Rosie Miya Isabell and everyone was great. Super nice Super Delicious and as always super fresh. The knowledge of the employees when asked about the menu items where superb. Rosie is not just a manager she was hands on helping her team. Great job EVERYONE!!!!!

The manager Stacy was very kind! Someone in the drive through ordered a bunch of baked potatoes so when I ordered mine I had to wait 10 minutes but she communicated clearly and kindly and made sure everything came out fresh and made for certain the order was correct and even offered a cookie for the wait. She was polite and spoke with staff and it seems like their team works well together because she said hey guys let me know as soon as that potato is ready! I’m glad she was there today!

What happened? The burger, Dave's single no onions, was not what I remember! I'm glad I got the spicy 4 nuggets to offset the burger, the fries are still good- I should've just ate at home (I made gumbo)...smh

I went through the drive-through, placed my order, went to the first window and paid for it. Went to the second window. I received my drink. Then about after 30 seconds a young lady asked me to back up to the yellow pylon. I asked her why? She said because my sandwich wasn’t ready. I questioned her again. Why would I need to back up? She just kept repeating because my sandwich was not finished. I reluctantly backed up to the yellow pylon. Not 30 seconds later, the young lady puts her hand out the window. I just sat there and then finally she hung her head out and asked me to pull up. I again asked her what was that all about that does not make any sense that because my sandwich wasn’t ready that I had to back up and then come back up. I don’t know if this is some kind of hurry up and get your customers through the line, and if it’s gonna take a minute, let’s back it up. I don’t know. I just think this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happened to me. I will not be going back to this Wendy’s.

Was there a manager at this store 1/9/26. I never seen Wendy's SO empty and I see why the gentleman told me to hold om at the drive thru speaker and then never came back to take my order! WOW!! Then as I drove off the customer that was on front of me was not even at the window...they were parked between tje 2 windows. It was like they was purposely not taken orders and blocking the drive thru so they would not have to work. Did I go inside...nope just took my business else where but I have never seen a fast food CHain act that way besides the Sonic on Hampton and see where that got them!

⭐️ 1-Star Review Very slow service at the drive-thru — it took 20 minutes just to get our food. We were passing by from out of town and decided to give this place a chance after reading mixed reviews. Big mistake. Not only was the wait extremely long, but our entire order was wrong. The sodas had no flavor, my salad came with no utensils and no dressing, and the triple meat Baconator didn’t even have bacon. A burger we specifically ordered without cheese came with cheese. On top of that, the salad is much smaller than it used to be but more expensive. When we finally got to the window, they didn’t even know what our order was. We repeated it, and somehow it still came out wrong. Overall, very disappointing experience. We were just passing through, but this left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning.

Placed a mobile order through the app but once I got to the restaurant I was told their system wasn’t working for them to make my order ahead of time so I sat and waited for them to finish. Once I received my order I notice I was missing an item. I tried to go back into the restaurant to get the item and The manager Sandra basically called me a liar. stating she put the item in the bag but I must’ve took it out and that she wasn’t replacing it. SANDRA clearly dosent like her job being a manager at Wendy’s and needs someone to replace her. She sucks really bad. Shoutout to the guy that gave me her name. I will no longer spend my money here again.

I came in on yesterday with my granddaughter I needed to use the restroom before we ordered anything I waited patiently unfortunately I had an accident the manager told me to wait but she then said she didn't have a key I waited for a while very hurt!! We never ordered!!doors were looked and I had to leave because I was using it on myself,I know you were busy but to have me wait,then tell me you don't have a key was humiliating!! Both supervisors were available! I'm still coping with the discomfort and not being able to order my grandbaby anything until I relieved myself!! I will never come back again!!

Went to this location today had to make an order through an AI voice automatic system placed an order for a chili cheese, baked potato with chives, butter, and sour cream. The amount of chili they put on the potato was like using a breakfast cereal spoon they did not put the chives on the potato and also there was no butter in the bag. Potato was dryer than a “ Popeyes Buscuit “. For this to be a brand new location their food should taste way better and actually be made how people order it.

