I love everything about this place, there Mac and cheese its awesome! There cheese broccoli also. Brownie super delicious the apple pie was very hard, I ordered a filet mignon Mid well and got it well done super burn. Ugh! I'm not a complainer and ate it like that. Alex waiter, Karen the manager. I told the waiter the broccoli would be served cold, it was and he had it replaced with a hot and fresh portion. I showed management that the hand rails on the interior walking ramp were filthy, and stickey, hadn't been cleaned for a long time and should be cleaned daily. She agreed and addressed the situation. I showed management cobwebs flowing and blowing and streaming from light fixture over tables where people were eating. She said they would be taken care of at nights end. Our food was very good besides the cold broccoli, but every Longhorn steakhouse serves cold broccoli. It must be a corporate recipe. Never serve cold broccoli.

Good service and great food at Longhorn Plantation. Our server Harvey was professional, polite and managed to keep his head about him despite the ice addiction of my demanding friend…who also drank about 60 diet cokes and required her “own loaf of bread hot from the kitchen.” If they can survive us and still perform well you should definitely eat here!

I want to give thanks to both the ur server Dana for being so patient, efficient and timely with taking our order. And special thanks to the manager Christina for making our visit memorable by assuring the quality of our food was nothing less than amazing. She built great rapport by asking how our night was going and making sure we enjoyed the food that was given. A lot of team work was shown amongst the establishment being busy and our food still came out in a decent time. My steak was tender, lobster was grilled to perfection topped with some melted butter. The asparagus was well seasoned, fired onions were crispy and my husband fried shrimp was well prepared. Tonight was very tasty and I would recommend this establishment.
I come here all the time for lunch, the food is always amazing but my favorite server Michelle is the best, always quick with the order, friendly, funny, I’ve never left disappointed ☺️
As usual de best place for steak! Simply the best place for steak, mash potatoes are delicious and their mac and cheese it amazing. Staff as usual is very friendly and ready to help or bring anything I need. Parking is not something to worry about, since they have plenty of spaces to park. Wait time is not long either beyond that I don't event remember when was the last time I had to wait to be seated. I'm for sure coming back the next time I'm in the mood of a nice juicy steak. 😋

Bar, solo. Porterhouse rare was perfect as usual and lobster tail on side was a big one. In fact, second time in a row I got a big lobster tail add on, compared to the similar option at a competitor from "down under" Longhorns lobster tail add on is one of the great values on the menu.

First time at LongHorn. Under all the COVID19 restrictions, the restaurant have been taking really serious the safety protocols for their customers. We felt safe, and we ate very generous and delicious dishes. Ribeye, you have to try it. Renegade Sirloin, so Juicy. Very nice staff. We will come back.
Awesome experience. There was a wait but the service food and atmosphere truly made up for it. Had to get it again to take home to the Bahamas 🇧🇸

