I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo with onion rings to eat there, then a garlic butter bacon burger and rings to go for my wife who was working at home. Yum! Everything was great, especially those crispy onion rings 😀

The crew today, 11/19/2020, is totally on their best game. I ordered the footlong chili cheese Coney with fries and a cherry coke. They didn't skimp on the chili or the cheese and the coke had just the right amount of cherry. It was the best lunch I've had from a Sonic in a while. Well done management, you've hired some top-notch employees!

Quite like the crispy tender sandwich for only $1.99. The slinger is similar at $2.49, but has 1 crispy chicken breast rather than 2:tenders. I haven't worked out the chicken quantity difference as yet. Half price drinks on the app right now have drawn me on these hot summer days (add-ons extra). Wish their app had food offers more frequently. Any offer is usually only valid for one day, though, and doesn't appear until halfway through the day!

I drink allot of ice coffee from Sonic. It's an addiction. They are cheaper than most coffee shops and better than you would thank from a fast food place. The staff are super welcoming too.

This is the Sonic my family and I go to regularly since it’s right down the road from where we live. It’s super convenient, and we honestly rarely have any issues. I specifically wanted to leave a review for one employee who always stands out. Every time we come through, she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. She always has a smile on her face and makes the experience better just by her attitude. According to my ticket, her name is Molly. I believe she had a little blue in her hair today and the cutest Cowboys-themed nails. Employees like her make a difference, and I just wanted to make sure she gets recognized.

The manager, Isaac, is fantastic ! He treats customers very professionally and with kindness. He was able to make a coffee shake that wasn't even on the menu. If you ever feel like a coffee shake, ask Isaac to make it. He makes it perfectly delicious ! No other sonic locations make the coffee shake like here. 😁

That #3 burger was really good that night. It was super juicy and fresh. I was in love. I like sonic burgers but man, was I am impressed. It may also just be this location that was just impressing. The tater tots were alright. But that burger was all I needed. Definetly recommend this location. They were pretty fast when they were full.

Food was very hot, and it was delivered in less than 2 mins. I come to this frequently and the time it takes to come out is usually 2-3 mins. Associates were very nice.

This is the place for your soda fix. My wife is a Sonic drink addict. She visits everyday. Snacks are abundant. Corn dogs, sliders, hot dogs, and coneys for a quick bite. They have pretzels, fries, and tots too. Big burgers if you are in the mood, with bacon and additions galore. Shakes and slushies, and frozen or iced limeades round out the drink selection. You can get anything off of the breakfast menu all day long. They take credit cards and cash. Tips are appreciated for the carhops. Sometimes they are on skates. This is the last of the drive- in fast food chains, and has survived the test of time but evolving to today's tastes.

Hot and tasty. Chili dog footlong coney and tater tots hit the spot. The lemonade should be skipped. Went with cherry limeade and was not disappointed.

I went during lunch rush hour and so they were pretty busy. But, this didn't stop the good customer service that I received. My food was piping hot.

Never had a bad order here. Even during a huge rush. Good service. Highly recommend. Breakfast toaster with bacon is great.

My grandson said that it was the best sonic burger that he ever had. I thought that he was being sarcastic because I myself don't care for sonic so I asked him"really", he said" Yes, I've never had a sonic burger that was so hot and fresh" I just thought that he really hungry. He said no it was really good. So there you go, if you like sonic burgers, this is the place.

It was my mother's 92nd birthday and we were taking her out to lunch going to a seafood restaurant. But she wanted a Sonic cheeseburger and that's what she had. She thought it was absolutely wonderful! The only reason for a four-star is because one of the speakers that allows larger vehicles to go around, I think it was speaker 24, on Davis Boulevard was broken so we had to pull forward to a space that could not accommodate us and we had to get out of the vehicle to order. Other than that everything as usual was wonderful! Staff too!

Complicated order, multiple "special requests" and the entire order was correct! Good job! Suggestion for Sonic. When ordering a soft pretzel, customers should be able to opt out of the cheese sauce. More folks say they don't care for anything, perhaps mustard. That could help your business.

It is a nice place for young children. Bathrooms are a little walk away. Nice theme, but not sure about the sand water mixture. Really surprised they don't have recycle collection bins around. So much can be recycled to improve our environment.

Love corn dogs but you never know if you get a fresh one or one that's been setting for a while just my opinion

It's the only thing open after 11 and offers decent food with great employees, but it's a WOKE corporation. So try to avoid if possible.

I gave a three because everything else be ok that I do come here and order which isn't very often but today I ordered slingers and they were the worst... one had globs of mayo and big chunks of onions on it and the other one had grease from bacon turn white and that looked gross...they both had soggy bread and looked heated up....I brought them back to them...... YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ORDERING THEM AGAIN EVER!!!!!!

