The people that work at this Wendy's are great. Very polite and friendly. I visited their drive thru two days in a row recently and was impressed with the different people I encountered each day. The food I ordered was good too. My daughter loves Wendy's nuggets. The avacado southwest salad was terrific.

This location is amazing. Everything always tastes fresh and they so far never get the orders wrong. The employees there are friendly and efficient for a fast food place. Its like they take pride in their work. This is my go to location.

The Losson Road location has always been my favorite spot. Food was fresh and delicious as always. Service was great! The tall young gentleman with glasses working the drive thru was so courteous and pleasant it was the perfect end to another great visit!

The way fast food should be. I've been coming here periodically for lunch over the last 12 years. Food is served fast, hot, and always accurate. Susan who works the register during the lunch hour is great, hard working, always friendly and makes your dining experience better than anywhere else. I feel like she has worked there since I began going. I have heard her compliment her coworkers, which is unheard of in this industry today. The cleaner there is always busy and garbage always empty. This Wendys location is a shining example of what fast food used to be like.

Delicious freshly prepared fish combo. . .was even better than Arby's. Very courteous young male employee actually opened and held the entry door for me. He also took my order. Everyone was fast, efficient and friendly. Dining area was neat and clean. Only downer was the sticky floor on the southern side of the room.

What can I add that hasn't already been said about Wendy's? Their beef tastes like beef. Decided to splurge and had a double with fries and a Coke. As usual, it was worth the cascade of calories. Fries were piping hot. Burger and toppings were just right..... except that they forgot the pickles!!! The best part!!! Still great food though.

Everything tasted well. Hot. Service was a little slow for so early in the morning with no one there [I went at 9:45]. And they need to scrap the policy of not automatically putting ketchup in the bag. Associates were nice though & food was worth the minor wait.

Out of all of the fast food places out there Wendy's is the only one that I will eat from And the food doesn't look like someone sat on it You go to some of the other places to eat and the commercial on TV is not what the items look like. On the other hand the commercials represent what you do get at Wendy's hamburgers are good atmosphere is really nice. They also get the order correct as far as we are both concerned which is a great thing because some places don't seem to want to listen to what you're ordering

I always like Wendy's. Nothing fancy about their stores, but the hamburgers are always fresh and all the stores I've been in are well maintained and clean. They have a decent selection of good food for a fast food chain. I would recommend.

Good Fast Food Restaurant!! Since this is fast food the expectations are low and this Wendy’s mostly is good in almost all categories. The staff are friendly despite the super fast speeds they have to work at. The service was quick. The food and drinks were good. The reason for the 4 star review is the cleanliness of the facility. The floors weren’t to the standards they should be and some of the tables has crumbs from the last guest on it with no employee going to clean it off. Other than that this is a good chose for dinner.

As fast food places go, this Wendy's is pretty good. My order has always been correct. The drive through people are friendly enough. The wait times are acceptable.

This was an ok dining experience. The dining room could have definitely been cleaner, almost all of the tables were sticky. The food was fine, definitely not something to rave about. My potato looked like it was made for days ago and my burger was pretty crushed.

Hamburgers are the best of all the fast food places. Restaurant is always clean. Usually have some good deals on their app. The only issue is with their pop machine, too often it runs out of certain flavors.

It's a caps shoot. One day everything is fine the next day I go back and it will be horrible. I don't understand. One day biscuits are fine the next day your lucky if you can bite through the sandwich.

I had to go back through the drive-thru because they didn't give me a fork and a knife for my baked potato. Also I asked for salt and pepper but they gave me ketchup instead. Food tasted good though.

Would have given another star but we had to wait for the employees to finish an explicit story about their personal before our order was taken. Overall I enjoy Wendy's.

I have always loved Wendy's, but this time I rated it 3 stars. The reason for this was that the bacon cheeseburger was cool,, the french fries were cold and dry, and the chicken nuggets were cold. I do like my food hot not cold and dry. Have not given up on Wendy's just yet.

