This has got to be the worst Burger King in the DFW. First we tell them the order twice, on a broken intercom….we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru only for them to get the order wrong…the customer service here is pure trash…it went from: incorrect order, accusing us of lying on our order, wanting us to move up in order to cook our burgers again, charging us more money for their error, then getting an attitude after we ask for our money back…..all while we were still sitting in the drive thru for two burgers and fries!!! We just wanted them to fix the burgers…..that’s it!!! Baby they were acting like we asked them to come to the house and flip the burgers!!! Just pure attitude and disregard. If you’re hungry, your best bet is to use your air fryer at home or go to their competitor cause this Burger King is diabolical with time and customer service. It’s a NO for me.

I walked in and ordered this visit. While standing at the front counter, I could plainly see grit, grime, and dirt above the fry station. I spoke to the manager about it, citing how unsavory it appears to customers. She persisted to inform me that she had no control and had no power to direct another crew member to clean it and I would have to speak to HER boss…who wasn’t at work. Happened at 1:00 Thursday, May 22nd, 2025

This is the WORST Burger King. I mean what can you expect for fast food, but this specific location is awful. We sat at the speaker to order for 15 min repeatably asking if we could order… no answer. This is the second time we have had this happen and we just leave. One other time we ordered on the app and when arriving to pick up they told us they were closed… though they didn’t close h til midnight and it was 1045pm.. dude this place needs to close. The town has just gone down hill to begin with.

This is the absolute worst Burger King I can never contact an actual person in the restaurant because they never answer the phone I’ve orders through their mobile app and the door dasher got switched 4 different times and when it came time to deliver my food after waiting an hour abs a half I walk outside when I get a text saying driver is approaching and no effort was made to get out roll window down or some to me so as I approach the vehicle they just speed off with my food still in there possession!!!! And took a picture of a house saying that the food was delivered safely as you can see all they did was take a random picture this was the worst experience I don’t ever want to order from this location again!!!! Still no refund and join has contacted me at all

The absolute worst bk in DFW!! I've tried to give them chance after chance--only because I enjoy croissants, but they take entirely too long . I swear, I'll sit at the drive thru for 5 to 7 minutes. Instead of getting livid, I just go to McDonald's next door where at least I'll get some food this year!! I hate this particular burger King. It should be closed permanently!!💯

Placed order via BK website for delivery. the amount was well over $30. $38 to be exact. I received a call from delivery person (apparently BK uses Door Dash as the delivery person). The driver goes on to tell me that BK gave my order accidentally to the wrong person. He then hands the phone to the manager of BK. This man goes on to inform me that all that I can do is reorder and be charged again. There was no apology or anything. Basically I was out of my money and got no resolution. I reached out to BK complaints to be told that the order was delivered by their records. They could not tell me who not where. Again no resolution as I received no food nor my money back!

Store displays closed at 12 am. Waited at drive thru for 5 mins only to realize they closed. It was 11:12 pm. Y’all have got to honor stores open and closing times. It’s as simple as updating the store hours. Stop wasting peoples time and driving there for nothing is also risking people’s lives on the road only to be lie to by stores operating hours.

Wanted an Impossible Burger, this is what I got, minus the bites. No lettuce, tiny piece of tomato, a tiny onion and 2 pickles. (See picture)This is pathetic. My husband warned me not to get one. The other picture is a burger from In and Out Burgers, this is what my husband got. You do the comparison!

I'm glad I opened my burger to spread my pickles because this was what I almost ate in my car. I also did not get a receipt. You never seem to get a receipt when the order is wrong.
