I really appreciate the awesome customer service. I just recently started at Bishop’s Salon close by so I’ve been coming to this location a lot lately. As a busy stylist I like to leave home early so I can enjoy my coffee before starting my clients. It’s so nice coming to this location and always being greeted warmly. I mostly use the drive-thru and having drive-thru experience I know it can be challenging to keep up the pace while still conveying a positive tone. It really makes my day, I feel in a better mood after leaving. Lately I’ve seen Carol at the window and inside, she’s so polite and friendly! She even suggested a new drink to me, which I love! Thank you to all the staff at this location. You’re positive attitude in the morning really helps make my day better!

Passing on a good deed 🤗on 1/7/24 i decided to go inside the Starbucks in decatur ga.to order my chi coffee ☕️ when a young man in front of me was trying to pay for his order but his card kept being declined so I stepped in and paid for his order. He was so surprised and grateful and a little embarrassed, but i assured him it's ok because we all had been there. After that, the kind cashier asked for my order, i gave it to her ,and she said, "Your oder is on me."i was thrilled and grateful walking away, thinking there was still kindness in this universe 🤗🤗Thank you, kind cashier at Starbucks off church st. In Decatur ga.

Love my quick pick me up from Starbucks! They moved that long drive thru line so quickly that I didn't even have to really wait. My drinks were awesome as always!

Great customer service and clean and fast service. I had a problem with my drink didn’t notice till I got home . Called the store and let them know they said they would be kore than happy to remake it for me and credit the drink back to my Starbucks account. No questions not hassle . They were super nice and polite. If you want coffee with a smile this is your location to go to. Thank you y’all.

I stopped in to get a frappe with whip. This location is very popular because there drive through is always packed. The inside was clean, they had a variety of drinks, pastries and sandwiches. They were fast with their service and the staff was polite and friendly. When I am in the Decatur area shopping I will make an effort to stop in for another one of the frappes.

Wow! What a huge difference between the stand alone Starbucks and the ones in Kroger!!! When I drove up, the line was around the parking lot. I went inside and the place was PACKED! The barista kept announcing the 20 minute wait for specialty orders… But the line moved twice as fast as ANYTHING I have experienced in. Kroger Starbucks! I was in and out in 10 minutes, max! Good for me… maybe not so good for the brand, though. The Kroger Starbucks need a MAJOR upgrade.

This is our Favorite Starbucks 😍 they are amazing ❤️😍 My husband and I went in and they were welcoming and kind and so helpful. The staff is incredible! Manager is amazing! We want to thank you the whole staff and Especially Steph! She was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. Oh and of course the coffee is amazing ❤️ only because it's being made by amazing people ☺️

Today, there was a nice lady at the drive through window name Cathrin. She offered my dog a pup cup, her energy was through the roof and her customer service was amazing! I know how hard it is to be in fast food but when you walk outside with positive energy, positive energy comes back to you! All of them this morning were rockstars and we need more people like you guys ❤️!

I have read a lot of negative comments about this location. Whether I was lucky or they changed the management, but they were actually very nice when I was there! Also, keep in mind that, even if the place is quite small, there is always a super long line of cars waiting for coffee at the drive-thru, so I guess staff can be overworked sometimes.

The baristas are quick to learn and remember your name, and the store operator is often onsite and engages with customers. Although formerly the WiFi was low quality, it has since run smoothly and efficiently. It is my second office several times per week.

The morning shift efficiency on 4/12 for this team was absolutely phenomenal. I received my food and drinks in a timely manner and saw visible effort in service from whom took my order. The food and drink was perfect. If the music was a bit louder it would’ve made the experience even better - created a more relaxing cafe environment. Take that as you wish, whoever trained and led this shift did their jobs well. Props to who worked with prepping food 7:30am-8am since they took my order and looked to stay organized and efficient while also delivering great service given the circumstances - a line of people and cars.

I love the staff here everyone is so polite and helpful. Once I had a drink made wrong twice and had to ask "Is it on the house" rather than staff offering after waiting in line more than 30 min. Nonetheless, that one experience doesn't negate all the other positive experiences I've had at this location.

I don’t visit Starbucks very often. It’s only for a treat for myself from time to time. With that said I have never gone to a Starbucks that did not have caramel or napkins. Who is running this place to not be stocked in napkins or caramel??

