Starbucks Dallas Reviews
Mark and Leslie are rock stars! These two always give my mornings a great start.
I’d give 10 stars if i could. Thank you to Mark and the wonderful Starbucks crew at this location today for handling my large bulk order for a very important event flawlessly!!! Excellent customer service experience and just true kindness. You kept some very stressed and tired nursing students awake and able to perform.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Starbucks never misses. From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming, the store is clean, and the team is genuinely kind and efficient. My drink is always made perfectly, and even during busy hours, the baristas stay upbeat and professional. I love how consistent the experience is—whether it’s a quick coffee run or a place to sit, reset, and get work done. The attention to detail, speed of service, and friendly customer interaction truly set this location apart. Reliable, warm, and always a great vibe. This Starbucks is a daily win. ☕💚 Highly recommend! I went to this location for 6 years, the staff here always made my day!
Naidely is the best barista and will always make your drinks good! Best starbucks in the area and highly recommend. Employees are always very friendly :)
this is the best starbucks i’ve been too , very considerate and very convenient, takes care of everyone at a timely manner and drinks are always TEA ☺️
Very busy in the mornings but the staff is great and they always get my order right.
I use to drag going to this location, because everyone was so rude and coffee orders always wrong. With it being right off 75 and hall it’s in such convenient location I started going again a couple months ago, there has definitely been a change in the personnel working there, all the new girls are super friendly and welcoming not to mention my coffee always tastes amazing now!
Love this Starbucks but rhavyn didn’t give me a tip option and then just pressed the tip herself. That’s not cool.
Never had a bad drink here, but just a heads up, the parking lot is basically non-existent. I think there are like 4–5 spots max. So good luck picking up your mobile order — you'll probably have to park on the street and walk to the window.
The drink was watered down and tasted like there wasn’t any syrup. Please get better management and parking at this location.
My drinks were good, but the service was bad. I asked my boyfriend to pick up our drinks while i looked for a parking spot (very limited/traffic) He was attended by a barista through the pickup window, only to be asked "for Amy, right?", the answer was yes and yet the barista attended 4 customers after him, despite my drinks sitting behind the window. First time with a bad experience after a year :/
They always mess up an order. I choose to go elsewhere, and I should probably make sure to complain for a refund the times they have so that starbucks will do something about it
Came through the drive thru and Abigail in the window gave me one of the worst customer service experiences. When I pulled up to the window she was texting on her phone and it took about 2 minutes for her to acknowledge that I had pulled up to the window. She did not greet me at all, she just gave me a total. She scanned my Starbucks card and just sat there, mind you my drinks were already made. I noticed that the iced oat milk mocha I ordered did not have whipped cream on it (while it was sitting there ready to be handed out of the window) and I asked Abigail if they could add it on. (Previously at the speaker I gave clear instructions to put whipped cream on the mocha.) Abigail rolled her eyes and told the barista behind her to add whipped cream. My major concerns are the low level of customer service at the window and the wait time. If we have long extended waits because Abigail wants to text on her phone and not be professionally present, then I’d highly suggest you put someone in the window who is attentive and actually has a great attitude. Simple things like greeting your customer when they come to the window, confirming their order, and being efficient about getting the customers order to them if it is ready, are basic customer service standards that can really turn your drive thru performance around. As a former Starbucks shift supervisor and barista of 7 years, I’m well aware of the level of customer service that Starbucks expects from its employees, and today, it was subpar at best. I did speak with the shift supervisor on duty in regards to my bad experience, and asked him to have a conversation with her about her performance. I gave 2 stars for the food because they didn’t have the double smoked bacon sandwich. On a good note, one time before I had told the baristas that my iced green tea lemonade is supposed to be shaken and not just layered in a cup. Since then, the team has made the adjustment and I’m happy that they have.
Drive through lady was rude for no apparent reason. And would get frustrated at her own instructions that made no sense. Asked to pull out of drive through and asked them if I should get off for the order which they said no just to park and just pointed inside the restaurant might I add then never brought me my order I had to pull back into the drive through 10 minutes later for iced down drinks and being greeted by a completely different person. I get having bad days but it was so pointless her attitude to me getting out of the drive through lane. It’s not a problem to get off, but if I wanted to get off the car I would not have got in the drive through lane, thanks
I had a bad experience with this location. The person took my order, and sent me to the window. I seen that my request wasn't complete, by the order screen, so i asked for the condiments, when I arrived, but was cut off with the cold response of them not having anymore. I didn't worry about it, and left. When I pulled my own stash, and was preparing to apply it to my order, I found that I also received the wrong order. It took me a moment to gather my thought, because I had not had my caffeine, yet, but ended up going to another location, where they gladly fixed my order. Now, after recollecting the event, I realized that the person was rude and didn't really apply any "customer service" qualities. I hope this location is able to repair this, because this location is too busy to lose clients. If she did this to me, then she did it to others.