Food quality very poor. Rock hard old tasting bacon and mushy luke warm fries. Employee cleary texting on her phone with no shame. Uniform standards a joke and not too friendly. Very disappointing.

Thought I was getting a large fry with the new bacon, jalapeno, and cheese fries because of the way the clerk took my order. When I asked why the amount of fries wasn't a large they had to get the manager who told me she didn't "write the rules," what did that have to do with me wanting an large fry?"

Second time in two weeks we were told that the systems were down. Seems to be happening a lot. Which sucks because I prefer Wendy's over the McDonald's next door since any time I order from Wendy's the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty.

Today was the first, and last time, that I've come in for breakfast. The workers seemed like they didn't want to work and were extremely rude. So rude that I didn't end up getting anything to eat and it took everything in my power not to be super rude back. I'm not sure what's going on in the world now, but most people really don't want to work and/or be professional. Not my fault you are where you are. I gave it two stars because I've never had issues with the night crew, but boy that morning staff got under my skin. To top it off my wife said the food that she got (breakfast burrito) was hard.

12 minute wait in the drive thru with no explanation as to why and terrible customer service when they forgot part of my order which is even listed on the receipt. Before tonight my order has been messed up countless times and had the same awful interactions when I tried to get what I ordered. Skip this Wendy's if you can.

Another terrible review. It seems to me Wendy's service and employees are quickly going downhill... Again as a former employee I can say that it 100% starts at corporate and trickles down. The employees can't be happy working for a fast food chain that isn't run even close to properly by the upper management. I'm sure if you ask they'll say the same. It's unfortunate because Wendy's is one of my favorite places to stop at and I'm close to giving it up due to these problems. Something NEEDS to be done about this!

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. They have rarely gotten my order right and when they do, it's far from well made. If you go inside, expect a longer than acceptable wait for anything as well as cashiers that will ignore you. Choose the much nicer McDonalds next door or Anderson's down the road if you want fast food.

The Wendy’s on Transit Rd in Depew has gone so down hill. The last 3 times I was there they screwed up my order (in the drive through). The first time I was missing the burger I ordered and never received any sauce for my nuggets. The second time I never got my nuggets in the bag but got sauces…. 6 of them and they weren’t even the honey mustard I asked for and I should have only gotten 2. And now today I ordered the Dave’s single with cheese combo meal with Mayo and ketchup only and received it with onions, lettuce and pickle on it. I also ordered it with baconator fries and received it with regular fries. I could see them making a mistake here and there but really?!? The last 3 consecutive times I’ve been there. After the second screw up I called the store and I believe the managers name was Larry and he told me I could come back that day or the next to get the nuggets but I got busy and never went back. He was very nice and apologized but it’s just such an inconvenience. I think I’m just going to give up on this location.

Fries were perfect. Chicken wrap was questionable at best. My big issue is how they completely ignore the customers at the counter. By the time they finally took my order, the three other members of my group were done eating. Myself and all the people behind me in line had to wait because we're not as important as Drive Thru or Doordash customers. At least 3 other people in line gave up and walked out.

First was the soda from the machine taste like it was out of syrup but the attendant offer to fill me up from the dispenser behind the counter. When I got home I found once again the soda to be lacking syrup and to top it off was a dry burger and old tasting fries. Total disappointment!

Read my Mcds review. Entitled overpaid, prideless workers. Not all of them, but many are too bothered to serve you. Food is questionable for price increases. I'd rather they charge a few more dollars and improve their customer service and quality of food. The Baconator isn't too bad and you can't beat a Frosty once in a while. Those two would be the only reason I'd go back.

This restaurant does not even deserve one star. The employee who took my order and cashed me out took my change which was only a few cents but did not ask me if I wanted it and kept it. I ignored this and did not say anything to them about it but when me and my boyfriend ate our sandwiches, my boyfriend found a giant pile of spit in his sandwich and could not eat for the rest of the day and puked out what he had eaten when we went to see a movie at Flix close by. Needless to say my valentines date was ruined and I will not be able to go out tomorrow because I work all day. This place needs to find new employees and fire the ones who are spitting in people’s food. So if you eat here, check you’re food first before you eat it.