Visited 12-3-24 Hadn't been to LongHorn in about 15 years. My sister had raved about the Strawberry & Pecan salad along with the loaded baked potato, so when my family all came into town just after Thanksgiving, we decided to go there. Ì had the Strawberry & Pecan salad as an appentizer..fantastic! Loaded with lots of pecans, Feta Cheese and stawberries with romaine lettuce. For the entree,I had Chicken Tenders with Mac & cheese and the loaded baked potato. Tenders were probably the best I've ever had. The Mac & cheese was creamy, full of cheese with a light crust on top. Wonderful! The Loaded Baked Potato wS nice and big, with lots of butter, sour cream and bacon. Delicious! My mother had the cheeseburger medium with fries. Really huge! Meat was larger than the bun. She raved that it was so juicy and tender. I had a little bite and it was indeed sublime. She and my dad had sweet potatoes with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon on them. Wow! Very much like dessert. The French Onion soup my dad said was yummy. Lots of provolone cheese on top, cooked onions and bread inside. Bree was our server and she was THE BEST. Very friendly and attentive to our every need. The ambience is quite lovely in this place. Not overly bright, pretty quiet and I love all of the rustic decorations. Really beautiful place. This is our new favorite place. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I decided to come here to have a steak after a long day and it’s been a while since I dined in a Longhorn. My party and I arrived and we were seated right away. The place was packed and clean, and our server was nice and friendly. We got the bread to share amongst ourselves and the Firecracker chicken wraps with the avocado lime salsa. The wraps were hot and delicious with the sauce. For my entree I wanted to order the longhorn churrasco but I was told that they did not have the chimichurri sauce, so I decided to get the NY strip cooked medium. The steak was prepared perfectly it was right temperature and the seasoning was extremely good. The steak was served with some seasoned French fries and a Caesar salad. I really enjoyed all of it especially the salad as it wasn’t drenched in the dressing as most places do. Let me tell you the Peach Iced Tea was phenomenal! It was super delicious and it reminded me of my grandma’s peach tea. That tea was incredible! Overall my party enjoyed the dining experience, and the food was great too. I will definitely be coming back!
I always enjoy a great streak. Longhorn definitely delivers. The waitstaff is superb so is one of the hosts that seats you named Jabez. Tanesha was my server today and she didn’t miss a step. I often visit this location after a little retail therapy. I encourage you to do the same.
One of my favorite steak spot. Never fails and always flavorful, fresh, tasty… I ordered 20oz Outlaw Ribeye with sweet potato and house salad(dressing was blue cheese and it could be better if amount was little less)and it was great,the cook made it just the way I wanted my medium well steak. Seriously can’t express with words how good this experience was tonight. Big shoutout to the server Rachael, sweetest server ever, always smiling and kind… Thank you!
Nice restaurant, very clean. Service was good Food was very good. I ordered the outlaw ribeye with parmesan cream spinach. Flavor was very good and was cooked almost to perfection. But it was not hot enough when they brought it from the kitchen. We also ordered Flo’s Fillet (filet mignon) with spaghetti squash, very good flavor and cooked to perfection. Bread is just amazing and they bring all the bread you want. Only issue was steak not hot enough, mor in the warm side than hot.
Michelle was tentatively and personable, sat at the bar. Most people complement the steak, but the Mashed potatoes are to die for!
My steak was cooked to perfection! I joined the waiting list online, and still had to wait for others to be seated before me that were walk ins, that's something they need to work on. The young lady at the front, didn't look at her screen to see/call out my name. So we still had to end up waiting which made no sense. Other than that the food was great, drinks were good and our waiter was nice and pleasant.
The girls and I had reservations for some other place that I cant recall, but what I do remember is that the wait time was crraazzyy! No ma'am, my time is very valuable. So we used google to see what was nearby and called for their wait times. Longhorn picked up and said you can be seated as soon as you walk in, and that's exactly what happened. We had a great night, the food was good and our server was easy on the eyes. 😍
I celebrated my birthday on January 10th with family and friends at Longhorn in Davie. Our servers name was Barrington and he was a terrific man, we were well taken care of. The food was excellent, and a good time was had by all. Abby the manager, came by our table a few times to make sure everything was ok. Great food, and great service, equals. Return vists. If you want a good steak or something else on the menu, I would highly recommend Longhorn.
The food was very good. In my opinion, the quality is better than their direct competitors. This specific restaurant was clean and did not seem outdated. The servers were a bit distracted, so I did not get things that I asked for like water, but that happens when restaurants are busy. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. I definitely recommend Longhorn as a they have the best steak for the money, and theor sides are very good quality as well. The portions are good too.
Food great, service fantastic. Atmosphere, well, not at Longhorn's fault. Kids being exceptionally loud. Table next to me having a conversation on the phone, through speaker phone. I was hoping one of the employees would have asked the customer to have the call without speaker phone. But I get, you didn't want to ruin your tip. I still gave my server a fantastic tip - as she did an amazing job. Food was tasty!

I had an amazing dining experience yesterday on April 1st at LongHorn Steakhouse, thanks to our server, Becca! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she had a warm, welcoming personality that made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was great, but the service truly stood out. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Becca , you won’t be disappointed! I had the Patron Dragonfruit Cocktail and my partner had Texas tea 10/10!
Much better experience compared with a different location I tried a few months ago. Glad I gave Longhorn another shot. Appreciated them allowing me to order chicken sandwich which is only on the lunch menu. Plating of rice could be better but everything tasted fresh and well seasoned.
Not only was our service outstanding but the food was amazing. Rebecca is out of this world, the best of the best. It’s hard to come across a server that actually loves her job. She made dinner so enjoyable that it made us come back the following night. So she was off and yeah no if she isn’t there we won’t stay. Saturday night was a disaster, server just doesn’t deserve to work there. Luckily for her I didn’t get her name. I mean everyone ate as I patiently waiting for my dinner (sweet potato) for them to tell me they were out. I got a cold baked potato instead. I go every other Friday for dinner and business, and usually request a quiet corner. When the manager Christina sees me, she automatically sets me up and confirms the usual, 6oz steak (Pittsburgh style), baked potato, broccoli, and pitcher of red sangria. The food is amazing! Hot fresh and tender steak. I'll be working, so they tend not to interrupt (which I appreciate) and simply nod my way in case I need anything. My children have and still are in the hospitality business. I'm big on service and quality. Can't see where all these bad reviews come from. Highly recommend this location.
Excellent food and great service. We have been to several Longhorns around the country and this was one of the best for both service and food. Should note we went at 3pm so there was no crowd. Won’t speak to the service level during peak hours. Our server was prompt and friendly. She checked on us periodically and refilled our drinks without prompting. The food was excellent. We had the Wild West shrimp appetizer, side salads, and 20oz Outlaw Ribeye. (See photos)

