Best post-Gorge hike food to gorge on. The tempura shrimp was voted the best by some discerning 10 year olds who also raved about the kalbi beef. Will be the best way to convince them to hike with me again.

Soul Korean Fusion is a gem among local Korean food. Their kimchi fried rice, spicy chicken and bibimbap are some of the best I’ve ever had. They also provided catering for my event and I had a wonderful experience. Non was extremely friendly and responsive with all my questions, and promptly delivered to the event location in Portland. All my guests were raving about the food and asking where it was from. I would definitely recommend visiting their food truck or hiring their catering services.

Good experience. The bulgogi was good, the meat was spicy and had a decent texture. I like all the sides it came with. The kimchi fried rice was hitting on all levels, spicy, flavorful and even looked good. The pot stickers were not great, but they were included free in my order so can't knock them too much. Overall good food cart, definitely enjoyed the meal.

Absolutely awesome food! Great soul food with perfect sauce and seasoning. We got the hot tofu and kimchi fried rice with tofu. Both dishes had incredible flavor and the chef is passionate about their food. Definitely worth trying!

My spouse and I went to the Hillsboro Downtown Station food plaza on Sunday. We ordered the corn dog, red bean bun, kimchi dumplings, and the spicy chicken plate to split. The service was phenomenal and very engaging. The food was plentiful and delicious! We are big fans and can't wait for next time.

Soul Korean Fusion is a food cart located in Troutdale, offering plenty of covered seating and enjoyment. I got the Supreme Chicken. It was a big portion with rice and a side salad, which I thought was worth the price. I really enjoyed the salad dressing. The chicken tasted fresh and was nice and crunchy. Slightly spicy but not overwhelmingly so. I think I would want to try something else on the menu next time.

It may have been because I ordered it to be delivered but the portions were small and the meat was very very overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. The flavor profile was good but the quality and quantity overall was not very good.

The owner- the man is RUDE. In Oregon visiting and wanted to try a Korean corn dog and he presented it to me and it was dark brown, unlike the picture advertised which was a golden brown. I asked “Why is it a different color? Is it burnt?” He goes “NO DISCOUNT!!!” I said “sir I’m not asking for a discount I’m asking why is it this C O L O R?” He became frustrated once again and goes “SEVEN DOLLAR!” I politely declined and he shoos me off with a wave us his hand. I proceeded to go spend my $7 at another vendor. Instead of trying to understand what I was asking he decided to be rude and nasty. I’m convinced he saw a black woman and instead of understanding assumed I’d want a discount. Which borderlines on racist. Will not be back.
