Got here with the Family and we waited for 5 mins and no one came up and their was other bigger group waiting so then I check us in online website for a reservation and finally saw someone coming up and I told them I have a reservation at 6:30 and they sat us till 6:45 . The service was kinda slow but i don’t know if they were short staff but our waitress was awesome and we enjoyed the food we got. We order the chef fest . Omg that food can feed 2-3 people and it’s big portions too and we didn’t Finish our food and even got 2 dessert to go and it was very good! So try the chef fest!its worth it ! Sorry I didn’t get much pics of the food , I was so hungry last night and just ate . Next time I’ll do so

The best Chinese I have had for a for some time. The food was fresh and very tasty. I recommend the lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp and salt and pepper shrimp. Service was excellent and a shout to Tyler. Beautiful looking restaurant- highly recommended.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday today at P.F. Changs. Our server was fun and fabulous and interesting. Her name was Rae. The food was highest quality. Right sized portions for our group. The banana egg roll dessert was amazing and was served with fireworks!

Came here for my daughter’s birthday and it is a smaller P.F. Chang’s as it is in the downtown area but just wow! The decor, of course is fantastic but the staff and the food really made our experience exceptional! Our server was so attentive and helpful with the menu… every time we needed something she was right there… The food was served family style on a huge lazy susan so that was fun… Everything was so delicious. Beer was ice cold, cocktails were perfect and my daughter got a free dessert for her birthday- served with a huge sparkler! I would definitely recommend this location!

Great place, it was delicious but Jhonny went above and beyond with the service, and he was really nice and had fluent Spanish that help with one of our family members.

Espresso Martini was decent, but their Rising Dragon was a great drink. The dumplings and noodles we tried were really nice too. I enjoyed my time there.

Tyler is the best! Super attentive, no long wait for drink refills, overall feel like he created a great lunch experience for my coworkers and I. Thanks Tyler!

I really recommand the mongolian beef it was very tasty, the singopre street noodles was good and a bit spicy. The red velvet cake was good but not extraordinary. The service was good and the restaurant is well decorated. They gave us fortune cookies before leaving, great experience overall.

Our waiter, Brycen, was very professional, yet personable, and really paid attention to us and gave us great service! We were going out to a show, so he made sure we were taken care of promptly! We really appreciated that and had a wonderful meal!

Our waitress, Janet was very kind and quick, and we got a huge amount of amazing food. The tea was awesome. I especially recommend the banana dessert, it's the best. Sending my greetings to the server assist, Stephen, and Cass, the manager.

I love PF Changs. I love the lettuce wraps. The chicken fried rice is also my favorite. You can get Changs spicy chicken but less spicy! Service is always great. This location is in Denver

This was our first time in this specific restaurant, we always go to the Centera (up north) but our kids went to the Chris Brown concert in Ball arena. We were greeted and sat down immediately. The server was polite and professional. She knew we weren't in a rush and her timing was perfect 👌 and we ordered sangria for starter with veggies wrap, low mein with ma po tofu, and chicken with fried rice. We then ended with a cheesecake with berries. Everything was delicious!

Came on a Sunday for early dinner and loved it! Valed for stress free parking. Seated quickly, attentive service. Lettuce wraps and tempura cauliflower are the apps we get each time, super tasty. Blackened chicken was delicious, and I always get the amazingly flavored green beans as a side. They won't disappoint! Nice to see they have vegetarian and light menu options.

Had such a wonderful time here before we went to a show at the performing arts 🎭 complex! Our waitress was very kind and helpful! We couldn’t decide what to get and everything we ended up ordering was delightful! 😋 The drinks made it a memorable experience too! Always go for the lettuce wraps 🥬🤌

Great food, really cool atmosphere! The music set the mood and the service was amazing! I sure wish PF Chang's had a restaurant in my home town! Our waitress Kira, kept our drinks full and I never had to ask for anything, she was on top of it! Price was very reasonable as well! Fortunately we went when it wasn't that busy too!