You know what to expect when you go to a longhorn steakhouse. We did not have to wait to be seated, but when we left it looked like there was a line to wait to be seated. Seated. The food was good overall, although my steak was a little on the tough and fatty side. Overall though a solid experience.
Have not been here in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. The pork chops were cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, and very juicy. The same is true for the lemon garlic chicken. The bread prior to the meal was super soft inside, hot, while the outer crust was just hard enough to be crunchy. i believe they were understaffed and took a little bit to be seated, but that ia fine. The only drawbacks were the salads. They were just a tad soggy. Overall good experience.
Our waiter was lost in space. We ordered two nine oz flo's fillets medium rare they came out rare. Another server that was training a new server came over to help us took our stakes back in the kitchen and even return them to us properly cooked. Her name was Keisha she was fantastic. We will be asking for her specifically next time we go back
We come here once a week for lunch. We always ask for Michelle. She is great with the customers and remembers how we like certain items cooked. She always checks in to see if we need anything! Michelle is great!
We didn't really enjoy two other LongHorn locations in South Florida, for various reasons, but mostly the carpet smell. This one was different because we really enjoyed our food and didn't smell the carpet. Both 9 Oz filet mignon and lamb chops that we ordered were excellent. We did wait for 40 minutes to get them, but the result was superb. The team handled the mother's day croud very well, so kudos to them.
Came with my family for a dinner and everything was great! This restaurant looks very well decorated and clean. At the entrance one of their staff members hold the door opened for us and welcome us to the restaurant. One of the girls at the front desk told us that the waiting time was 45 minutes but we actually waited for 30 minutes when they called us to our table, until then everything was great! Then comes the part that makes this review to have 4 stars: food took about 30 minutes to come to our table and our waitress didn’t pay very good attention to us, to the point that I had to call her to ask her to refill our drinks. When I am eating at a restaurant I expect the waiters to be on top of every detail and they have to make sure that their customers feels welcome! This definitely was “Not” a good dinner experience here at Longhorn.

For many years Longhorn has been a must visit for us on our frequent travels to Florida. Unfortunately today's meal and service has made us re-evaluate this custom. My partner ordered "Flo's Filet" cooked medium, she was served a very well done steak. Our server, Michelle B, disappeared after serving us so it took quite a while to find her and return the order (curious as the restaurant was quite empty) and even longer for a new steak to appear that was, unfortunately, over-spiced. We understand that a cooking error can occur, we were however very displeased with the time to correct. Our server correctly interpreted that we were unhappy customers and seemed to give up on us. We were not asked if we would like a second round of drinks despite empty glasses. Finally, we are not meat experts but it seems that we were served the "Renegade Sirloin", not a "Center-Cut Filet", this was also pointed out to our server without resolution. The jury is still out, still deciding whether we will return.

