Was impressed with my ranch turkey sub! The sweet tea was definitely VERY sweet so had to split half and half but it tasted good. The pickle was gross.. friendly staff and clean environment.

Firehouse is our preferred sub spot. We order from the app to pick up quickly at least once a week. We've dined in many times, too. The atmosphere is neat and interesting to look at. It's very clean inside. My only negative is that on a few occasions, we have encountered some snotty attitudes from staff. This has been more recently and not really sure what that's about, but otherwise, I really enjoy the food.

With 3 employees it took +30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. And, the place was NOT busy. Dinning area was clean. Parking lot is big, but tight. Employees greeted upon entry. Only an [unreasonably] long wait. Much improvement on the wait time today!

I have ordered from this particular locations multiple times. Every single time I order the Beef and Cheddar (which is supposed to come with cheese, bbq sauce, and mayo) I am disappointed. All I got this time was meat and mayo. Seriously!? How hard is it to add two more items to a sandwhich? I didn't even ask for anything to be removed.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Firehouse subs. I probably eat from there 1-2 times a week 😁 at various locations. UNFORTUNATELY the nearest location for my door dash is this one! Tonight will be the last time I order from there. I have given numerous attempts, but it is always sub par. Not to mention they do not seal the packaging and when received it looks like it may have been opened.

Ordered online for delivery. After an hour we called and was told that there was no order. My credit card had been billed. We were told there was no order, so we called in an order from another sub shop. As I was walking out the door, saw the driver pulling away. It’s now been an hour and a half since we call fire house.

Slow……. Order a half hour before you need to pick up your order unless you like waiting for a long time. Don’t use their predicted pickup time. Add 15-20 minutes to it.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Both had some added veggies. One with jalapeños the other without. The sandwich that should of has the jalapeños did not the other one did. I asked for a new sandwich and the girl at the counter asked me "oh, you want me to take the jalapenos off" ... ummm no .. I could do that myself! I told her I wanted a new sandwich. I had to tell her this numerous times she even came to my table and asked me again so I told her again a new sandwich. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, my sandwich finally came out. This sandwich, however, had hardly any meat on it. I go to firehouse all the time so I know about what comes on it.All I could taste is the vegetables. At this point i'm irritated and do not want to ask for another sandwich. I will not ever come to this location again.

Waited 20 min for 2 subs there was no one in there but us. Once we got our subs they were cold. My veggie one was slimy and cold, his jerk sandwich was just cold.Thought we would at least get warm sandwiches after the wait. They also did not toast the bread. Would not recommend this location. Ended up throwing it away.

Just ordered online. Got the wrong sub. I tried connecting to customer support and even uploaded a picture of the order but wouldn't accept it. Disappointing.

Please pay attention when making online orders, I requested no cheese in my sandwhich and no mayo because I’m lactose intolerant. My sandwich had BOTH on it!!! On top of it they never sent my side pickles. Trying to find a way to call the store and it’s going straight to voicemail and saying voicemail is not set up.

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches to bring home. I had specified no lettuce or tomatoes. It was full of shredded lettuce, trying to scrape it off with a smear of tuna fish on the sandwich. I called up and spoke to the manager on duty who was completely unhelpful, argued with me that they all came with lettuce. I've ordered this sandwich several times before, always removing lettuce. It was completely inedible. The tuna was literally smeared on like a tsp full. I asked her to stop arguing with me and she replied "as are you." Yeah.... I will never buy from their store again.
