Placed an order for carryout and my car broke down. I called and got the BEST customer service I have had in a good while. Spoke with Caprice, who was polite, sympathetic, had a great attitude (and was even cheerful at 11pm!) She immediately arranged for my order to be delivered swiftly, and personally confirmed it was sent out correctly. Our wangz/pizza dinner box and dessert were fresh and delicious. I connected with the supervisor on site to let her know how pleased I was with everything. Great food and service :)

I read the other review and was a little scared today. But my order was right, the food was cooked . it was delivered quickly. My only problem was they forgot one of my items at the store. But it was delivered 15 min later. So the experience wasn't bad.

Pizza taste good and all but two times i have received orders with the pizza being too small and one time the pizza was cut a little too much. Overall great service, delivery people are cool and nice. They should just rush a little less on their pizzas.

This pizza hut was awesome back then. But now is getting bad.. everytime I been here customers don't know who ordered or who is waiting to order. And people cut lines. Uber is horrible.. cutting lines for pick ups. Even though am there to pick up also. The front counter don't care about customer service at all. The PAN pizza needs work.. A LOT. last 2 times I been there the Pan pizza was flat and undone. All the pizza were cold. Remember I been waiting 10 minutes for the pick up. This need to change.

The pizza is good. They are very busy with orders but are decent in getting them done quick. Uber drivers love this places. The parking is limited and the lot it shares is not in the best environment. But it's open late.

Ladies and gentlemen, last night for new years eve this place was a horror my online delivery order was charged but never arrived, so I came into the store this morning and explained to the associate in a polite and professional manner and the employee working the front by the name Rosalyn with the brunette hair listened to my situation and was very professional by being able to help me get my order prepared for today! I appreciate her help very much, like they say it's always better late then never! The morning team is the only reason why they're getting 3 stars!

Notify the customer when the driver will be late. Waiting for an large for an hour is one thing. To call and be told the store is still waiting for the driver it might be an extra 20 minutes. I can’t expect that. I had to pick up the order on my own.

Pizza wasn't so bad actually, it was good! The problem was how long it took. I don't live to far from this Pizza Hut and delivery took over an hour. I orded at 6:56pm and didn't get mine till 8:20pm. Pizza was already cold so I had to warm it up. Overall, expect the delivery to at least be 1-2 hours (even if you live really close); you'll still get good pizza, you just have to warm it up after you get it. I got a medium pie for $31 dollars

I walked in and asked for two medium one topping pizzas, one pepperoni, and one mushroom, I guess the instructions were not easy to understand, and I ended up taking to my kids' plain cheese medium pies. "Let's hire employees with common sense. Now I can't trust their brand. Do better!

So first of all that location is way too small for all the grub hub and door dash the waiting.area crowds up. I ordered online, i just wanted to get in and get out,because they never do contactless delivery theyre always too busy. First Pizza Hut that would call you before making your order if you place the order online. If you don't answer the phone, they literally will not make your order. I made that mistake because I didn't recognize the number. I arrived there and had to wait. The rep. said well you did not pick up when we called to verify.

My husband and I just ordered with them last week and the attitude is the worst I’ve seen. We are visiting New York for the second time. This is not the most ideal place to go, if you want pizza, as their service is unpleasant and distasteful. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I take into consideration cleanliness. But other than that, wouldn’t visit here again.

I'm only giving 2 Stars because the delivery was on time. But that was some nasty ass pizza, and it took them about 2 hours to make it. I was already thinking it came from the sun and I was more convinced when I saw all the vegetables burnt. At least its better than the local Dominoes. Won't be ordering again.

Staff working without gloves handling the food and smoking weed outside. They always forget stuff. They sometimes forget soda or sauces or toppings. Had breadsicks the other day that were unseasoned and no sauce. Ordered the big cookie and I got a chocolate chip brownie. Seems like they can't pay attention long enough to get the order right.

If it wasn't for past purchases. I would give this location zero s and,tars for my most recent purchases. They spend more time on being like by underage students and their friends. They get your order wrong consistently. It'sales no sense to spend over $50 on their items . And they still get it wrong. The refund doesn't cover the actual price you've be charged. Just a whole waste of money and time. I feel bad for those who actually do their job at that location. I won't be ordering from this place again unless I know who's making my food.