This is a pretty standard Starbucks. It's clean and neat. Most of the staff were friendly, especially the shift leader. Though entirely compliant, this Starbucks is on a rise from parking do wheelchair patrons should be aware.

Solid store, but not the best for ordering online. The good news about that is that if you order in the drive thru, you only have to wait for your items if you buy a bunch of stuff at once. The online ordering time estimate is also very accurate, which is good in its way.

This is my local Starbucks and I go there on an average of twice a week. I've only been inside twice, so the majority of time I go through the drive-thru. This drive-thru is always exceedingly slow. It is not uncommon on a Saturday morning at 10 to wait 30 to 35 minutes for two coffees. Even if there are only two or three cars ahead of me, it takes about 10 minutes to get through the line. I hope they can learn to be more efficient. The staff, however, is always very courteous.

Normally don't have a issues with Starbucks but this one needs some help. From design of insane drive thru line that always backs up to not having another staff to everytime either getting order wrong or it taking 30+ minutes to get my single coffee order. Definitely needs a major overhaul.

I come to Starbuck almost every day. I ordered a drink the other day, and the entire cup spilled on me and in my car because of a defective cup. The cashier also stated she didn't understand why the other employee would give that cup knowing the cup was messed up. I was pissed off that the manager didn't even acknowledge that it was their fault. She looked right at me and walked away. I spend way too much money in Starbucks to be treated so poorly. I reached out to corporate to handle this matter. I could've been burned by the hot coffee, and no one seemed concerned. I'm truly disappointed with the staff.

UPDATE (2/18/2022): This location is clearly making very big changes. Seems like they’ve resolve the staffing issues and long drive through lines and they have hired a security guard to control some parking lot traffic. The parking lot still sucks but at least people in the drive through don’t block the entrance anymore. Literally the most understaffed, slow and yet somehow the busiest I’ve ever seen. The parking lot is a literal nightmare from hell and you can reliably expect your mobile order to be ready 10-15 minutes after the estimated time in the app.

Not reliable. This is the second time that I’ve received the wrong order. Of course you have to wait 10 minutes to drink hot coffee so I’m already at work and can’t leave. Both times I ordered a Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato. Not weird, complicated, or difficult. Last time I received a latte? This time it’s a “Skinny”. Fake sugar is gross and I’m so irritated that I drove out of my way this morning and wasted $5 on a treat only to have it taste like @ss. This is not what I ordered and it’s not what was on the screen.

I like this Starbucks - staff are pretty friendly, although sometimes there can be a long drive thru wait, and the coffee, especially cold brew, can be bitter if a new person is making it. Usually we order in advance via mobile, skip the drive thru queue and park in the lot, run in and grab the drinks from the mobile orders' window. Edit: this is our closest one and we go fairly regularly now. Go on a Sunday at your peril - for some reason the Saturday crew are competent but the Sunday crew cannot get an order right to save their lives

The level of service has went down drastically within the past month. I first noticed it when a cashier got angry with me after being asked to fix a drink, she did a blank stare for about 10 seconds before grabbing my drink and said she’ll do it for me “this time”.. the issue was that, it was not made the way I ordered it, so I didn’t understand how she acted as if she would do me a favor. This is 1 of many subpar experiences I’ve had here recently. The rest weren’t rude situations, more so unorganized and very slow.

Not sure what’s going on but the last few times I’ve been here the drinks have been awful! I usually always order online and arrive there before the drink is made. Ordered a shaken espresso this morning and it taste just like milk with cinnamon. The ice was already melted when I got it as well, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was an old drink that had been sitting there. I was running late so I didn’t have time to ask for a remake. But lately, the drinks either taste extremely watered down, or like milk. You’re better off going to a Kroger location. Definitely disappointed…

I used to love this location but the past 5 times I’ve been I’ve gotten the wrong order. My order is slightly customized but I’ve been getting the same thing here for years with no problems until recently. It’s not the end of the world, but when I’m paying $7 for a coffee, I generally expect it to at the very least be drinkable.