Only gave them a 3 star this time as I ordered their signature Cherry Limeade with easy ice. It was even read back to me correctly but when it was delivered... Well the ice wasn't easy and there was no cherries in my Cherry Limeade.

An otherwise 5 star experience as we are passing through is reduced to 3. I utilized your restroom facilities and sat is sewage while I went to the bathroom. There was evidence on the floor tile that this was not a once off - so more long term issue. I had to reduce this restaurant to to stars and fortunately because they no longer except their own app. If you used the sonic app to order your purchases ahead of time and then you get there and you'd pull up into the Bay and you enter your Bay they bring out your food in all your drinks are half price unfortunately this location as well as the sonic location off of tarrant no longer except the app. I recommend going a bit further down davis towards 820 and there is a sonic on the left and they take the app. Good luck.

Working for delivery companies this Sonic has always been the worse one to go to. This one, however, takes forever for one simple order and there's no other car out here to serve.

Stopped to get a breakfast burrito. While I received good service, the good itself was less than desirable. It made me regret stopping for food and I wished that I had gone elsewhere.

Waited very long time for 2 items. Total appeared on screen and was another cars. Someone tried to deliver food to me that wasn't mine. When mine finally came it was wrong! Wrong slush and no cherries for ice cream. They did fix but way too long. Ample people working.

This sonic rarely messes up a meal which is indicative of good employees. However, I recently discovered they don't allow mobile tipping on their app at this location. That only affects the employees in a negative manner and is a general red flag for bad management/owner. Help your employees and this rating will change.

Few things in this world ruin foods. However, mayo has zero place on a burger. This being why I replace it with mustard. However, people here don’t read or care. Thank you for waisting my money. At least the birds got a free meal!!!!!!

This was my favorite stop for fast food. I loved ordering and eating outside (especially during the pandemic). Their burgers were as good as any, at reasonable prices, and I loved the crispy tater tots instead of fries. On Tuesday, the burger was soggy and the tots were obliterated, as if cooked twice.

I usually have a good time going to get drinks from Sonic, however this locations staff frustrated me. I was there with family members deciding what we wanted while a staff member stood in the area with outside friends. When we had finally tried to order, the button didn't work, as the staff stared at us for nearly a minute; only after which stating, and I quote "Uhm, we closed early tonight, you can't order anything from us" it's mind boggling, I'd have no issue if we hadn't sat there for 6 minutes presuming the restaurant was following hours before staff told us to leave

Sonic is great, this one sucks. No one here knows how to make a Purple O or a Sonic Sunrise. Or they just didn't want to deal with me.

They can’t seem to get my order correct or fresh and this is not the first or fourth time. I work across the street but I will not come back it’s a waste.

Was the worst! Food took forever! And drink was wrong. No napkins. No mustard for the corn dogs. Worst is...they were not even busy!

We now now to go to Dairy Queen or Braum's to buy pineapple shakes and malts. Sonic decided to no longer sell pineapple malts or shakes.

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered four drinks on line for a 1215 pick up, they were delivered at 1246 and that was after asking for them 2 times. I ordered food at 1214 and finally received it at approximately 1242 and the order was wrong, missing the grilled cheese sandwich. Absolute terrible service. For what my incorrect order cost, I could have gone to Brahms.

Lana was very rude, and unwilling to assist with an order for a customer! Another team member had to assist with the order. Lana purposely held up the order to make the other orders tardy!

Bad tasting onion rings and TOO MUCH ICE in the cold brew... I tried to get a start on resolving this; that was REJECTED because I was not in the area anymore. (I wasn't aware of the weird tasting onion rings before I pulled off, or I would have said something AT THAT TIME.) NO FURTHER COMPROMISE OR RESOLUTION WAS SUGGESTED/ ORDERED. I was so annoyed. I will not be returning to this location.

So changing my review. Going to 1 star. They won't answer their calls for orders. I can understand unstaffed but answer. It's that simple day we're backed up and we'll be back with you. I've been here 20 min. It's stupid

It is 2022 and the fact that sonic takes credits cards without allowing you to tip on your card or through the app is beyond frustrating. However, it is not going to affect me in the future since I found a long hair mixed in my chili cheese tots and do not plan to go back.

Worse sonic location.! Manager has terrible customer service. Basically refused to remake my drink because the slush was watery. Gave me some excuse about it being because there were 3 liquids added?! Sent the carhop back out with the drink I didn’t want. Wow!!! Just unacceptable. Not sure the managers name but he was working on 3/25/19 at 5:45pm. Smh!