This place is terrible I placed an order just to receive another order then when I can the store to correct the order it connects me to a call center plus the call center transfers you to a Pizza Hut store that keeps you on hold forever so I didn’t get to correct my order this is a shame no wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business 👎🏾

It must've been hectic in there tonight. As I was waiting & apparently 1 driver delivered a pizza upside down.... I've ordered from here before & it was decent. Currently eating an order I just picked up and was unpleasantly displeased. I usually get stuffed crust but today wanted a thin crust, however I dang near choked on both pizzas & the brownie (BTW, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie... got a brownie instead)....... everything was dry, pizza barely had sauce.... literally pulled the pizza apart to find sauce & barely saw or tasted the BBQ sauce. I'm actually upset with myself for not baking these things myself as I'm a chef & pastry artist myself.... just wanted a break,tbh. If I could get a refund back, I'd ask for one. So disappointed, I'm sadly a fan of bbq sauce & to taste none was upsetting, the pizza with Alfredo sauce was dry..... even the brownie. Never have I ever ran for water so fast, tbh. I understand thin crust means less ingredients but come on...I just paid 30 bucks for crackers, cheese, & meat...... that's an expensive lunchable. I will say that the ingredients were fresh, they don't do square cut even when you ask, flavors are good...... just sucked about the lack of sauce on my order in addition to receiving the wrong dessert.

I visited this location due to the unfortunate permanent closure of the one I typically visited. I decided to order the My Hut Box deal, which includes a personal pie pizza and boneless wings with a sauce of your choice. I was told my order would take fifteen minutes, but I ended up waiting over forty five minutes before receiving my food. When I finally got my order, the pizza and wings were barely warm, leaving me confused about the long wait. The Buffalo sauce I had selected for the wings ended up spilling onto the pizza, making it unappetizing. The boneless wings themselves were hard and did not taste fresh, which was disappointing. Other customers were also having similar frustrations about long wait times.

Order was wrong then when i tried to get my correct order delivered NO LUCK . waited almost 2 hours before i just called them back to cancel and get a refund(manager acted like he could not offer any solution for a refund) . Still waited another Hour to get some kind of response . STILL on hold... for another 40mins with pizza huts customer service manager. Sad part is I'm less then a mile away. This will be my last time ever ordering from PizzaHut . I thought this ONLINE ordering would help. Save money on all those commercials and focus on Quality of your service. After a long Hold Finally customer service transfers me to a real manager named Johnathan who gave me a refund and offered apologies that was greatly appreciated .But left Hungry and annoyed . save yourself the hassle order elsewhere.

the wings i received looked like the person handling my food poured the sauce in the delivery bowl and then poured in the chicken wings on top then tried to mix it inside the delivery bowl i was to eat out of. this is not what i asked for and the person was clearly just too lazy to mix the sauce and wings together like how its supposed to be. i would never purchase from this pizza hut store again for the simple fact the person handling the food didnt care if the wings were done right. very unprofessional and out right scary.

The "team leader" calls us back after we put an order down to tell us " we cant accept order on delivery thats dead, if you want your pizza you have to come and pick it up". I didn't get to really read the reviews and funny thing is as soon as my brother ordered I manage to read and noticed this place only has so much bad reviews. I barely write reviews but I must warn who ever is going to order from there don't. We waited a hour and 30 minutes for our delivery and not only that but when it arrived the pizza,bread sticks and BBQ wings we ordered was cold as well and the delivery guy had the odasity to say we could microwave the pizza and if anything to call back and maybe we would get another box but we would have to wait another hour. WORST PIZZA HUT IN HISTORY! Horrible service. All employees have nasty attitudes. Food always delivered cold n late. Once i was waiting 2hrs for my pizza n had to get out my house with my kids n go there n guess what, my pizzas are jus there sitting on a rack. I still gave it to the kids cause they were starving n they complained how horrible it was. I started ordering from edson ave n pay the extra 20dol or more (cause i cant get the online deals from them cause they outta ma area) just not to deal with these ratchet employees at gun hill. Worst Pizza Hut EVER!!! It took over 2 hours for me to receive my food, it’s all cold and my delivery driver refused to bring my food to my door. This is only today. Food wasn’t even delivered the time before. It took them 3 hrs for me to call the store to find out they didn’t have anyone to deliver to food. Come on now, never again. I ordered the big newyorker because the commercial shows an xlarge slice so big that the person folds it, Even the pictures on the website shows an xlarge slice. Thats false advertising I will be complaining to pizza hut head quarters. If that was the Xtra large new yorker I would hate to see their regular slice.