So I go to this location almost every time I work, which is usually 4-6 times a week. I’ve been wanting to write a review for a while. Where is the friendliness? What happened to the days where people took pride in their jobs and strived to provide quality customer service??? When I used to think of Starbucks, I thought of Chick-fil-a because it’s supposed to be the he crème de la crème of coffee shops…Wrong!!!! Especially not this location! My order is always made different or missing something, when I order ahead, I’m usually waiting a long time for my order, they’re rarely friendly or greet you when you walk in, everyone looks mad, and today was the last straw when I pulled up to the drive thru and told the person on the intercom that I had placed my order via the mobile app. Her response was very passive aggressive, “Oh, looks like you just placed that order moments ago! Give us some time to get that ready because we only have one person making them right now.” My response was, “Ok, I didn’t think it was going to be ready already.” Why would I? Did she think I didn’t know that I just ordered it? Then when I get to the window, I knew it was the woman I had just spoken with because she visibly had an attitude. She didn’t greet me, she literally said nothing as I sat and waited for my order. When my pastry was ready, she just handed it to me, didn’t say a word, same with my drink. She was a heavyset, light-skinned tone, African American female with glasses. That’s the best way I can describe her without being disrespectful. Do better!!!! If you don’t like your job, find another one! Now there are a couple that are friendly but the ones who aren’t, give the entire establishment a bad look!

I unfortunately go here at least once a week. EVERY SINGLE TIME it's insanely slow. I routinely wait over 30+ minutes in the drive thru, no matter the number of people. Waiting inside would be worse. I waited just over 40 minutes today with 9 cars in line. Nobody can agree or figure out the line. Two cars cut in front of me on the most current visit. The line also blocks the parking no matter how people try to line up. It wouldn't back up so bad if this store was faster. Everyone is at least friendly, but you have at least a 30% chance that your drink is wrong. THEN trying to get it fixed by finding parking that's not blocked by the line and walking into the store is just unacceptable.

This Starbucks is consistently below average. I go here when I’m desperate, and nobody else is open. This morning at 5:35am my husband and I both received a full cup of milk, instead of a flat white and DOUBLE tall latte. It was a bummer because this was supposed to be a special treat. I at least thought they wouldn’t mess up if it was the only order they had to make. When I go to any other Starbucks I am shocked at how amazing it tastes compared to North Decatur.

I would not recommend this location if you are planning on using the drive through or order ahead. I ordered ahead on the app, got there ten minutes later, spent around 45 minutes in the drive through (I indicated drive through for my order pick up, which was listed as an option) and when I got to the window my drink still wasn't made. I understand how difficult it is with so many orders and limited staff, but it is crazy how slow this location is. The cars in the drive through are usually backed up into traffic. Depending on what time you go, you will also have mixed results when walking inside to store and placing an in-person order. I would recommend skipping the drive through, going inside and ordering instead, or going to a different location.

It’s a Starbucks, but not as easy to park and walk in because of the location within the parking lot. And my drink order took 25 minutes to complete and only happened when I went to the counter and asked if I had missed it - the barista had my order right there but had chosen to fill several other later orders before mine.

The drive through is always appalling. And somehow when I ordered, the lady managed to make my drink even more complicated than it already was. I attempted two more trips without much improvement. So I now drive the extra 10 minutes to a better one.

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks ever! You can’t stop when you have things to do.. they will have you late for work! Update: How do you renovate the place and try to make it nice on the inside and service is still slow! Put that money towards more employees!

I have had so many bad experiences here, from poor customer service, to forgotten items. Half the time I have to have them remake drinks that are made incorrectly. Today, we placed an online order. When arriving at the store, there was a sign saying that all orders had to be picked up from the drive thru (which was wrapped around the parking lot), and to call a number to get a refund. So now it is my problem to call and wait on hold for a refund. We will not be coming here any longer.

Frappe’s aren’t good. Even if you pay for extra ingredients they still short it. Hopefully it gets better. Has been this way for years

I agree with another Local Guide. Some days they handle their business, other days they don't. This morning was a day they didn't handle business. Myself & 4 other cars were waiting in the drive-thru, I was the first one up at the speaker. I waited 8 minutes & nobody said anything so I pulled up to the window & could see 3 workers. Still nobody said anything. So I pulled around, parked & went to the door where they all could see me. Still not a peep. Just pure ignoring. I'm still confused as to why they weren't open if they open at 6am. Customers were there waiting at 6:45am. A simple sign saying why they weren't open & when they would open would have sufficed.

