Showed up made my order to only realize I forgot my wallet. The awesome young manager inside helped me download the Sonic app where I could pay for my meal with my Google Wallet on my phone. He was so very helpful and very quick thinking! Thank you so very much for your help!! The food was awesome too!!

Every single time I come to sonic, they always mess around. I feel like no one takes their job seriously. But there is one cashier I would like to say is AMAZING at her job!!! She is sweet and very welcoming. I did not catch her name but every single time I see her I know it will be good time coming to sonic. She had red hair and worked on Fourth of July!
Excellent food experience. Normally the breakfast burrito is gross with black crustaceans from their frying pan but not today! The scrambled eggs look fresh and clean. The burrito looks really delicious and how it should look. Folded to perfection as well. I rate today's experience as a 5 out of 5. 👍🎉 Keep up the good work.
I find it ridiculous and poor management all the way to corporate to have had more than half speakers NOT working for several months. Outside appearance is not good, ceiling fans dirty look to be loose. This has been a long time fast food chain in our town and people deserve better atmosphere and use to enjoy it. Looks like a crime scene with 8-10 speakers taped off and several others down! If more business is wanted and should then fix this. Thanks.
Half the car hop screens don’t work, and they have had the same bug killing spray outside their door for 2 weeks.. it’s a 2 bc they have cheap drinks. Besides that it’s a worthless establishment.

My food was good however my son ordered his double cheeseburger plain but didn't receive it that way. When we told the waitress about it she went back inside to tell I guess the manager that came out stating I've been doing this for 14 years and I'm pretty on my game and with an attitude said I will remake it to which my son replied just give me my burger back and I will just eat it as is...just a rude manager who can't admit when something is wrong.
They shut down for having a Roach infestation and somehow they're still up and running. I came here for a years, then I found out about this I've never ate there again.
Went there 4 times in the past 2 weeks. First time I got there an hour before they closed and was told the grills were already turned off. The second time I was 5 spots from the door in 60 degree weather and was told to move closer to the door because she didn't want to walk that far. Third time my wife ordered some drinks online when I got there I was told they don't do drink carriers anymore. The last time I was told that they no longer do ice cream eventho its on there app and menu. I will no longer be going to this location ever again.
I was unable to order. We arrived 20+ minutes before closing and the worker informed us they closed in 3 minutes and already turned everything off
Went twice on 11/30/25 waited 15 minutes each time with no response' button stayed red. Just had a important question for a manager. It's a good thing I wasn't there for food! Phone calls are useless too.
Absolutely awful! I had placed an online order for some drinks and on the way in I decided to get some food as-well. I pull up to drive thru and say I’m here for online pick up and would like to order some food as-well. They said ok, i begin explaining what food I want with no answer. They hung up on me in drive thru. So I go back around to try again, they said that didn’t happen but whatever. I order a mayo supersonic bacon cheese burger. After waiting for 10 min I get the food, and drinks. Both cups are soaked, but whatever I’m not real picky. Upon arriving at home to sit down and eat, I get a burger with bacon and mayo…no lettuce, no tomato, NO CHEESE! I call up there to ask how the sandwich was made, explained my awful experience, and was told none of it ever happened! I am absolutely flabbergasted at the performance and attitude that I have received from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We come earlier today to eat n ,my partner s food wasn't ordered right n ,still had to buy them fries after . He also didn't get he's bacon on he's burger . Not once did he say no fries to he's meal or ,no bacon to be held . The burger was so dry n ,so gross looking . He's not one to try n ,to correct things when he should . He will try n ,eat as much as he can . Which I told him he shouldn't do . What happen to all your fresh food ??? The burgers use to be on key n the last 6 months or ,so gone down hill but ,today is another level . He feels bad if he doesn't tip which he always does weither it 3.oo to 10.00 . Your service needs to do better n ,get better . Take pride in your business n ,find people who obviously loves their job . Maybe some do but ,u sure can tell when they don't . Sincerely a considered customer .
I’m not one to usually complain, although this was disgusting, I really didn’t even want to go back to get these swapped out after seeing it. Along with the multiple previous orders I have placed here that are usually always wrong, I’m sorry but I have also came from a fast food background and it is not difficult at all to read a screen or put in an order correctly. Should I really be expected to go home and heat up a order of fries with a full slice of cheese unmelted on them?
Way too many mistakes way too many times. Food is always meh and when I order “easy ice” it’s always the normal amount of ice and I can never get a decent amount of condiments. It’s either never enough ketchup or none at all on my burger and I never get any cheese sauce when I order a pretzel.
