Great staff , easy 2 find out what you want Buy having great recommendations from the staff, there's also a coupon that is sent out every day via text that allows you to Sav-On Pizza. This place also takes food stamps and any other government issued food card. Besides that the pizza is amazing and the toppings are fresh establishment is very cleanly even the bathrooms there's not one thing that I could notice wrong with this establishment. I would highly recommend Papa Murphy's to any friend or a friend of a friend please visit this place is great !
Luci is amazing! And her staff is nothing short of it as well. The customer service and friendliness provided is just something you don’t receive anywhere else these days. I have only ever written one other review, But her and her team deserve others to know how awesome they are! Will definitely be a repeat from now on!
I have never had a bad experience here. The food tastes fresh and the dough tastes homemade, not like a massive amount of salt and seasonings are there to hide the real flavor, like some pizza chains have. The clean, fresh, and abundant ingredients keep me coming back. Thank you for a fantastic product.
This is by far the most awesome place for pizza. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by absolutely everyone working. The guy at the counter even knows me by name and is ready for me when i get there. I was surprised to find out that he even knows my usual order. The workers seem very happy, which makes me think they're treated well and I love to support a business that makes the employees so happy that they enjoy their job.

The coupons kept us coming back. Maybe they were just out of those pages. The pizza, as usual was good. We got the XLNY Pepperoni with added artichokes. When I got it home, I added bell pepper, onion and jalapenos to my half.

We are not fans of the thin crust. It isn't until the baking that we realize thin crust has been substituted. Frustrating when this happens and dinner doesn't go as planned. Even if it's unplanned. Tonight the customer service was great; however, the pizza crust turns out to be thin. What can customers do to confirm the Pe of crust they are receiving?

I came in placed my order because online couldn’t handle a substitution of pineapple instead of hamburger. 40 minutes after placing the order he is starting on it. The second employee was busy washing dishes. Unfortunately they are the only ones that make gluten free pizza my wife likes.

This could be the tirade of a pregnant woman but based on other reviews I now believe it's the location. My husband was not spoken to when trying to pick up his order and had to tell her that he thinks he sees our orderon the shelf. I ordered a pizza with a salad and we received an order that was not our order but since I sent my husband he didn't notice. I sent him a text to show him what we ordered and he had to remind the woman working there that we had a salad she replied " is it not in there?" He informed her there were no salads and she rolled her eyes and said "I'll go make one" and literally threw lettuce in a box. When my husband came home I noticed our supreme was not thin crust and did not have any of the vegetables listed in the order. I just let him know we will not be going to that location again which is inconvenient because it is the closest to us.
I ordered from here all the time in the past. Everything about this location was great, but lately there seems to be an "I don't care" attitude. I placed my order over the phone and was told 20 minutes until ready to pick up. I show up after 10 and told them I had arrived and knew I'd still need to wait. After sitting there for another 10 minutes, I was told that they were out of the gluten free pizza that I had ordered. I asked if he was sure because I figured they would know when they used the last crust. It was one man and a woman who seemed to be in training. He said, I dont know. I then called my wife to see if she wanted something else and she said that a salad would be fine. There was only one salad in the front case. I asked if there were more and he said I don't think so. He then explained that the manager must not have put in an order in time to get the things they were missing. This is going to be my last of a series of very disappointing experiences at this chain. Follow up post: fool me twice, shame on me! I was lured here again with a facebook advertisement for 50% off. I placed my online order at 9am for 6pm pickup. I show up at 6pm and they're confused and said they haven't seen any order. Suggested that I might have placed order at a different store, but took a screenshot of the order and location....
The staff always prepared orders too late. I usually order by app and when getting there is not ready. Last time I ordered family size pizza and didn’t check at the store, when I got home checked my order and Gave me large size. Sometimes make mistakes about toppings too.
My best friend owns a papa Murphy’s where I’m from.. so I’m aware of their standards they hold. This location shocked me today with how bad their service was and usually it seemed decent since we moved here.. the lady working was very rude and had extremely bad customer experience and service. I would ask her something and she would roll her eyes and just sit there and after three or so minutes “ya:..I would just call corporate”…and this was for a simple question..? Then they have a huge billboard in here saying to scan the code to get a chance to “win”..I scanned and it’s fricken expired and I let her know that it needed to come down and she literally rolled her eyes AGAIN and completely Ignored the comment(and yes I said it completely nicely to her just letting her know). This lady seriously needs major training on how to work with customers and not Be so tacky. Papa Murphy’s is usually our favorite and only place we ever get pizza at least once a week but today was a major turn off and annoyed me to the max. Tacky. If she isn’t happy at work and can’t even fake trying to help assist customers with super simple tasks she needs to get a new job at a more basic food place in the kitchen where she doesn’t need to even look or speak to paying customers.. I know for a fact management wouldn’t be okay with this so I hope this is brought to their attention ASAP because papa Murphy’s is usually a great company with great standards.