I am forced to go here often simply because the drive thru makes it most convenient in the area. Drive thru times are often long. They are constantly out of things and will consistently get orders wrong. The drive thru wait times are more aggravating when you get to the window and see employees just standing around or joking with each other instead of actually working. I have tried to do mobile orders to save time but this too can be inconsistent. Last week I placed a mobile order. Waited ten minutes at the store. When I finally went to the counter to ask about the order I was told they were out of one of the items. So I placed an order for a replacement but then it took them another 10 minutes to make that. I would love to use the Starbucks in Decatur Square instead but the lack of parking and drive thru make it very inconvenient.

Aww I hate to do it. The work force is mainly young teens or new college aged post highschool employees. No social/people/customer service skills. No sense of responsibility. What can management do because who is going to work for $15/18 an hour when gas is $4.39 cent. I come here because it’s convenient but it’s just honestly ALWAYS a hit or miss and the misses are just randomly closing the store. Randomly changing the hours. In line and the store is closed by the time you get to the window? Store policy changing day by day. The parking attendant or off duty office neerrverrrrrr regulates the traffic flow. People block the entrance to 5 min park. Yes yes…. Everyone is doing their best but I’m just going to use my last points and delete the app. The are bigger problems I won’t let this one be one. Water is better anyways.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Listen to the other reviewers. It is not worth waiting for a watered down drink. I waited inside for 25 minutes and had five employees frowning at me and standing around the entire time. There's lots of other coffee shops and better Starbucks nearby.

Beware of the drive-through. Not so much the service of Starbucks, but the actual people who are in line for the drive-through. They normally have a security guard directing traffic because the parking lot is completely jacked up . Today while following the rules of the parking lot because they have nobody directing traffic people just cut you off in line while you’ve been sitting there waiting. Starbucks does nothing about it in the security guards are nowhere to be found hanging out around dumpsters not doing their job.

I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through and when I finally got up to the window I still had to wait. My drink was literally sitting on the counter and there was 2 women by the window. One was on the register and the other one was doing nothing. I asked if I could pay for my drink and nobody said nothing back they looked at each other and continued to do what they was doing. I had to leave with out the drink because I was going to be late for work. I definitely won’t be returning.

They need to figure out a different way to get deliveries because blocking a lane, always during rush hour and causing bottle necks and flared tempers is not good. Find somewhere else for semis to park and stop blocking North Decatur!

Consistently poor service and long wait times at the drive-thru. Consistently. Also, expect closing time to be at least 30 minutes before the posted time -- that's about when they pretty much start yelling at everyone to leave. Sweeping around your feet, loudly pulling out the trash, abruptly ending the music, loudly chatting behind the counter and telling you every 5 minutes that they close soon. I expect so much better from my local Starbucks and hope all this changes.

Why does this Starbucks never follow posted hours? Waste of people’s time. Clearly says closes at on 8pm on both the app and door, but it’s closed at 7pm with no explanation. I don’t care if you close at 7, but don’t waste people’s time by deciding to close whenever you feel like without informing customers.

Came this morning before an appointment, the drive thru line was wrapped making it hard to figure out where the line even began for the drive thru so I decided to park and go in. I go to the counter, sign posted saying “drive thru and mobile orders only” so I jumped on my app. No biggie. Well mobile orders were disabled. I ask staff if this was purposely disabled or did I need to reboot. Without making eye contact two employees responded saying it was disabled on purpose. ‘So there’s only drive thru?’ Immediately responded with a ‘yep!’ Again no eye contact. There were other people inside picking up orders from a blonde employee at the mobile order counter. I know everywhere seems to be short staffed but I counted 6 employees. Still confused as to why the attitude. So I got in line. Waited for 8 mins without moving and had to leave for my appointment. Overall 20mins wasted to try and get coffee and my lunch for the day.

Consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks around. Have waited up to 20 mins both in store and drive thru. Currently waiting in Drive thru so I figured I’d have time to post this. (15 mins today) Edited 4/2024, still slowest drive through in town. 15 minutes haven’t moved.

The drive thru was extra long so I went inside. No one inside, the employees took my order then ignored me for a good 20 minutes. I’m not sure if they were calculating to see if I were to stay in my car what my wait time was to match it. Also the young girl with the blue braids needs a class on customer service. She talks very low and gets an attitude because I leaned over to ask her to repeat herself

This location is the closest to my area… so unfortunately most time I’m subjected to going to this one. No matter the time of day … I’m continuously told they don’t have something. Most times I’m attempting to order a pineapple refresher and they’re ALWAY out. However, today they told me Starbucks is discontinuing the pineapple refresher. I called around to other locations and they said this is false. I’m not sure what is up with this location but they need better employees. They lie and close early before time. It’s really the most raggedy Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Homeless people occupy this starbucks, and there were bags of trash taking up three of the few tables in the small shop. There has to be a better way Atlanta.