I went to this Wendy's today ( 7-02-2020) I got a jr bacon cheese burger. I found a dead fly in my sandwich along with the fly larva. The eggs looked like tiny bunches of rice. I tried to call the establishment but it just rang. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will NEVER eat at Wendy's again. If I could upload the pictures on here I would.

Used a debit card at the drive-thru and was overcharged. The phone number at the store is never answered. Had to place a stop-pay with my bank to get refunded for the overcharge. Stay away.

This Wendy's is ALWAYS SLOW. The customer service is poor as well. I walked in on a Sunday at 1:15 p.m. to order an Iced tea and the cashier did not greet any of us, smile, nor hussle for any of the customers. I walked out of the line after waiting 10 minutes and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. They don't understand the meaning of multi-tasking and hussle, It's called FAST-FOOD for a reason! If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered a baked potato with cheese. When I opened the package I was hit with the unmistakable stench of rotten potato. I cursory glance revealed that this was an obviously rotten potato. Any one who has a nose or eyes can tell. Why am I paying for food poisoning ?

Sunday, May 18, 2014. 11pm. Ordered 3 jr bacon cheese burgers. 2 of them had hard/stale buns. made me want to vomit. waste of money and made me lose my appetite. The previous time they screwed up my order, i let that go bc mistakes happen not a big deal but I've had 2 bad experiences in a row. Won't be ordering here for a very long time. The girl who made my food needs to step her game up. How hard is it to close the bun bag to keep them from getting hard? It is one thing to screw up an order, it is another thing to give someone stale food.

I was at this location today at approximately 4:45pm. Not one customer inside the place. One girl working near the fryers preparing orders, one guy jjust standing around, and two girls in what appears to be a supply room, and they're chatting it up. Not one person came up to take my order. After a while, I left and went across the street, to Chic FIL A. FYI, the market salad was outstanding, and so was the service.

I usually don’t write a review but this was probably my worse experience I’ve ever had the service was terrible I waiting 20+ mins for a 10 piece and they still messed the order up food was cold aswell when no line was present in the store most of the employees aren’t even wear the correct uniform and no name tags. The manager had a attitude the entire time mind you she wasn’t in a proper uniform aswell no tables were wiped down the place was just a mess I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

When you look up the word horrible, you will find this Wendy’s front and center!!. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever in my life gone to. employees clueless, manager nowhere around, no napkins in the store, I had to get a refund for the order that they messed up but they had to call the manager for an approval who was out “buying napkins” So my total horrible experience there was like 30 minutes, between waiting for the my food order which wasn’t fresh, the call to the manager, the explanation to the manager, and then the refund. Horrible, horrible, horrible place to go. Dave would be turning over in his grave if he knew how this Wendy’s was run and managed.

Once again this place can’t even get an order right. I didn’t want to come here to eat but I decided to anyway even though my food has been messed up multiple times. All I ordered was a couple simple meals, the 4 for 4. All I wanted was 3 meals, one the with no mayo on the sandwich, and one additional drink. Of course when I got the food all sandwiches had mayo and I realized I only had 3 of the 4 drinks. Since the dining room was closed and the line was very long I couldn’t go back to get the right food. Once again very disappointed for having my food screwed up again

It was a fast, not so friendly service. We ordered two adult meals a kids meal and want to try baconator fries. Well the kid didn't get fries or the baconator fries. Go to inform them of the mistake at 7pm the doors were locked. They did give me the items of course old fries. Baconator fries were a thin barely bacon or cheese. I would not go back to that location.

I wouldn't normally put a review about a fast food place because you know what you get when you're coming to one but when you arrive at 7:00 p.m. to a fast food restaurant that is labeled as open both on the doors and online only to find everything locked with no explanation you just can't let that go.