I ordered a 3 topping pizza it was like a cheese stick. How do you make pizza without any sauce. It was dry and all I tasted was cheese and toppings. Sauce is the main ingredient to making pizza. Do better

Placed a delivery order, food took forever and the delivery person was very rude. On top of that, he forgot part of my order. I called and they did offer to send the rest of my order but I was honestly worried that they’d spit in my food (that’s the kind of place this Pizza Hut is). I asked for a refund or store credit for my items that didn’t come. The manager got on the phone and called me a liar! Then they put me on a 20 min hold and hung up on me. I’ll never order from here again. Wish 0 stars was an option.

My order was two hours late, after being told it would be there in 20 minutes. When it finally arrived the driver had the audacity to have me come down at 12:25 a.m. to get cold food. I followed up the next day and informed the manager about my horrible experience. The manager stated he could only give me $10.00 in store credit. I then requested to speak to a store manager and was told “I can’t give you his name over the phone”. Why would I want to order again for you guys 🤷🏽‍♀️ What is $10.00 dollars going to do for me !?

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. They never arrived. When called, the restaurant claimed they sent them for delivery, but no one was waiting out front for them, so they just didn't deliver them. They hadn't called or rang the buzzer, they just drove by. We had to get our cold and soggy pizza ourselves because they refused to send it back out. Since we had already paid, and they wouldn't cancel the order. After complaining to Pizza Hut corporate, Pizza Hut gave us a coupon for a free meal to replace the one that they refused to send. When we called to place the order, they initially refused to honor the coupon, and eventually decided they had no choice. After waiting three hours for our pizza, and with the store refusing to answer our calls, we eventually gave up. I don't care how many coupons they send us; There will never be a good reason to go back to this place.

I don’t even know we’re to begin with this nasty place first time we ordered they took so long we had to order else we’re the second time we ordered from there they took two hours to bring my food they are like 5 to 10 min from my house it’s was mad cold the cheese sticks were old so was the chicken never again will I eat here again…. Let's just say, the delivery driver is lucky that we just didn't take the food and lock the door behind us!! We placed a delivery order for a small pizza. They said that the min for a delivery was $10, so we ordered some hot wings! The total was $15 because they added a delivery charge of $4, even though we are literally 6 blocks away. We called at 10:35p and they said delivery will be at 11:02p. The driver did not arrived until 12:35a and he didn't EVEN have any change!! Clearly he thought he was just going to get $20 for a small pizza and some wings!! So we loaded him with $5 worth of quarters!! Why would you send your driver out without any change?? That's just utterly ridiculous! And to top it off, my son said that food was at room temp! What a disappointment!! This is my first and last time ordering from that location!

Really want to give 0 stars. I ordered a medium pie with pepperoni and sausage, but I received pepperoni and sausage over penne pasta. When I called the restaurant they said they ran out of pizza. So instead of canceling or calling they send you random leftovers to try to make up for it. This has happened multiple times to me.. do not order on Uber eats !!

First time ordering: They don't deliver to your door, and you have to walk to their car. Also, my order was incorrect. I requested Bbq pizza and they put hot sauce in it, thankfully no one was allergic to it but that's unacceptable. Second Time ordering: Delivery was suppose to be made at 10:36pm and they DID NOT call to inform us that they were outside or even that the delivery was being returned. Therefore we didn't receive our pizza. Luckily, it wasn't paid with card, so they didn't get no money. I wouldn't even waste my breath on customer service either, and I'm not spending money there again.

Zero stars if I could. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 630 for curbside pick up. Said it would be ready at 645. Got there at 655. No one brought out my order. Tons of people inside. Both employees and patrons not wearing any masks. I couldn’t go inside bc I am high risk. After waiting for 40 minutes, I left. I called 10 times before someone answered to get a refund, and the jury is still out on if I’ll actually get refunded. Stay away from this location unless you want to deal with hassle.

If I have to come out of my house to come downstairs and out of my building to get something that I wanted delivered then these people should not be looking for a tip. They deliver food in a bag that is supposed to keep the food hot and it still arrived not even warm. It is just really messed up that the quality of service that you receive is based on the neighborhood you live in.