Waiting for my coffee: They were out of napkins so I told lady at pickup counter. She instructed me to go tell the person who ring up orders! I guess I just look like a slave🙎🏾😂👎🏾

IM NOT PAYING FOR A CUP OF WHIP CREAM!!! I've visited this store a few times because it is closer than my favorite store, but I have been disappointed each time. Oddly enough my complaint is in regards to the amount of coffee in my cups! Each time my cup is under filled with coffee and OVER filled with whip cream. I like the whip cream to cool off my first few sips of hot coffee, but for the amount of money I pay for this coffee I expect more than I have been receiving from this store. Any other store I visit my cup is almost filled to the top with just enough whip cream. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR STAFF WITH MORE TRAINING!! YOU GUYS ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS IN A VERY HIGHLY POPULATED AREA!! I'd rather walk in to the Starbucks located in the Kroger on N. Decatur than visit this store again.

Please save time and go to the Kroger location or toco hills. They never have online ordering available and when they do , the drinks are done 30 min after they’re scheduled to be finished. They need to shut down and train/make some changes. I witnessed so many people canceling their orders or leaving. They work so fast , they end up not customizing drinks how they should. Over this location.

Tried going in yesterday and it was chaos and filled with possessions of the unhoused community. I waited for 40 minutes in the drive through today and the iced coffee cup with completely black on the bottom filled with grounds. This is super close to where I just moved but I'll go out of my way to avoid this location. The service is appalling.

Really need to work on their customer service. Had to go to the bathroom just to notice the restrooms are locked. I asked for a code that did not work multiple times. There was clearly a vacant restroom that an employee had just left from. They didn’t help me out whatsoever with opening the bathroom door and I really had to go. First Starbucks I’ve ever been to with locked bathroom doors. Absolutely ridiculous I have to beg several times so I can use the bathroom as a paying customer. I will not be back. Venti Brown Sugar shaken espresso was solid as always just work on your service!

I will never use this location again. I paid 20.57 and left with nothing The person who took my order suggested a meat substitute, something they don't do, so I ended up with 2 pieces of muffin and egg white nuke to death so bad it became seared to the paper packaging. My greentea was so sour even though I asked for sweetener twice. Of course, the line was so long in order to get that poor order. She offered no solution that was in my favor only Starbucks. I really like starbucks but this Experience I'd like to lift a really bad taste in my mouth.

I haven’t had Starbucks in over two years, but today I decided to stop by and get a matcha. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The drive-through speaker wasn’t working properly — the employee even said it was “in and out” and only worked half the time. I waited at the speaker for about five minutes with no response, so I eventually pulled forward. When I got to the window, the employee tried to hand me someone else’s order. I let her know it wasn’t mine, and instead of simply taking my order at that moment, she walked away. When she returned, she told me it was “company policy” that they couldn’t take orders at the window because it holds up the line— even though the only reason I was at the window was because the speaker wasn’t functioning. The lack of communication, courtesy, and common sense was frustrating. I will not be returning.

My experience aligns with these recent negative reviews: extremely long wait times for mobile orders and terrible-tasting drinks. Starbucks really needs to review the management of this store. This store is the worst Starbucks ever. This is the venti shake expresso I got today, and I paid $7 for a cup of ice and few sips of tasteless coffee.

This is my go to Starbucks, but today I was dissatisfied. I ordered an Iced Gingerbread Chai like I have since it came out. To my surprise when the barista handed me my drink it looked different but I wasn’t going to judge until I tried. I left the Starbucks and was trying it on my way home and It wasn’t what I asked for. It tasted like pure mocha coffee and no where near an Ice Gingerbread Chai. I’m so disappointed this isn’t what I paid for. Not only did I not get what I ordered, but my friend also ordered a Ice Caramel Brûlée Latte and it tasted just like the drink they said was a Gingerbread Chai.

