Everything is superb and they are very nice and use the Sonic App to order or do it like before Cell phones. Their service is exceptional. Be kind and thank them for great service.

Consistently good. I was fortunate enough to stop here while looking for good local eats. After realizing I hadn't ever eaten from Sonic's breakfast selection, I was elated I did. Their food is consistently hot, fresh, and tasty without missing anything in the order, and staff are fast and friendly making this an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a well priced quality meal. And for all those sweets lovers, don't forget to try out their Cinnamon Cinnasnacks with cream cheese frosting! They're out of this world!

The food was good, but what I remember most was the carhop who brought our food. It was raining outside, and quite possibly not a fun job, but she still had a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude, and wouldn't take a tip. What?

Open and ready. Super service. Whether your hungry or just thirsty stop in and check them out. Pull up and eat or rool through the drive through.. Really thirsty get the Route 44 size... ice cold and seems to never to end.... There ice tea and lemon aid is amazing..... A+++

I'm here a couple times a month. Their food is well worth the wait and the service is always great. I'd eat here more, if I didn't live too far away for a casual snack run.

Every time I go to this place, the car hops are extremely friendly, The service is pretty fast, and more importantly, the food is Hot and made correctly... I wish you could tip from your credit / debit card though, but that would be my only complaint. And Lord have mercy, the food gets a bit pricey, However Is there such a thing as cheap fast food anymore?? Not that I'm aware of. Anyway this Sonic restaurant has its s___ together. Would recommend Desoto Sonic to anyone.

Showed up made my order to only realize I forgot my wallet. The awesome young manager inside helped me download the Sonic app where I could pay for my meal with my Google Wallet on my phone. She is sweet and very welcoming. I did not catch her name but every single time I see her I know it will be good time coming to sonic. She had red hair and worked on Fourth of July!

Excellent food experience. Normally the breakfast burrito is gross with black crustaceans from their frying pan but not today! The scrambled eggs look fresh and clean. The burrito looks really delicious and how it should look. Folded to perfection as well. I rate today's experience as a 5 out of 5. 👍🎉 Keep up the good work.

Always decent fast food and the drive in experience is much better than actually waiting at the drive through or eating inside even if it takes more time.

The Big dill burger was more like the flavor flat burger. Pickle fries on the burger were very soggy, like when they are not fully cooked to crispy. There wasn't much flavor to it, really could have gotten the regular sonic buger without ketchup and had same of more flavor.

I find it ridiculous and poor management all the way to corporate to have had more than half speakers NOT working for several months. Outside appearance is not good, ceiling fans dirty look to be loose. This has been a long time fast food chain in our town and people deserve better atmosphere and use to enjoy it. Looks like a crime scene with 8-10 speakers taped off and several others down! If more business is wanted and should then fix this. Thanks.

It was late and packed, Drive thru was slow had to send our order back 3 times to get it right. And all I ordered was 3 pretzels and a soda. Food was good at least.

The wait was terrible. The food was so greasy. And one of my friends who ate it got sick later that day because of it. Only good thing about it was the service.

Ice cream machine is always down for maintenance at least 45 minutes before close. This is a nightly occurrence. Doesn’t seem to be coincidence... Food is hot and fresh 50% of the time although larger orders are wrong 100% of the time.

Almost every single time I come to this location, the order is wrong. But it’s the only ice cream place in town that isn’t priced like gold. I had an order through the app this evening that included their new mesquite bbq bacon burger and a bacon cheeseburger. It came out to my car quickly as promised. I get home and see they forgot the definition of ‘bacon’ because it’s nowhere to be found. My husband is having a hissy now, so I take the burgers and drive back to get my correct order. The young man on the speaker knew exactly what order I was talking about, which tells me they found their mistake before I did. He has the courage to say “so you want me to bring out bacon to put on them or new burgers or.....” yea please bring out bacon to put in my, now cold burgers. Entitled little snot. Don’t even get me started on their portions for cups of chili. But I’ll keep going because you know, ice cream

Burger ok but Texas toast not toasted. Burger had mayonnaise when I asked for mustard. French fries cold and hard. Tater tots too salty when I asked for no salt. Do these people not train their workers anymore or do they just not care? Definitely need to improve.

When we told the waitress about it she went back inside to tell I guess the manager that came out stating I've been doing this for 14 years and I'm pretty on my game and with an attitude said I will remake it to which my son replied just give me my burger back and I will just eat it as is...just a rude manager who can't admit when something is wrong.

Ordered through the app when it said store was open, they took my money but the store was closed. Over a week later and still don’t have my money back. They took 7 minutes to get us a Large Cold Brew, and a Medium coke. This service is unacceptable. They looked like they were taking there time, and did not when we got our drinks. And the lady that gave us our drinks was rude, and looked like she was waiting for a tip after that experience.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with a large fry and a large blue raspberry slushie I got 10 fries and an onion ring 1 chicken strip and a small slushie. I always liked comin to sonic not no more I paid 10.00 bucks for this meal I got screwed.

I paid $16.00 for a double bacon burger tots and a coffee drink. When I got home I had a sandwich bread with no burgers so I ate lettuce cheese tomato and a small amount of bacon.