It was tonight finding a place to eat with wait times being crazy long for other places but P.F. Chang's was about 10 minutes so we went for it. Lettuce wraps are super good. Bulgogi steak was more of a twist on bulgogi but the meat was cooked just perfect and tasted good. Pad thai was good nothing to unique but tasted as it should. Sesame chicken was good not to heavy on flour and had lots of ginger added which I really enjoyed. Mai thai drink was to strong for me but the coconut mojito was just perfect. Service was really great overall had an awesome time and great food.

We were quickly seated and taken care of shortly afterwards. Appetizers were delicious and the bartender was on point with our drink! Dinner was good. Our hostess snd waitress were friendly and courteous. The manager even came to greet us as well as check on us. Definitely recommend this location. 👌👍👏🙂

I got the gluten-free mongolian beef. I wasnt disappointed. Really good. I would have preferred the tofu, but they didn't have a gluten-free tofu option.

Been coming to this location for 25 years. It’s still great. Quick dependable service. Great food. Even 8-10 parking spots in their lot.

Had such a pleasure spending my day off at the bar with Jamie. I was well taken care of and enjoyed my time. Vivian gave me a free appetizer card for my next visit so I will most definitely be back! AJ and the entire staff was super attentive!

Drove a client up to Denver to move into their new place. We ordered from here and it was absolutely fantastic! The beef and broccoli was delicious.

I’ve been to P.f. chang’s numerous times but this one in Colorado has been the best! Especially Brycen, he has been my server every time at this location. He takes care of his guests so well. He is humorous and makes the experience so wonderful! 10/10 service from Brycen!!!!

It was my first time here & my experience was amazing! My server Rob went above and beyond. He helped explain the menu to me & any specials they have, he checked on me continuously to make sure I had everything I needed & was extremely kind & I would 100% come back. The food was delicious & the portions were perfect. I’m very happy I decided to come here!

This experience was ok! Our waitress was super nice and took care of us pretty well. The menu is really nice. We all got our order in quickly! The biggest bummer was that our food took over 30 minutes and there were only 4 tables in the whole restaurant. A table of 6 sitting next to us got their food before us and ordered after us. When we got our food, it was really good! My soup was so good. We all loved the experience minus the wait on food

I had the Changs Spicy chicken. It was really good. Although i prefer spicier chicken than that, the flavor was awesome. I didn't photo it on my rice. I thought I did. But so. This is really good if you haven't had it before.

Had ribs and egg drop soup with Lao main and sesame chicken. I loved all of it It was empty but the tables that did have people where spaced out so I couldn't hear the other tables.

We order their lunch specials, to go, $15.99 seems reasonable in downtown denver, with an entree and steamed rice plus choice of salad, soup or egg roll. Food is as good as some other chinese restaurant but environmentis fancier. Only a tiny bit of tiny pieces of beef, looks like 2 oz. It would be better if they use 2 compartment box to separate rice and beef broccoli. They put the rice and beef together in one box. All the rice was soaked in sauce, too salty. Hot and sour soup was very salty. Service was friendly and fast. I dont recommend to-go. It's a good place to dine in with family or friends.

Chang's used to be 5 star all across the board. I've been coming here for decades, including my wedding rehearsal dinner in the early 2000s. The food quality seems to be getting poorer. Less plump pieces of chicken. Extra breading to make up for less meat. Sauces are still great. Service this trip was fantastic. I love the atmosphere. Hoping that if they start offering higher caliber food, it'll return to its previous glory.

Great food as always. Service absolutely needs work, their waitress staff needs more training explaining the menu and the specials they had. Host was great and manager was great too. It was all on the waitress she seemed overwhelmed and kept forgetting things we ordered. Wished she had more help or training or both frankly. We ordered an extra appetizer and it arrived only after we requested it the 2nd time. The lemon drop we asked for took way too long to arrive and it was way too weak ( I think they might have forgotten to add the vodka) At the end we were held up for a while trying to figure out the correct amount on our ticket. Had to leave my friends behind to figure out the bill because I had other commitment to attend and they were making me late. Overall impression, go there early, be clear on your order and check and double check your ticket at the end.

