The tamales are somewhat good, but the lady who serves them needs to change her appearance.
It had been a while since I'd been there, and I was surprised to find they had corn tamales, but honestly, they weren't what I expected. They mix regular tamale masa with the corn masa; they're NOT 100% corn tamales. They're incredibly dense and sweet, very different from the ones I've had elsewhere. If I'd known they were going to be like that, I wouldn't have bought them, but unfortunately, I was swayed by the business's reputation and long history in the city. They should make them properly. Why raise the price if they offer a good quality product and actually deliver what they advertise?