It took 24 minutes for 5 slushies. I ordered ahead on the app. I’m so confused as to why it took so long. We didn’t order any food, just drinks. This is the third time this sonic has taken over 20 minutes for just drinks.

The last 2 times I've went there... The food sucked... I'm not sure what changed because they've always had good food until recently...They need new cooks... Cooks that know how to fry onion rings all the way done and who know how to melt cheese on French fries and cooks that can fry a corn dog where it's completely done not gooey on the inside... I got the number one single burger with cheese lettuce tomato and Mayo only and the tops with a sweet tea. The hamburger was rancid tasting, the thoughts were okay and the sweet tea was not even sweet and I even asked the girl if the sweet tea was really sweet really good oh yes she said wrong I wouldn't go to this one again ever.

One of the 2 girls that decided to close early tonight decided it would be funny to flip a customer off as they were leaving. I am absolutely appalled at her behavior. We were in the process of leaving, she leaned over the sink and flipped us off with both hands.

Food was reheated, which is common here. Stale bread and sloppy and mashed the way it was put together. The burgers have also gotten noticeable smaller while prices have not. You have to almost beg for condiments and napkins. Service is very slow and orders are not accurate very often.

I ordered a large Buffalo popcorn chicken and a breakfast burrito and it took 17 mins to get the food and i asked nicely to the carhop why ot took a long time for the food was it because if short staff and she said it was because it was hotdog nite and sorry ...and the food was correct and i hit the red button and took 7 more mins to ask for a fork and i was told oh sorry we are out of forks, i asked how was i supposed to eat Buffalo sauced popcorn chicken and was told sirry about that ! Thats not customer service at all i wasnt rude and unreasonable but man o man no thanks eating here.....

You can tell the owner(s) don't care about their business. The Sonic sign at night is dimly lit, the parking lot is filthy and they don't cut their portion of the grass up to Highway 21. It's an eyesore for De Soto.

Very slow and always makes mistakes. Out of every sonic drive-in I've been to desoto is the worst. My last visit I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order.

Just went through the drive-through and ordered three drinks and ordered mozzarella sticks and waited for 10 minutes. Then I saw all the employees inside messing around, literally throwing things at each other. One kid jumped on another kids back, bobbing their heads around the windows. At least five employees inside and one outside smoking.

The young lady had an extremely difficult time taking an order for a simple Sweet Tea with Raspberry flavor. After repeating the order 4 times I finally just parked and forgone the Drive Thru. Better service at McDonald's

STEER CLEAR OF DE SOTO SONIC. They litterally have a roach infestation that they CANNOT get rid of. Go read all of their violations on Jefferson County health department website, I promise as soon as you see it, you will start gagging.

We were given the wrong burgers. When we asked for the correct burgers that we ordered, bacon was theown on the same burgers that we had and they were given back. I asked why our order was not fixed, that our burgers did not have the correct toppings and a worker said she would check w the manager and come back. She then came back and said her manager said it should be that way. We were given the wrong food and I was offered no resolution or refund. I will not be returning.

Went there 4 times in the past 2 weeks. First time I got there an hour before they closed and was told the grills were already turned off. The second time I was 5 spots from the door in 60 degree weather and was told to move closer to the door because she didn't want to walk that far. Third time my wife ordered some drinks online when I got there I was told they don't do drink carriers anymore. The last time I was told that they no longer do ice cream eventho its on there app and menu. I will no longer be going to this location ever again.

Absolutely awful! I had placed an online order for some drinks and on the way in I decided to get some food as-well. I pull up to drive thru and say I’m here for online pick up and would like to order some food as-well. They said ok, i begin explaining what food I want with no answer. They hung up on me in drive thru. So I go back around to try again, they said that didn’t happen but whatever. I order a mayo supersonic bacon cheese burger. After waiting for 10 min I get the food, and drinks. Both cups are soaked, but whatever I’m not real picky. Upon arriving at home to sit down and eat, I get a burger with bacon and mayo…no lettuce, no tomato, NO CHEESE! I call up there to ask how the sandwich was made, explained my awful experience, and was told none of it ever happened! I am absolutely flabbergasted at the performance and attitude that I have received from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We come earlier today to eat n ,my partner s food wasn't ordered right n ,still had to buy them fries after . He also didn't get he's bacon on he's burger . Not once did he say no fries to he's meal or ,no bacon to be held . The burger was so dry n ,so gross looking . He's not one to try n ,to correct things when he should . He will try n ,eat as much as he can . Which I told him he shouldn't do . What happen to all your fresh food ??? The burgers use to be on key n the last 6 months or ,so gone down hill but ,today is another level . He feels bad if he doesn't tip which he always does weither it 3.oo to 10.00 . Your service needs to do better n ,get better . Take pride in your business n ,find people who obviously loves their job . Maybe some do but ,u sure can tell when they don't . I’m not one to usually complain, although this was disgusting, I really didn’t even want to go back to get these swapped out after seeing it. Along with the multiple previous orders I have placed here that are usually always wrong, I’m sorry but I have also came from a fast food background and it is not difficult at all to read a screen or put in an order correctly. Way too many mistakes way too many times. Food is always meh and when I order “easy ice” it’s always the normal amount of ice and I can never get a decent amount of condiments. It’s either never enough ketchup or none at all on my burger and I never get any cheese sauce when I order a pretzel.