Drive thru wrapped around building. Went inside, a gentleman tried explaining the order was wrong and someone else got their drinks. Too little staff, they looked at us standing there for 10 minutes never said a word to us. We never ordered and walked out! We won’t be back for a while. More staff needed!!

Food and service was great. However, I cannot give more than 1 star due to the disgust of their bathrooms. It would be comparable to the bills game, if the stadium only cleaned the bathrooms once a month....the smell ruined my entire lunch

Got the wrong order and didn't have time to go back on lunch break. I thought something seemed awkward as the man handed me my food. Shocker is it wasn't even busy, also the burger was tasteless, nuggets mushy and the fries had no salt(w.e.) I most definitely did not get my fill and was upset I even went there. And just think 3 more dollars and I could've had roast beef down the street at Anderson's.

There is a level of respect when it comes to food. Who ever did this had no respect for the person buying this. Why not just tell me you had no bacon instead of this???

Sept 26 6pm. Ive never did a bad but had to for this location. Girl working counter was looking on her phone when I approached. I said hello she never said hello/welcome and kept her eyes on her phone. All she said was "here or go" keeping eyes down with a mumble. Never told me a price just looked at my money. I had to ask how much. She mumbled with a sigh like it was a hassle. Table area was all dirty tables and there was only 3 of us in there. Food tasted old. French fries were cold and unsalted. My single had a sliver of lettuce, 5 Pickles on it and a slimy tomato. Ugh not worth $14. Suggest going elsewhere 🤬

Came to this location for lunch on 2/25/2024, and used the drive thru. Ended up waiting exactly 35 minutes in the drive thru, with only 3 cars in front of me, and staff still got the order wrong. Casual dining restaurants can prepare food faster than this place.

Went there yesterday with my family and stood in line for 15 minutes. Never was acknowledged worker kept saying I need 2 minutes while there was a line waiting to be served ! She was more concerned about door dash. Also all of the ppl at drive thru was standing around doing nothing. Worst experience! We left and took our business to chick fila. Service was better and received our food very fast also they bring it to you at your table! Never coming back! You can’t say they were short staff because from the looks of it was a full staff. If you can’t handle a fast pace then you should t be working in this industry!

Very disgusted with the service I received here . I come here often with my husband and our kids and the service we just received was the worst. I ordered two meals and my husband asked for ketchup through the drive service line and we received “one pack of ketchup” when we asked for a few. A white woman with glasses and a high ponytail. Wendy’s do better tried calling to report will be speaking with corporate tomorrow.

If I could leave less then 1 start I would. I ordered from here today (09/27/2021) and I asked for a strawberry lemonade, all natural. Get home and take a big sip, and either they put alcohol in there or the ingredients were so bad they they started to ferment. It's been a few hours and my stomach is still upset. If they had served this to my 4 year old or if someone else didnt noticed they bad taste before drinking a lot more someone could get very very sick. I cant even think about eating anything without feeling like I'm going to get a lot more sick. I have had a few issues in the past with this location like orders wrong or cold food but this is essentially food poisoning. And there is no way they couldn't smell that when they made/served it. Never ever coming here again. Might looking into doing more about it

I would eat here. No hats on employee s no groves on there hands .food was on there floors in the kitchen alot of it serviced was very slow. The pop didn't taste right no matter what I tried it tasted sour. Would close this place down a health hazard.

We went here for a quick bite to eat. Never again. I literally ordered my food 3 times and they still couldn't get it right. Luckily the manager was there and helped these kids. While waiting the manager asked 3 different workers to start cleaning and sweeping. No one listened to her. I felt bad because she was pregnant and the only one doing anything. When we ate the food, it tasted like it had been sitting for days.