The worst Longhorn restaurant. We ask for two full racks of bay ribs. They were burned at the bottom. They have the original flavor, but the burned part changed the taste. El peor restaurant Longhorn. Pedimos 2 costillas completas "baby ribs". Ambas estaban quemadas y el sabor original cambia completamente.
They will leave you on hold for forever if you want to order a pick up. Then I realized it’s because the bartender is too busy texting doing nothing. I drove to the restaurant and placed the order before they picked up the phone. Then bartender Michelle is talking about the bad tips she got in front of me. Then when I’m placing my order she is texting…staring at her phone… she then takes my card , doesn’t even tell me my order total, doesn’t offer me a water… terrible service. A server came to ask her what the seasonal Sam adams is.. she didn’t even know, she told the server to just say it’s Oktoberfest or summer ale… how do you not know what beer you’re serving on draft??? I watched the hostess come over multiple times to tell her someone is waiting on the phone to place a pick up… she purposely ignored the phone… hostess came back to tell her to PLEASE pick up the phone. She still didn’t! While I’m waiting for my food, she finally picks up, then hung up angry and said why do people call then hang up? I WONDER WHY MICHELLE?!?! Also, there was literally not one customer in the restaurant at this time. Please do better Michelle bartender…I will not ever come back.
I’m not sure about all of these positive reviews, but I came this location on Monday, August 11, to celebrate my son going to high school. We went around 6:30/7pm. We walked in and the 2 hostesses greeted per usual however with many empty tables in sight, we were told 20-25 minutes for a table but that the tables at the bar were first come first serve. We grabbed a high top. One of the hostesses walked over and said it would be 20 minutes anyways because the restaurant was out of silverware. Amy from the bar did the best with what the restaurant provides her. I’ve had her as a server in the bar area many times and she is always great and pleasant. Things going wrong are beyond her control. The spinach and artichoke dip is great. We ordered my son’s churrasco medium well and it came out very well done. Fries were decent. My dad had the ribeye and no real complaints - he likes rare which is pretty simple. My mom and I split the 12oz lemon grilled chicken. It was almost like boiled chicken covered in sauce in terms of look, flavor, texture and presentation. The sauce was full of salt. The mashed potatoes were amazing as usual. The restaurant was warm inside and felt damp. I’ve been in Davie almost my whole life and have frequented this location for years. I am not sure what is happening but it is sad. Long Horn has always been consistently good and reliable until now.
Another south Florida restaurant losing its quality assurance in both service and food. 11/23/25 a Sunday, not busy at all. Didn’t get our drinks till way after salads came out. This is ridiculous.
Food was really good. Atmosphere was standard. Service was horrible at best. Place was maybe 25% full on a Friday at 130pm. Waitress took a long time for everything. A simple bourbon pour neat with a side of ice took 15 minutes. Glad I'm just passing thru but I won't be back when I come back to Miami. in Miami. I would hate to see how long things take when this place is at capacity.
The management was very rude and had an attitude about my family finding hair in the food and wasn’t even apologetic for it. She claimed “it never happened here.”

Really don’t care much about the mobile pay thing.. What I care about is the soooo many missed opportunities from management!! The staff did a great job, but the manager not only never came close to a smile, she had a bad attitude, and that was BEFORE we even sat down! After we ordered, I asked the waiter if it was too late to change my side dish, he said no that was fine, and advised the manager who was supposed to fix it. The order came out wrong, and the correct food did not hit the table until we were ready to leave. Then my bill had the “up-charge” for the cold food, and side dish, and an extra up-charge we never figured out what for. Every thing was slow getting done, and the only reason I paid with this app is because the very nice waiter ended up getting a large table, and frankly did not have time to get back to us. My wife and I had not had a date night in months, and we recently discovered the dish we had and loved it, but maybe we can come back on a night where management is off? Or maybe another location, but I don’t think we will be back here for a while? This was our 4th try at this restaurant. 2 times we ended up walking out, after waiting 20-30 minutes and looking at empty tables.. It was a beautiful night, and they have a wonderful out door seating area with tables, but per the manager they “don’t have the staff” to use the area. She even said that if they put a server out there and not enough people want to sit outside they wouldn’t make any money.. In my opinion, in South Florida, a restaurant that HAS the opportunity to have an outdoor area they can use and make money, and they have a line of people waiting for 30+ minutes to get a table, should not have to worry about a server “making money” It is a totally missed opportunity..
The server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable other than being seated directly under an ac vent which was very cold for my wife. My issue was the food and the time it took to get it. We waited an hour for our steaks and then they came out cold. The baked sweet potato was burnt through (probably why the steaks took so long lol). Lesson learned, I’ll stick to Longhorn in Texas only from now on.
Third time here. Same thoughts each time. 77 degrees beautiful South Florida night, yet the patio remains closed. Each time we come it's closed. Tonight we asked the manager and she was completely uninterested. Never. One. Smile. Ever. She simply said "staffing issues and if no one sits there, the server doesn't make money". This is not a guest concern. Also, a VERY LONG wait for a table at ANY time you come.. Over 40 minutes wait, yet the patio with extra tables remains closed. The last time we attempted to come here, we walked out due to the long wait and went to Chili's and there we waited less than 5 minutes. Manager doesn't have a great attitude. Food was lukewarm, order was messed up. Server was good and on point. Overall, would not recommend and we probably will not return.
So apparently I picked a busy night to go out. The wait time was typical(about 30 minutes). We were seated, placed our drink and food orders and waited, waited, waited. We saw others that were seated after us with larger parties get their food before we did as well as the complimentary bread. I’m not sure if they were short on servers or not. We had a nice server but she was not very visible/available. They were out of brussels sprouts- EVERYBODY’S FAVORITE & fries. I ordered salmon with a baked sweet potato and asparagus. Salmon was without the bourbon sauce/glaze, rice was overly salted and asparagus were overly cooked. The nice manager came around asking how the food was and I was very honest. She did apologize and make some changes to our tab. I most likely will not come back to this location. I was disappointed
When we got there, the host and hostess seemed very put out by the fact that we wanted to eat outdoors. After we were seated, it took almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. It took another 10 minutes before we even got water and bread. We placed an order for 2 people and I ordered a margarita. I had already finished my salad and had my meal in front of of me before I had my drink, which I had to ask for again. The waitress asked if we’d like a box. We said yes. She dropped off the check and no box, then ignored the box and the check to take care of another table. The only good things about this visit were the food (it was delicious and properly cooked) and my wife’s amazing company.