The service is good. Our server checked on us and was available for us when we needed them. We came around the afternoon. There was one other party with us. PF Chang's is no longe what it used to be, and gets much less traffic than normal. It showed in lack of preparation in bathroom, and the food was all salty without much flavor.

U
Una S

Having heard a lot about PF’s which does not have locations in Canada, we wanted to try them. It was late, we stepped in as the kitchen was closing. They gave us 5 minutes to order. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot say if it was the lateness that influenced the food but the pork dumplings were a tad too salty. The sesame chicken I feel had an aftertaste, the lo mein and the Mongolian beef were good. The egg drop soup was ok, I smelled egg strongly in it, after all it was an egg drop soup. I would say the Mongolian beef was the star. The dynamite roll was ok too. The margaritas were good too.

I'm giving this a three not because of the food because the food was delicious but because of the service. I went in to have a lunch date with my husband and got met by a dreary hostess, but put me in the Sun, and the server totally got our order wrong. The food is really delicious, but I had to sit and wait because they brought out my husband's meal and mine wasn't ready yet so by the time my meal came out it was hot in his was cold cuz he didn't want to eat without me. But I communicated about how I felt about my orders being wrong and the service, the waitress made me out to be the bad guy saying I was being rude because I was communicating. I will just buy their entrees at Walmart and never go back to the restaurant.

Chain restaraunt that just doesn’t cut it. Only recommend the Mongolian Beef, everything else is simply not up to standard. The service is excellent so that is the only positive.

Made reservations for 6pm, was seated at 6:10. Not terrible, but could’ve been better. Service was not good and the appetizer took 20 minutes to come out. There was a table next to us that came 10 minutes after us, and received their appetizers first. When I brought it to my waitress attention, she said she would look into it, and came back with my chicken wraps. I have been seated for 56 minutes and still have not received my food. Maybe this is why I have not been here for two years. The food tasted good, but there is no reason to be waiting so long. Change spicy chicken and Kung pao chicken

I ordered a beef and broccoli lunch special with fried rice, a peach boba breeze, and a soup. The rice, tea, and soup tasted okay, but the beef was extremely tough and difficult to chew. It seemed overcooked and like it was left out for a few hours on a food heater before serving it to me. It was definitely not fresh, and my stomach hurt later and the next day. The beef was so hard to chew, it was like they just gave me tendons.

We walked here before an Avalanche game. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't what we experienced. First, the service was not bad. It started off okay, but got progressively worse. About half way through, our waiter started to also tend the bar. By the end we didn't have a waiter any more. The food was absolutely terrible. We ordered pork egg rolls, crab wontons, sesame chicken, pad Thai, a salad, and some hot and sour soup. Out of everything served the hot and sour soup was about the only thing that was okay. Everything else was embarrassing. The sesame chicken wasn't sesame chicken. The pad Thai was mush. The egg rolls were arguably spoiled, same for the wontons. The cabbage salad was brown. I don't know what else to say. This was absolutely not worth the $110 we paid, and honestly I feel like we deserve a full refund. Unbelievably disappointing.

We had a reservation as we had an event at Ball areana. When we got there we had to wait over a half hour for our table. Because of the wait we had to order all of our stuff in one shot. Appetizer, dinner and drinks. I even paid for our meal ahead of time as we needed to hurry and gobble it down and rush out the door. Because of eating so quick and not being able to just enjoy our food, i had heartburn all night at our event. It was the kick start to my family's holiday season and I have to say I was very disappointed. Don't take reservations if your not going to save the table.

We came Sunday night and were the only ones in the restaurant. The place was completely empty. The food was horrible and had absolutely no flavor. We ate nothing and asked for the check. They didn't even bother to inquire as to what was wrong and just gave us the bill.

The food is definitely not up to PF Changs standards. The food just doesnt taste like it should which makes me wonder if they are cutting corners somehow. The Northfield location is so much better its shocking but Ive been to locations all over the country and the food tastes like a completely different restaurant at this location. We have ate here several times and to ensure its not us, and its definitely them.