They are very rude at this location. They over charges on drink and food. So be very careful when ordering here. Also the car hope name Tiffany is disrespect too.

The food is okay but the wait is terrible. Ordered on app before arriving and was still made to wait 43 minutes for food. Every time we come here the place is understaffed and they’re backed up. Would only recommend if not in a rush.

My family sat for about eight minutes waiting for service. Pushed the red button for a SECOND time and the worker answered, “what do you want?” An unpleasant and short conversation ensued after which we left. Unacceptable.

Visited this location about a year ago to get ice cream after a long and hot day. Upon arriving I noticed that kids were running around shooting bebe guns at staff, customers and their vehicles. I had a kid shoot at my car so I politely asked them not to shoot towards my car, after asking them they proceeded to shoot at the order board next to me, causing pellets to go into my car. I got out of my car, walked over to them and asked them to stop on more time. They agreed and as I walked back to my car they shot me half a dozen times in the back. I took a picture of the bruise it left and when I got my order I asked the CarHop if the manager was doing anything about it after I watched her get shot too! She informed me this had been going on for several months and management had given up trying to stop them. As I was leaving the group shot my car. Police were called on the teenagers and the location for allowing this to happen. Completely unbelievable experience! This type of thing should not happen at a business where there a small children.

if you value your money and like to enjoy your food with a decent portion size, don’t go to this location!

Had issue with sonic blast not containing ordered toppings. Amanda, who ended up being the manager, was nothing but rude. She is the perfect example of good help being hard to find. Before knew she was actually the manager tried calling to talk to manager..no answer on phone. Tried pushing red button to talk to manager… no answer. Amanda could not have bern more rude, argumentative, and a total turn-off to ever using this sonic again!!!!

Dead bug in my drink! Are you effing kidding me? And I had the nerve to tip my car hop 3 bucks on a $10 order. I feel so sorry for the person who had to do this to make themselves feel powerful. Cancelled my takeout order and didn't care to explain. No heads ups, no explanations and couldn't even answer my calls. This after an hour of waiting, so now it's too late to order from another place with better service. THANK YOU. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I must love punishment b/c the wait time is always 15-30 mins, even with the app. This was my 3rd trip and will be my last. I could have gotten my food at any dine in establishment by now.

Asked for a refil on same visit for sweet tea. They don't do free refills. So since you are so greedy for money we will never be back again and will go to all the other sonics that will give free refills on same visit. All over a few cents worth of tea you lost a family of customers for life.

We were overcharged but it was corrected. We got back to our hotel and some of the burgers were made incorrectly. We didnt feel like driving back so we ate them. The burgers were dry and tasted weird. This was our first and last time going to this location.

Go to a different Sonic for shakes. The two times I ordered a shake from this one it was solid ice cream and top 30% of the cup was just whipped cream. I don't think they know they are supposed to add milk.

The food itself is passable, and cheap. But 20+ minutes waiting for a single meal. "Fast" food. After losing another lunch break thanks to that, I won't be coming back.

I took the family her around 9pm for some treats. I used the button and waited and waited. I could see employees inside doing their thing. Once we saw that other cars who came after us leaving because they didn't get a response either we left. We drove to another sonic close by and had no trouble getting the desserts the family wanted. This was not the first time, however, I let that experience slide and gave it a second chance.

Worst Chili burger I have ever gotten from Sonic. You could not even taste or find the chili. Meat was terrible.

Check your order before you leave! This Sonic needs better quality control procedures, training and management. Missed a complete order as well as condiments for a appetizer. It took me three consecutive phone calls to reach someone that clearly doesn't understand customer service and value of having a repeat customer. If this can help my check number was 82 in Southlake location.

Sat for over 5 minutes with the red button pushed. No one ever responded, even after other cars followed after me, ordered and were given their orders. I asked a car hop about it and she just said they were short staffed. Unsure how that has anything to do with me being overlooked but.....Schlotskys up the road is amazing!!!!

It’s very sad to me how you advertise 50% off large drinks or happy hour every day all day if you order via the app. The truth is you upped the prices of a large drink to 3.39 on the app vs 2.89 in the stall!!! That’s pure dishonesty Sonic! What a bad taste you’ve left in my mouth- everyone should know you should be ashamed of yourselves. Truly.

I went to this Sonic one hour before closing time and ordered a few items. The staff was extremely rude. I ordered four different flavors of ice cream, and when they brought it to my car, I asked which flavor was which. The employee responded, "You can taste it yourself or look at it; I don't know." The way she behaved made it seem like they were giving it to me for free.