I ordered to go. I waited an extra 20 minutes after pick up time. Food was very cold. I ordered a ribeye baked potato salad and corn. I got home the corn was black. And I cut into my steak and it was raw. I drove back to show what I received and was told I would get a new meal. Took the food went back home only to find out that they just reheated the same steak I gave them back as when I flipped the steak over I saw the cuts I had made in it the first time. Was not reimbursed or offered anything for inconvenience. Will not order from there again.
I never get all of my items when I order out so please Make sure you check your bag when ordering pick. I ordered and I only got half my meal and they closed soon after I got home.
Absolutely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had at LongHorn. Our food was brought out wrong, and after that the server, Anise, completely abandoned our table. We had to ask twice before a manager, Maria, finally came to table 64. By that time, we were frustrated, hungry, and ready to leave. We walked out upset and disappointed. Never have we experienced such poor service, and we will not be returning.
Went at a time when it wasn’t busy. Hostess wouldn’t look at us, told us to wait a minute, didn’t say hello. The restaurant was mostly empty. She walked away and didn’t come back. The restaurant stunk so badly - rotten food or sewage, something like that - that we thought between the hostess’s lack of interest and the smell we should go somewhere else. We gave her another five minutes and then left.
I walked in and ordered a kids meal takeout And had to wait a whole hour to receive my food. Asked to speak to the manager named Karen and all she did was say sorry. She showed no consideration of my time.
The service is terrible. I’ve been waiting for over a hour for food. I had to call the number 20 times for the them to keep putting me on hold without providing an answer. Also note, I was told my order was being bagged when I got here. 0 accountability. Choose somewhere else
They are definitely understaffed leading to our server coming to our table at most 3 times. She forgot my refill for 20 minutes and the food was extremely disappointing almost uneatable. My baked potato had a weird water come streaming out and the food was just not the same as the other longhorns. I never leave reviews let alone one for a place like this but I’m very disappointed
I usually dine in due to my enjoyment of Steak, however this experience has taken the cake and stepped on it. I have been waiting for over an hour for my food, past closing time and all and I have not been accommodated, had to call out the waiters myself and downright been ignored. Don’t come here if you’re looking for good service, all that’s here is mid food.
I will never come back longhorn rest in peace for me shrimp from appetizer was great jalapeños give extra flavor i was great but still missing a salsa or a difrent dresing i love ranch dressing but i am sure u can do someting better for this great dish.... into here u have 4 starts the problem when the rest of the food come to the table then turn in a mess... meat bland no flavor at all sparragus bitter i ask for a chimichurri or any salsa to try eat the bland meat and the chimichurri was dark and old finally i'll surrender. Server she was ok! Also the manager did her job come to the table and lissent but at that point the kitchen lost us already.... another think presentation for that meat come on cheff what happen ???
I just recently asked to speak to the manager, it's being about Half an hour since she's touched basis, manager Karen, very rude and not caring at all, none apologized and in a matter of racism toward me from being Hispanic. Absolutely disappointed.
Flo filet mignon ordered medium rare and was rare to raw. Food for party of 2 was 55 minutes. Other ordered meal was a well done burger was burnt on both sides and very dry. Manger was not checking any of the tables . Third straight time with multiple issues.
Went today to this longhorn. there was a 50 minute wait on the check in online which we signed in for. once we get there after 35 minutes just to ask the hostess how much time would be left approximately. she told us another 50 minutes because the clock doesnt start until you talk to the waitress. which is ridiculous considering we already checked in online. while waiting for the second time. there were roaches crawling on the wall of the seating area. which we then left along with 3 other parties. After seeing the roaches, will never step foot in this long horn! :(
I had the worst experience at Longhorn of Davie. The wait was unbearably long. My guest steak came out burnt And my lamb chops came out burnt. The manager agreed to remake the steak before I saw the lamb chops once I see the lamb chops, I called the manager back to the table to show him. He refused to come and told the server to remove all the food off the table and we can leave. It was too late to make anything else. I was humiliated, embarrassed, and not to mention, we waited over an hour to be seated 30 minutes for the server to even come take our drink order just to leave with no food it’s unacceptable.
Stop by a quick lunch, sat at the bar. No hello or anything just was asked if for here or to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich, as soon as I ordered I got the bread and the bill. Wow, where has the service gone? Sandwich took a little long for how dead it was, over fried in my opinion. Bartender never came back to see if I needed anything, which I needed mayo, and I got the ketchup for my fries myself from the next seat over. She seemed uninterested that I was there and it showed, so I took it to go. Longhorn has definitely gone down, what is the difference between there and ihop? None really.

