Food was hot, fresh, and made to order. The entire staff is friendly, hard working and work well together, esp. during busy lunch and dinner rushes. I am ALWAYS pleased with my food and have NO COMPLAINTS. This is definitely THE BEST KFC IN DFW. HANDS DOWN. Way to go Mgrs Madelynn, Quintavius, Amanda and Christian. Thank you for always going the extra mile for all your customers. Kudos and Job well done for everybody!! 👏👏
I swear this was the cleanest restaurant I’ve seen..I mean really clean.. The food was fresh and cooked with plenty of love for its customers.. The Management Madelynn Davis is the Best Manager in this country.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The customer service and food quality at the KFC in Desoto, Texas, were outstanding during my visit on December 8, 2025. The manager demonstrated exceptional leadership, actively engaging with her team and contributing to their efforts. I eagerly anticipate returning to this location in the near future. Happy Customer
Tonight I visited the KFC in De Soto off of 35 in Pleasant run. I must admit that my area is not known for customer service or good customer service I should say. However, today I visited and was greeted by a young man named Chris in the drive-through, I was so impressed with his Customerservice skill, his manners and his ability to take my order and actually make me smile at the intercom. So much so that I asked who was at the intercom when I got to the window. For the first time in a very long time, I had confidence that my order was going be correct, and that my food was going be made with quality, he made my order with a smile. At a time when young people get such a bad rep for not putting forth the greatest effort into their jobs. I was proud to see a young man take such pride in his work. Kudos to Chris.
I was in there 10/3/2025 a customer walked in a few seconds behind me. Rude to the cashier and walked out. The young lady was respectful to the customer greeted her nicely. The young lady cashier didn’t deserve the disrespect. We are all hungry let’s be nice.
Just ordered with the gentlemen Que! His customer service was amazing he never lost eye contact with while interacting with me! I’m a picky eater so I asked for fresh wings! He told me they had some coming up in 2 mins and 2mins it was! I highly recommend this location
My wife and I just dined in during their rush hour. The whole team was working great together. The manager was rushing and helping everyone. Great customer service. Great job team!

This post was meant for the Waxahachie TX location. I will repost. Gave 5 stars back. ********************************************* It's so unfortunate that good service no longer exists overall in the food industry. I chose to visit KFC Wacahachie instead of going a little ways down to Dickeys to purchase mashed potatoes and corn. I had been at the hospital with my husband all day, and that's what he asked for. When we got home, the corn was terrible. It looked old and partially burned. I contacted the manager to request a refund because I was too tired to drive back after the long day I'd already had. But she told me she was not allowed to give refunds and that there is a sign stating they don't give refunds posted. I'm not sure where that is. I didn't see nor look for it, but I guess we should all start looking for that in all restaurants. First of all, that corn should not have been served to anyone. Heck, pigs and hogs wouldn't eat it. Secondly, there is no consideration for asking people to use their time and fuel to drive back to get another item that I really didn't want. Third, I assume they have a no refund disclaimer due to people requesting funds back because of unacceptable food being served to people, not to mention the ridiculous cost of an order of corn. Finally, we'd like to support this business but not when they are like this.
Young lady at the front was kind but had to wait twenty minutes on extra crispy, only to be told they gave it away. The chicken I received was really soft but the flavor was great! Maybe next time it will be better on ten dollar Tuesday......
I ordered the 8 piece with two mashed potatoes and gravy. I prefer the breast meat and not legs. So I ordered 2 breasts 2 wings and 4 thighs. They had no biscuits so they were nice and offered a large side. I paid extra for the second breast. I got home and only one breast and three drumsticks. I didn't want drumsticks. I called and they said bring it back but if I ate any I could not get a refund nor replacement. Bad customer service.
I never had an issue with the company until today I been eating the food for years and recently on 1/27/26 I was in the Drive-Thru and I only got the new cheese sticks can I use my cash app credit card today Friday 1/29/26 I look into my phone and I had $26 apparently someone stole money from my cash app credit card in the only place that I went to was KFC with that card I've already called the police I've already called my bank to cancel the card and I would like that person who was at the drive-thru that night on Tuesday 8pm fired immediately.
The store is not closed yet there is 10-15 mins left until yall close they locked the doors early. And on the speakers when I tried to talk to them they said “we can’t hear u” and I’m yelling So I pull up to the window to order and nobody wants to take the order that are too lazy to work the closing minutes. The lady in the picture sat there on her phone on the counter for many minutes while I was waiting at the window to order. Worst customer service ever made me hate this location I’ll never come back she’s a laZYYYYY PERSONNNNN YOUR GETTING PAID DO YOUR DAM JOB…..
So disappointing! Kfc has always been a staple since childhood but recently they've gone to shit.. Especially at this I-35 desoto location. The employees don't care or take pride in any aspect, not the service, the food or the store. They never have what is advertised, the chicken, especially the original is def not what it used to be. I go at all different times of day & never seem to get fresh chicken, the sides are not good, & they usually get the orders wrong. What is happening to the fast-food industry, it has become as issue at most of the places especially in desoto/cedar hill/Duncanville area's. Come on KFC, do better!
Just left the KFC location in DeSoto off Pleasant Run and Interstate 35 and the chicken I purchased was not done at all, you can still blood on top of the chicken. This location is going to get someone sick not properly cooking the chicken right! I recommend that if you want chicken, please do not stop at that location..
I talked to the mgr Christal and the entire staff was rude and unprofessional. It took them 10 minutes to get 3 jalapeño peppers. The food was terrible too, the chicken didn’t look done. I will NEVER patronize this location again or just go to another establishment that’s more professional to their customers
Terrible service. They locked the doors at 8pm then forgot something so we had to knock on the door over and over. Then we asked for hot sauce and the worker said he can’t because his boss would get mad if he’s not servicing the customers. I said we are a customer… his response was I’m sorry I can’t and went back inside
I placed an order online today 9/9/23. My husband picked it up. Upon arrival; I immediately started feeding the food to my children and bit into a biscuit. The biscuit is raw!! I’m not even joking or being dramatic as to how raw. I called the location- response was send your husband to grab some biscuits or call the 1800 number. No apology, no empathy, simply a robatic answer.
