After a long weekend, decided to not cook and stopped into Shelly's. I've been here before for wings but it was my 1st wife's 1st time. I had the Nashville hot wings which were very good. My wife had a pepper jack cheese burger which was cooked to perfection. Nice selection of wing flavors to choose from. Just so happened we hit it during happy hour which had a dollar off drafts and on a Monday which had a discount on burgers. We are planning to go again.

Tooling though town after doing a job in the area we were tired and looking for a bite. Because we were not totally familiar with the dining options in town we decided to pull a quick U turn and check out Shelly's. We were NOT disappointed at all! The quiet home town family feel (on a Wednesday night) was perfect after a long day but it was the food that will have us going back. Delicious food at a reasonable price and amazing service! While I might have only ordered a simple chicken sandwich it's probably the best one I have ever had. We loved our visit and will definitely be coming back.

On a pit stop after a job in the area at almost 9 in the evening we saw the neon glow of Shellys Sign and were starving. It's always a 50/50 when you're in unfamiliar territory.. but I'm so glad we stopped. First of all that menu is quite impressive. I've never seen that many wing flavors in my life. Second the hospitality of the servers is impeccable. Good service is a rare commodity these days and she was great. But the real Jem of this place is the food.. quality home cooking like that needs to be bragged about. The dressings are solid gold. I cant wait to wander that way again!

Food is good. Side salad is a lot for just a side salad, and the dressing is yummy. I loved the seafood chowder, it's oozing with seafood. Servings are big enough to fill you up, with some for taking home, and the prices are very modest. Will definitely go back 😊😊🤩🤩

I was there for a banquet so I didn't get the full experience but the staff was great and what was on the buffet was tasty.

I was passing through this town for business and saw this Shelly's on the corner. So I stopped in, figuring a diner would be able to accommodate the 35 minutes I had before needing to get back on the road. The sign upon entering said please wait to be seated- no problem. I noticed that there were customers at 3 tables and a guy sitting at the bar- perfect, not busy. But it was 1155pm so I figured the lunch rush would be in soon. After about 5-6minutes of standing next to the sign (I was not greeted but I did get a chance to read every single sign posted and look at all of the decor on the walls), the nice waitress came around and gave me my pick of seats. Needless to say at 12:30 I left with my lunch in a to go box. Didn't have enough time. So this is a quintessential country diner with a bar- nothing fancy, extremely reasonable prices, food to fill your belly, and no one is in a hurry. They host live music, which is awesome, but since I didn't get to experience that, I can't rate it. I'd say it's perfect for that village and the locals, but may not be something of a destination eatery. The waitress was very kind and did her best, so thank you :)

They said they were open and yet all the doors were locked . It was 1pm . If you are going to advertise you are open and you had a red Open sign in the window , then you should of been open . No cars were in the parking lot except a Minivan in the back