Against my better judgment, I stopped here today for a hot citrus tea (xtra honey and peppermint and a blest sandwich. Surprisingly, the customer service was decent this time. However my intuition said something was off. I paid and did not leave a tip, which I usually do depending on previous service experience. I saw the cashier look to see if I left a tip this time and she proceeded with “your drink will be up shortly”. I watched the barista take my drink away out of frame and come back to hand it off to cashier with a brief exchange. I got my drink with just water and tea bags. No xtra peppermint or xtra honey no lemonade NOTHING, although I specifically ordered xtra and saw it on the screen. I stood at the window for a correction, the barista watched me sitting there at the window and did absolutely nothing, she looked back at me 3x with a confused look. I left so I wouldn’t be late for work and tried calling 2x to no avail. I want what I ordered and paid for! If this seems far fetched, watch the cameras to see that this happened just as I stated! I’m sick of this place and the lack of accountability and customer care!

The store manager is RUDE! No customer service at all. Called to see about a release item I am looking for and she gave me the worse saying she’s not sure and has no idea. Be for real, the release is tomorrow, I’m not asking you to hold anything for me, I simply would like to know if you’ll have the specific item tomorrow. I usually stop here for coffee in the mornings and the staff is very nice. The store manager needs some training in customer service because her attitude is very ugly!

I understand being busy. But when you have 7 people working and 2 standing around talk and ignoring guest at your register...thats bad business. Not one of the 7 people working acknowledged us. Even though they met our gazes and kept going about servicing the drive through. Not one said hey just a minute be right with you. Nor did anyone bother to say "hey someone has been standing at the register" I wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes no acknowledgement. I would have e ordered on your app, but honestly. Not worth the time...

Im not sure whats going on i frequent this location the last 3 years and about a month ago they got new staff. The cafe is always backed up or they tell you the cafe is closed they only have drive thru. Big inconvenience for people like me who work very close. There is a heavy set Caucasian women with a lot of tattoos who i watch be rude to paying customers everyday no smile no anything. It makes you not want to go but of course we need our coffee. They are also always out of a lot of products lately. I miss the old crew

I waited 25 minutes for a coffee I mobile ordered. There wasn’t even a line in drive thru. There were 9 employees behind the counter…..I don’t understand? UPDATE : 7/26/25: All these people behind the counter and I still waited 22 minutes for ANOTHER mobile order. What’s happening at this location? Is it poor management? I have a Starbucks every day and this is by far the worst location for wait times and professionalism. 9/18/25. Another terrible experience. This is the most consistently terrible Starbucks I have ever been to. This has to be a management issue. I wanted more than 20 minutes again today after I placed a mobile order. I had to go to the counter and ask where my coffee was. Oh it’s in the drive thru line. WHY? Anyone who wants good fast service, go down the street to the Kroger store. That Starbucks is always super fast. And they only have ONE person usually working at a time. This place had very little people in the lobby and TWO cars in the drive thru when I pulled up. Maybe I should start going thru the drive thru and holding the line up, maybe that will get my drink faster. Seconds thought, it’s not worth the aggravation to always get lousy service. They should all be embarrassed. I’m extremely disappointed with this particular location.

This iced shaken brown sugar espresso had no flavor and was practically watered down. It didn't really taste like much. I ordered it ahead on the app, and it was quickly made and already done when I got there. This is what I get for revisiting Starbucks :(

Updated-1st June Since when they started adding whip cream at the bottom of the cup for frappes . Look in the picture the frappe was not at the right quantity. Can I get the exact like to forward these reviews of mine so that they better work on there mistakes and stop spoiling the image of Starbucks because posting here don’t help. I asked very Light Ice in My Oleato Shaken Espresso but still it wasn’t. Check the picture. The ice just makes the beverage watery and they stop taking cash after 7:00 because they have to count the cash at the end . I mean really? Is that’s how supposed to be ? 😨This place is really unhygienic and the machines are also not cleaned up well I can literally see how much careless are they regarding cleanliness. I am so scared if the machines have not been clean it’s risky for public health because they might have insects or bugs as well as in the cooler where they keep croissants 🥐 and stuffs.

Came here again a year later. Same deal except 45 mins wait time and a pissy staff. Surely makes for a enjoyable experience. NO STARS Same Starbucks as any other Starbucks except you need to alot 30 mins to get your order! If not you will be late to whatever you have to do. Used to like coming here, now it's a drag every time.