Went in to place a order around 9:30 pm on May 13, 2017. Stood in line. 10 min or so. There was a young man in my view and so I asked if there was anyone taking orders. He says that the cashier was doing something in the back. I observed the young lady who he identified as the cashier and while myself and 3 other customers waited to place my order for 10 minutes or so she was she was preparing Wings and looks like she was trying to make Pizza's also. Then when she finally came to the register she had a attitude as if how dare you ask me to take your order, can't you see I'm busy. This place is very unorganize, but this is what you have to accept here in New York. Piss Poor service with an attitude. They act as if the customer needs them, maybe they will figure out that they aren't the only game in town.. I like my Pizza served with a smile not with a middle finger.

I ordered food for myself and family. I received the food 45 mins later. Strike one, the delivery person did not verify my card info or ask for id. Anyone could have came out of the apartment building and took the food. One of the pizzas I got was under cooked. I got on the phone and informed them that the order was wrong and under cook. The person on the phone said " what makes you think it's under cooked"? Then we got into a debate about the difference between raw and under cooked. The pizza was supposed to be a bacon stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, instead I received an under cooked bacon stuffed crust plain pizza. The person tried to tell me that the pizza is supposed to look soft, but the bacon was clearly still pinkish and the doe on the inside of the stuff crust was white and gummy. After going back and forth for 10 minutes someone decided to give me what I wanted which was to take back the nasty undercooked pizza for the one I wanted. An hour later I called , and someone said "oh the driver left already he should be there in 10 mins." I live on the first floor so I was looking out the window and was waiting buy the phone. The driver pulled up to the building next to mine, stopped and waited. I thought he was looking for my number so I waited for 1 min then went outside by the time I got outside the car was gone and at the light. The time was a 10:50 they close at 11:00. I called immediately and the phone just kept ringing. I then called the driver and he just let the phone ring, I even left a message, I was very polite. I never got a call back and it's now 11:34. I'm glad I checked the quality of the pizza. They need a new staff and new management because they clearly have a problem and looking at these reviews they need it asap. This review does not deserve one star I wish there was a negative star rating.

Underbaked pizza, too late when I checked my wings wasn’t cook either and give me different sauce with the wings. The lady that was there wasn’t really working, and all the working in there was just playing and I really wanted to leave but I couldn’t already paid for my order. When I leave I realize how I bought food from a such unsanitary restaurant like this Pizza Hut location. It was really bad.

This place should be shutdown. $40 in plain pies and it was old non fresh pizza. It is not hard to make fresh pizza. Made me sick for days. Taste like it was made in the trash can. If you order here, you are supporting trash food. I have eat pizza from all works of life and this place needs to close its doors. YOU’VE Been Warned. I can’t believe they sold me what they did. That Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE. Today is Tuesday December 28th 2021 and I placed an order at 4:56 pm for a delivery. It is currently 8:08PM and I still have not recieved my order. Trying to get in contact with them is worse than trying to get in contact with the IRS during tax season. They keep on transferring me to the wrong store when I call to find out what happened. Ordered a personal pizza with wings off of door dash, there were no wings so they replaced them with fries, the store didn’t even bother calling me to see what options I wanted, extremely incompetent.

This pizza constantly hangs up in customers faces and refuses to answer the phone at all.

Waited TWO hours for delivery and never received my order. Got tired of waiting for my food, so I order from somewhere else. As I get out my elevator, I notice the Pizza Hut order was left in the lobby and NO ONE reached out to me in regards to my delivery. Had to throw away this order cause who knows how long its been sitting there and who has put their hands on it. Super unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Ordered through uber eats and Pizza Hut gave me the wrong order. They did not refund me or help me get what I needed. They said they were sending a driver to deliver my food, but ended up being a lie. Be careful when you order from here. I ordered a pie to be delivered at 12:30pm. I ordered a pepperoni pie. The store just opened up at 11 how are you out of pepperoni? Also the pie was pretty much burnt and smaller than usual dam shame. Food tasted horrible, i usually can knock out a pie easily, but not this time maybe different ingredients idk never again. Food delivery are expensive i get it but messing up like this is crazy. I just looked for my sauce which i paid for and nothing. I understand why ppl show up and make bigs scenes at places. This was the most ghetto pizza hurt ever, they are very unprofessional and everyone was on there phone and talking over the food with no gloves. There was there one girl who was playing with her hair and touching the food with no gloves. Another customer came in was waiting in on her order for over 40 mins and she is still waiting. All of the workers were screaming at one point using excessive profanity on top of there lungs screaming the N word also. I am so dismayed by there brutal behavior if I could give zero stars I would’ve . Very Ghetto I don’t recommend if you are hungry. It seems like nobody is in charge and all the employees are disgraceful.