The hostess insisted there was nothing she could do, even as a table of eight was being seated right in front of us. I spoke with a manager who said he would “talk to another manager,” but even then, nothing changed. The hostess dismissed the manager’s attempt to help, saying she was in charge of the front, leaving me unsure who actually runs this restaurant, the manager or the hostess? The entire interaction was cold and unaccommodating. There was no empathy, no willingness to try, and certainly no sense of hospitality. It’s one thing to be busy, it’s another to simply not care. We left completely disheartened. For a restaurant that prides itself on hospitality, this experience was the opposite. I truly hope leadership reviews how guests are treated, because tonight’s experience was unacceptable.
My food was not cooked and I asked them to remake the loaded mashed potatoes because the sour cream was spoiled. They took the whole plate and didn’t come back with a remake until the end of the dinner. I asked to speak with the manager . The manager Maria and the server were very condescending and walked away multiple times while I was explaining my concerns.
Honestly, I’m so disappointed with this location. First, the host sat us somewhere we couldn’t even put a highchair, even though we clearly told her we needed one. So, we ended up waiting again just to be moved. That should’ve been a simple request. Then the server took forever to take our order — and when he finally did, it felt like he was rushing us the entire time. There were six of us at the table, and after every single person ordered, he kept saying, “That will be all?” like he couldn’t wait to move on. It felt rude and impatient. When our food finally came out, the steaks were a mess. We were going to send one back, but he disappeared for so long we gave up. Every steak was cooked differently — some overdone, some under, all on one plate. It literally looked like an ombré of steak temperatures. And of course, we had to call him over every single time we needed something. But when it came to giving us the bill? Oh, he showed up right away. What made it worse was the manager, Krisstina E. Dash. She didn’t even bother to stop by our table. When we told her what happened, she didn’t seem to believe us at all. She even said our server, Barrington C., is “one of the best.” Well, definitely not this time. We’ve had bad experiences here before (LH#5053 – 2375 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324), but we decided to give them another chance. Sadly, nothing has changed. This location is just hopeless — no improvement from top to bottom.
This was my first time eating at this location and i will definitely not be back, when we first got there , there was a bit of a wait which i felt like was notmal for a Saturday night so we chose to be gracious and patient with the staff, the stufffed mushrooms We’re good and came out at a reasonable time, but our entrée took almost an hour to come out and when it did finally come out, my boyfriend’s food was cold and cooked and evenly and my Parmesan crusted lamb chops only came with two encrusted The restaurant closes at 11 o’clock. We didn’t get our food till around 11:30. When we smoke with the manager she apologized but didnt seem to have too mich empathy towards the situation, we asked her for us to not be charged for the up charge of the encrusted lamb chops since only two really came encrusted , but she refused to give us an additional discount and instead took off the appetizer off off the check which honestly we didn’t mind paying for The food that we enjoyed. It was more about the principle of getting our food an hour later and then once we got it, it still wasn’t even up to par. So honestly, if you want good food and good customer service don’t waste your time coming here , Please go to another one like we wish we did.
