Ziziki's Dallas Reviews
I love the weekend brunch! It’s such a bargain… for less than $50 you get a 4-5 course meal and one bottle of champagne. I’d consider a dress code of upscale casual and the vibe is post church lunch.
This is the BEST Greek food in Dallas! I rarely get this impressed and my review is so genuine. I regret not taking photos of my lamb gyro and greek salad but the FLAVOURS and quality of products took me to Heaven! Big compliments to the Chefs! I’ll be back!!!
Fantastic!! We loved everything we ate: • Trio of Dips • Calamari • Ziziki Bread • Greek Paela • Greek Platter • Baklava Ice Cream Cake If I were to come back another time, I would probably get the exact same order before coming back a third time to try something new. It’s that good! Service and the entire atmosphere were phenomenal as well.
The food was Amazing! I had the grilled chicken and roasted potatoes with salad and sauce along with a pita. I loved it, the chicken was tender and the pita was Amazing. I crave it now! The salad was also good. I would probably get it without the sauce next time. It was good without any sauce. Some may prefer with it! The waiter was very polite and helped with our selection. I am anxious to bring my husband for this wonderful food. It really has a romantic vibe!
Ziziki’s in Dallas is easily one of the best Greek restaurants I’ve tried. The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every single time. The portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are authentic. The restaurant has a classy, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a special night out, Ziziki’s never disappoints. Highly recommended!
I had never been here before and I was hungry for some good Greek food so my wife and I called in an order to go. Ziziki’s did not disappoint! Wow! Best Gyro I have ever had!! And the potato’s!! Amazing! So good!! Just the perfect seasoning! All too often I have had a good gyro and then the Tzatziki sauce is just - meh! Not Ziziki’s!! Best I have ever had (sorry to John the Greek in San Antonio, you will always be number 1 in my heart). As mentioned, this was a phone order and we were among the first customers of a busy Saturday, but staff was helpful and very polite. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone living or visiting Dallas. It is a little bit pricey, but they definitely cater to a nice crowd and that is totally fine. Worth the splurge!! Can’t wait to come back!!
This is a beautiful and romantic restaurant with nice ambiance’s for both indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. We got the Trio of Dios, the Greek Platter, and the summer menu’s Seafood Tagliatelle - all of them were great! I also got the cocktail, Greek Apples and Pears, which was also great! I can’t wait to come back and try them for brunch!!
Ziziki’s at Travis Walk has been one of my favorite Dallas spots for years! Their Sunday Brunch is fabulous! The food is served in courses and everything is delicious! The experience feels special from start to finish. Just watch out for the bottomless mimosas! They leave a bottle of champagne and small carafes of juice at your table. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. I also love coming for weekday lunches, especially when the weather is nice enough to sit in the courtyard by the fountain. Bonus, there is a lovely little boutique just off the courtyard that is open during the week.
We love Mediterranean food, and while visiting Dallas to help my daughter move, I searched for a good spot. There were so many choices, but I’m so glad we picked Ziziki! We started with calamari, which was light and not greasy at all—perfectly paired with fresh tomatoes. For my entrée, I had the salmon, and it was truly the best I’ve ever had—so tender and flavorful! When I asked for hot sauce, they brought out their house sauce, and it was delicious. To top it off, they welcomed us as newcomers to Dallas with baklava ice cream, which was such a thoughtful gesture—and it tasted amazing!
Ziziki’s in Dallas blew us away! 🌿 From the summer lamb special to the Greek tasting plate, every bite was packed with flavor. The avgolemono soup was so comforting, and don’t even get us started on the baklava ice cream cake—unreal. Can’t wait to go back and try more from their fresh, vibrant menu!
Had a quick meet fir a lunch date and just ordered the calamari appetizer which was a 10/10, likely the best calamari I’ve ever had, drinks were great, the Mojito was on point, atmosphere was great the decoration and feel of the place was upscale and elegant. Our server was very attentive and was one step ahead consistently. Would definitely recommend.
Zizikis continues to consistently serve us the most delicious meals. We go here knowing it will always be great, we will be able to relax, and that we will end the night saying, “I ate too much” and maybe “I drank too much.” It’s worth it. Love the new summer menu also. Picture is for the unique shrimp cocktail with yummy beet mousse. Speaking of unique, I LOVE the feta martini. These items are special. The way things ought to be.
I just had brunch at Ziziki's Restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The patio was cute and cozy and created a welcoming atmosphere. The fixed brunch menu was family style and everything we were served was delicious and the portions were just right. It included a bottle of champagne with juice which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. The service was good, our server was attentive and accommodating, and made some great recommendations. Overall, Ziziki's is a great spot for brunch with family or friends, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
I went for a weekday dinner with a couple of friends. Originally tried to be seated outside but the mosquitoes were bad so we moved to inside. Overall, the food is pretty good. They have gluten free pita available. I ordered off their summer menu and got the watermelon and lobster salad (added chicken). Outside of the watermelon and lobster the salad was very simple. I found it to be a bit lacking as the actual salad portion was quite small. It was still good though. The service was excellent. For a drink, half the appetizer, and the main the total was around $60 (including tip).
Though there are many good reviews, unfortunately this was not my experience. I will start by saying the staff was very kind, but that’s as far as I can take it. This was my first time here and the last. I ordered a gyro salad and was already raising my eyebrows at the fact this SALAD was $30 for lettuce and gyro lamb meat. But I was already there, and didn’t want anything heavy because I had an exercise class in a few hours. I figured for $30, it would be a nice well rounded salad. NO… There were 4 olives, 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half to equal 4 little pieces, a scoop of feta cheese and a couple slices of onion. I asked for some kind of Greek vinaigrette and they told me they only had tzatziki. How are you a Greek restaurant and can’t even provide some type of olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper dressing? The server did give me some kind of mint and basil dressing, but it was more sweet than refreshing. The gyro meat was average and So was the Tzatziki. I’ve had better Greek food at Little Greek and that’s more of an Americanized food chain. For the quality and flavor of food, it just did not justify its price. I may have been really upset if I paid almost $50 for a flavorless, skimpy entree.