56 dollar order and we did not get the burgers we ordered. We checked to make sure everything was there before we left, it was and after driving almost a half hour home, we opened our burgers and they were not the more expensive double pretzel bacon pub cheese burgers but instead cheaper cheese burgers. Mm mm this just isn't it. In a whole. They can't bag the food. I had ordered a biggie bg, a meal and a kids meal. WHY are you putting it all in one bag. Missing sauces. Missing cheese sauces & I had to physically go in and get straws. B. Not a single Spanish or black person on shift. C. Disgusting piercings everywhere. I have worked in wendys and not a single person is allowed to have any type of facial piercings working with food. Absolutely gross.

If you're going to get Wendy's, do yourself a favor and go to another location. I received soggy, cold fries and a smashed burger with my most recent order. Person at the window didn't say a single word to me. I used to think this Wendy's was one of the best. The food and service quality has really gone downhill.

Yo, you should change your listed hours if your employees are gonna turn me away from the drive-thru at quarter to 10pm. I get that it's a Sunday night, but wow! I was told, "we're only accepting mobile orders and door dash right now". It's okay tho, I got some KFC instead. Their dining room was still open!

Great spot for a wendys but everytime I order here they screw up the entire order. I returned a sandwich because I asked for no american and they handed a new one to me with cheese on it. every single time. Train the staff please! or give me refunds easier since they always screw everything up

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I will not be going back to the store and I encourage everyone to stop eating Wendy’s. Especially this location as once before a few years back there was some attitude issues and now it seems like it’s coming back. Went to the drive-through to make an order ordered two value meals, hot spicy chicken with bottled waters. The girl was very short on the speaker when I pulled up I said as she did not offer me any size options for the value meal I said does this come in other sizes like other ones just curious and she says what size do you want? I said Which one do you have me on, and she said again what size do you want? While staring at me almost like she’s interrogating me I said well how much is this one? What size do you want. I said never mind just leave it as it is. She handed me my waters as I was putting my card back in my wallet and she started shaking her head the other people , they were laughing. So when I went to make a complaint on their website. I have no receipt so I don’t even know how to prove anything. So I threw the food out because I didn’t trust it. Hadn’t been to Wendy’s in a long time-probably a year or more. We stopped going to this location because the service was bad and the food was worse, but we were willing to give it another chance. At around 6:30 pm on a Thursday, we went through the drive thru. First, I pull up and I am asked to wait. Ok, no problem. They were very polite about it and there were several cars ahead of me. However, I literally waited over 5 minutes, which doesn’t seem like a long time, but think about it, it’s fast food, that equates to hours in real time. Finally, they come back and apologize for the wait-I give them praise for that. I place my order- they are out of baked potatoes-of course, the one thing I really wanted. Fine, I order fries instead-in my head I knew that was a bad decision. After I finish placing my order, I go to pick it up, all is good, it is out quickly. Great. Nope. I was smart enough to check the hamburger before leaving the parking lot. We ordered a hamburger with ketchup and onions only. This hamburger had cheese on it. Now, I had to get out of the car and go in. The server was nice enough, apologized and gave me a new burger. And we are off. I live about 5 or 6 minutes away. We get home, everything is ice cold, and I don’t mean “warm” or “cooling down.”I mean food that had been sitting around before they put it in the bag. The fries were literally cold and hard. The burger was flavorless and now they left the ketchup off. Come on-this is my new burger? Are you kidding me? Crispy nuggets-not crispy just cold. Talk about a disappointing meal. We ended up throwing everything away except for a frosty. $17 wasted on garbage. Failed. No more chances Wendy’s. You need to hire people that care about their jobs and don’t just want to stand around and get paid for doing nothing.

The potholes throughout the parking lot are more like sinkholes. Help, Ive fallen in............................. Update- literally the worst food I have ever had from wendys. Food was old, hard, dried out, cold- chicken, burgers and fries. Missing a chili, no chili on the chili cheese fries, no frostychino, and they gave me a container of fries instead of the baked potato i ordered. Maybe its funny for the staff, but not so funny when i paid $40 to feed my family and had to throw it out.