Ordered the ready to take pizzas and they were old. The crust on both pizzas did not rise. Waste of money and no dinner for my kids.

The kids running the place are polite...but clueless. We ordered a pizza with EXTRA ground beef and green onions. When we got it home we could barely see any ground beef, let alone extra...and they put green peppers on it not onions. Horrible.
Worst management team ever.. female with green hair (LUCI) unprofessional. She Scold employees in front of customer's. She did not have a uniform on. Walked into the store attacked a employee for putting to much of cheese on a pizza. She Physically removed the cheese off the pizza. In a very hostile way. While yelling at this young man. Called coperate waiting on a return call back. If I was this young man mom. I would file charges. They are scaling back on the portions of sauce and other item's. Want you to pay extra for regular portion. I don't want the employee name Drew to prepare my pizza he does it all the time
This is by far the worst location and store manager. Luci instructs her employees to put the bare topping on pizza so customers can pay extra. I bought a drink that was expired dated December 2021. Bought the product this month. Employee named Drew has got to he the worst employees ever. You can see bold spots on pizza when he prepares them. I always request for another employee to make the pizza I desire. Will be contacting the health department in regards to expired products being sold. We was wondering why we were sick.
I tried to order online but was having issues so I decided to come in. I ordered my pizza according to my receipt it said 7:04pm of Friday April 26, 2024. I waited on the bench patiently. Then I went and sat in my car. Then 45 MINTUES later when I asked if my food was ready yet the guy looked at me crazy and said "it's coming" He FINALLY started to make my food as I told my son I was about to ask for a refund. The ONLY reason I even went here in the first place is because MOD pizza in Flower Mound closed. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! 45 MINUTES FOR AN UNCOOKED PIZZA!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for an uncooked pizza but the horrible customer service, or lack there of, and the FILTHY establishment made my FIRST AND LAST experience with Papa Murphys the worst experience I've had in YEARS!!! Just WOW!!! Save your time and money folks, go to either MI Tata's or Aliboba right next door you'll be MUCH MORE SATISFIED WITH FOOD, SERVICES AND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME!!!! I am so upset about my experience I almost said a cuss word in the review!!!
I placed my online order at 11 am, the confirmation e-mail said my order would be ready at 11:32 am. At 12:02 pm my order was still not ready. I had to leave to drop my son off somewhere, and then could not make it back to pick up my pizzas. I attempted to call the store 4 times with zero success- no one will answer the phone. Terrible service, very disappointed. I will not be going back. I only ordered pepperoni and cheese pizza, not sure how it takes over an hour to make a one topping pizza they aren’t even baking. It’s also ridiculous I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Staff Does not know basic food hygiene! A cook came out to my car to tell me out pickup wasn’t ready. 15 after the time I choose. They were Still wearing their gloves. Then went back in and did not change their gloves and went right to working with food. I will never eat here or recommend wagers unless you want to get sick. If that was overlooked I can only imagine the really important stuff being over looked by management.
I would not recommend ordering online from here - at least not for delivery. The store handed the driver the completely wrong order. When calling to get a refund they directed me to the 3rd party delivery service who then directed me back to the store. The store manager, Lucy refused to take my call or call me back. I get mistakes happen, that’s fine. But putting the burden on the customer and then dodging responsibility to resolve the issue is not a good look.
