Bruh. Ordered two of the grande sausage burritos and got two GRANDE chicken burritos. Cut up the chicken patties and threw em in the burritos. Really surprised but it was good though. Burritos were THICC. Also, 13$ for an Ultimate Cheese Burger meal should be illegal. Hasn't been ultimate since I was a kid lol

Jack in the box always gives me a nostalgic feeling. With their commercials and seeing their good ol’ mascot, Jack Box on tv to their crunchy curly fries, I’ve been coming to this cheap fast food restaurant since I was a kid. Jack in the box is one of the longest fast food restaurants around being founded in 1951 and open for 72 years. By the way did you know the founder, Robert O’ Peterson, of jack in the box launched the idea of the drive thru? Well he did! He then inspired the rest of the fast food biz to do the same. Can you believe they’ve even won awards for their commercials? Talk about good entertainment. Although Jack in the Box has given me good memories I have to say the quality of the food and the customer service has gone down massively. A big reason they’re still in business to this day is because they’re the only restaurant open 24 hours. The tacos are not crunchy anymore. The burgers easily become soggy. I still give them credit for their curly fries as well as the fast paced food delivery. They also are the only fast food restaurant who serves breakfast at all times of the day other than the morning. This specific Jack in the Box is located on Hoen Road. If you’re going east it is on the right hand side going up on the road, like a hill. If you’re going west it’s on the left hand side. It’s also next to a Valero gas station. This Jack in the Box is on its own premises so they have a parking lot designated just for customers as well as handicapped parking in the front. I enjoyed the decoration of this specific Jack in the Box although it was dirty with leftover trash from previous customers. I did not however enjoy the fact that they had two restrooms, but only kept one of them open. The one they kept open there was no lock it was completely taken out and the hole was covered with a napkin. This is not right. Customers need to feel comfortable in the privacy of their bathroom break. I even asked an older Hispanic gentleman if I could use the other bathroom, but he rudely refused. The prices are also becoming less cheap. They have a kids menu as well. I do favor the tiny loaded tacos. I love their size and the amount it comes with. Overall to the beautiful community of Sonoma county and visitors abroad Jack in the Box isn’t the best fast food restaurant, but they are there for you when you have your 3am early cravings. I would also consider just taking the food to go and enjoying it at home or by your car.

I usually hit this spot every other Tuesday after a class nearby, and this is the first time I’ve actually used the bathroom, I don’t know if it is always like this, but holy moly what an “experience.” The floor was wet (you can see my footprint from the toilet to the camera), the urine in the toilet (not mine), the soiled paper towels/tissues on the floor and overall aroma of strong dehydrated urine. Like, I’m pretty sure the urine smell is from the floor, urine on the floor. It was sticky, gross and made me not want to even order food, as my appetite subsided quite a bit. I got the hell out of there and proceeded to order, but maybe a more thorough check and an hourly check (as it’s advertised) would be beneficial. Also, replacing the dusty Glade scent automatic sprayer on top of the paper towel dispenser that is “spraying” an empty canister… My oh my.

Always get asked to pull forward and wait don't understand why no other place around here has this problem and I can only order tacos now becuase thier food in always hit or miss try another oh and you have to ask for a reciept everytime

Every time I have been to this location they always short me something. Never again will I go there.

Charging an extra dollar as a “donation” but they aren’t asking anybody. Check your price and the receipt and ask before paying.

Purple hair girl is rude! She gave me the wrong order and did not have any customer service skills. People are allergic to certain things and when they say not to put something in their food it’s for a reason. I will never be coming back to this jack in the box and I want my money back. ASAP

Just ordered two chicken wraps. Supposed to be classic crispy chicken, gave me one spicy which the chicken wasn't even cooked. It was ice cold. The second one was grilled and cold. I am tired of the continuous wrong and cold food. Will not go back and am going to let everyone know not to waste money and time.

I ordered a sourdough Jack and they game me a buttery jack with a bun that is a solid as a rock and looks like it’s been sitting under a dirty table for a month and not to mention I waited 15-20 mins for this…very disappointing.

Ordered a #1 Butter Jack in drive thru, had to wait 15 minutes, received very cold fries and a small smashed burger with bun, meat, cheese (allegedly), bacon, bun.... No lettuce as pictured, no tomato as pictured, COLD TOO... HORRIBLE WASTE OF $12

We went in the evening, only 3 women working both the drive through & the walk in so the 3 of us ended up waiting 20 + minutes just for 3 milkshakes. While waiting I had to use the restroom and was shocked when I opened the door. 1 little light worked, cause the other was broken a long with the sink. So even if you used the restroom you can't wash your hands. The milkshakes we're tastey but I'm not going back to this place.
