadn't ate anything all day, I would totally recommend their Guiso de puerco con salsa Verde with tortilla de harina especially if you love spicy foods.
This place has genuine Mexican food, the taste is unbelievable delicious and the staff is very friendly. Even though it was very busy, they were great. Would recommend this place a 1000%! Our waitress Airam was great, she gave us great recommendations and we even came back 3 times in the same week to try them!
This food is very authentic, I think is now one of my favorite Mexican food spots! There were a few things that I didn’t like but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. The first is this is a mom and pop shop so the waitresses need just a little work. The parking area sucks. Other than that I’d definitely be coming back! They do have menudo only on Saturdays and Sundays
My husband and I stumbled on this little place while in Dallas picking up concert tickets. Oh my goodness! It was so good! He ordered the barbacoa. I ordered the picadillo enchiladas verde. Don't worry if you don't speak or read Spanish, the menu is translated, and the staff is super friendly. :)
I love authentic Mexican food and thought I found a great spot in the neighborhood. It was a freezing night with ice covered streets but there were still about 4 tables taken at 7pm. I ordered the caldo de pollo. Looks absolutely nothing like the photo. It was 1 piece of chicken, 2 chunks of potato, 2 very thin slices of a corn cob, and lots of water. No carrots, no cabbage, and no corn cobs like the photo. Side of rice and lime slices. However, the tortillas were fantastic and the only thing I can rave about. Chips, queso, and the salsas were good too. IF I go back and order caldo again, I’m showing the photo to the waiter and saying that’s what I want.
Food: I ordered sopes and as you can tell it was filled to the max. It was good, lacked a little flavor. I went around 9ish they ran out of rice. Chips were not that great but the salsa was great!! I would even say the tortillas my wife had were really AMAZING I would just eat all their tortillas if I could. Service: it was subpar. My wife had steak and I asked for steak knife and they came a brought another butter knife. I ordered a margarita it was okay but I never got asked if I wanted another. Overall: I give it 3 stars because the pricing was high because of the area it’s in. I would get better food for cheaper at a different Mexican restaurant. The service wasn’t that great.
Wow after 4 years of coming here I am so disappointed. Don’t get me wrong I love this place, but today they decided not to honor Veterans Day. I am so sad. I love their food, drinks and staff. Not honoring Veterans Day is just really saddening. According to them “they don’t do promotions.”
I went in last night for some homemade corn tortillas, a lady behind the counter took my order. After telling her I wanted a dozen corn tortillas she repeated back to me “flour tortillas” I again stated to her I wanted “corn tortillas”. To my surprise when I got home I received flour tortillas! Please pay attention to your customers & what they are asking for, what an absolute disappointment & waste of my money & time.