Ordered this place through doordash 90 minutes before closing and my chicken was white due to it being beyond undercooked. If they were trying to send me to the ER from food poisoning it was definitely a solid attempt. I spent $35 on chicken fried rice and a bottle of coke and got refunded a whole $5. I called the restaurant and they said all the could send me were gift cards to be used at the restaurant. I would list the numerous foul and vile things I’d rather eat than eat at this restaurant but I’d rather this comment stay up to help save someone from an early grave.

Sad and disappointed to say this place gave us food poisoning. It was our first night in Denver, my brother, my sister in law, and I decided to eat here for dinner, we got the dinner specials (crispy honey chicken with noodles, Chang’s spicy chicken with white rice, Kung pao chicken with white rice, and we all had some egg drop soup) the food was okay I think they put too many peanuts in the kung pao. The next morning I got sick and threw up, later in the morning I felt fine then in the afternoon I started throwing up more and so did my sister in law and my brother. We had to miss the first night of the Decadence festival that we’ve been planning and saved up for due to this place giving us food poisoning.

The quality of the food has gone way down. I tried it a few times recently, thinking maybe it was an off night but that's not the case. The food seems to be rushed. The charred flavor is certainly missing and that takes away from the texture. Not impressed for sometime now.......

We had lunch at the downtown location on Sunday, 10/13. There were only 3 parties of 3 in the entire restaurant. We were sat in the office of the 2 other booths, this very easy to handle tables. Once we were seated 2 waitresses stood & stared at our booth for 10 minutes before the young man who seated us brought over menus. We had our 18 month old granddaughter with us, thus we ordered our drinks, appetizer & entrees all at once. The food tasted great as it always dies, but the waiter was nowhere to be found throughout our time there. At one point I had to go to the hostess podium to ask fur a soft drink refill because the waitress was the only person on the floor. No wonder there was only the parties there. The place was virtually empty on a Sunday at 1145am.

Terrible experience here for a date night. I understand low staffing issues and I appreciate workers who do show up, but the restaurant was dead with one waiter so the food took very long and we couldn’t count on free refills of our lemonade when no one is there to take our order. The food was 90% sauce and it was so bad we left basically everything but the rice, which also wasn’t good at all. It took about 40 minutes to take care of the bill because there was hardly any staff to be found. Our waiter was nice and it’s unfortunate that he was taking on so much. First and last time here, maybe the other location is better

We ordered delivery from this restaurant, which uses Uber Eats. The food arrived promptly. However, the food was so bad that it made us actually angry! We used to enjoy this restaurant when we lived downtown, but it has clearly deteriorated if our meal is any indication. The vegetable rolls were crispy but tiny, and the filling was mush and lacked any identifiable vegetables. My tofu dish was tasteless, and the tofu was cooked to an unappealing texture. The salad was sparse and lacked any dressing. It was supposed to be in its own container, but it wasn’t included in our order. To top it off, my husband’s salmon didn’t taste fresh.

Stopped in to grab dinner before the Nate Bargatze concert. Lots of empty tables but they said 20-30 min wait. Got seated in 35 min and told our waitress we were in a bit of a hurry. She was very apologetic about the wait for our food and kept checking in every 5-10 mins. After 40 minutes with no food in sight (in a now 1/3 full restaurant) we gave up. Our waitress had to check with the manager to see if we could leave without paying for the dinners we never got, thought our drinks might at least be complimentary but even had to pay for those. Very disappointing experience all around. Got a customer satisfaction survey the next day and filled that out with the above comments, a week later and still waiting for a reply to that.

I’m from Chicago and yesterday me, my boyfriend and my sister in law went to eat at this place for our first night in Denver. This morning we felt completely sick. We have diarrhea, a stomach ache and body chills from eating this food. We have been throwing up all day as well. We have a festival to be at that we paid a lot of money for and instead we are staying in our beds all day from food poisoning.

C
Carson Carter

Poor service, messed up 4 different orders on our table. when we received our “correct” order it was still incorrect. server was polite but overall a frustrating experience.