I work with mac haik ford and this is your usual breakfast spot to pick up food a woman in the drive thru on Aug 9 at 9:10 didn't want to do the big order it was only 18 biscuits for our service department and she denied our order but its on less money being made for you guys good job 👏

Placed 2 mobile orders—both were incorrect. Fries in both were cold and tasted old. My wrap wasn’t wrapped properly; it was just thrown in the bag and fell apart. Asked for no bacon on my spicy chicken sandwich, but it still had bacon. The chicken patty wasn’t spicy, and there was no extra cheese as requested. Overall, poor customer service and very disappointing experience.

I went to this wendys tonight and had the worst service from the manager Eunice. The second drive thru wasn't working so instead of her accommodating she wanted me to get back in line with several cars ahead of me. The issue with this is that there wasn't a cone in place to let us know that the line was closed so this seems to be at fault of the manager. She then catches an attitude at the drive thru window and when I asked for the info to contact corporate she refused to give this info and said " I don't know, you can look it up and literally slammed the window with my kids in the car! Managers are put in to place to deescalate situations involving their guest and to set an example for their staff. The manager on duty tonight should absolutely not be in a leadership role unless you're desperate and in need. Otherwise she leaves an incredibly poor taste in customer mouths. Please check the cameras and see how she handles customer service because i noticed the staff were young adults and she shouldn't be the representation that they have while they transition to adults and leadership roles that should mirror compassion, empathy and hospitality! If you're not equipped to provide hospitality to your guests then maybe you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. I will be doing my due diligence and looking up the corporate number to report this manager because slamming the window in my face in front of children was sooooo unnecessarily rude and blatantly disrespectful.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to… they throw your food together on multiple occasions. They can’t lettuce wrap or understand what extra lettuce is they don’t care about getting your order right. They don’t match rewards when their system is down which is all the time and they are rude in general… I ordered a regular fountain drink the person taking my order couldn’t find it so she charged me for the hand squeezed lemonade instead a of the Minute Maid limonada like I asked pic of the third time I asked for extra lettuce for a lettuce wrap burger this is what they did… Then they gave me half fries and half leftover breakfast potatoes 😔 just lazy. then I saw them eating in the food prep area… workers walking about eating holes in their cloths just terrifible.

I ordered a 4 for 4 and paid extra to have medium fries. Upon looking in my bag I notice I have a MEDIUM CARTON for a VALUE FRY. I could literally see the bottom of the fry carton. I informed the guy at the window who informed the manager, a hispanic lady. She proceeds to yell at me and tell me that what I had was a medium fry. After showing her the bag she takes it back and drops the fries IN THE OIL AGAIN AND PUTS THEM BACK IN MY CARTON. I worked fast food previously and im not dumb. She completely disregarded my request that could’ve easily been fixed. Very Nasty/Very Sad. UPDATE : they served me the oldest chicken patty they had back there omg I went to the door and the girl told me I have to wait in this extra long drive thru line to get my order fixed. Never again. Never again. Never again. This is ridiculous.

admittedly, I took more bites than I should have but I was ravenous after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru line. this was the jalapeño popper sandwich and the chicken patty…well, you see it, DRY and tough to eat. it was a sad day.

They were so slow. It took 20+ min. To get thru the line. Also the food prep was not that correct. The sandwich only had lettuce and a flat piece of chicken. 04/23/21 -The photos are from breakfast at Wendy's on Pleasant Run Desoto to. The bun was wet and meat burnt. I spent $7.00 for food not edible. Service was bad, I had to get their attention. It took 7 minutes for my order. This is why MacDonald's line is long and none was in their line and this is why I decided to get breakfast there. Never again!!!! You have to have people work for your establishment who cares... Those folks on duty did not.

This Wendy's needs new management! It's sad that you have to wait in drive thru for so long. Reading past reviews, I see this has been an issue for some time now. Each car ahead of me has to wait at the speaker approximately 15-20 minutes before someone even takes the order. No one is in line ahead of the speaker so it makes no sense for the customer service to be this pathetic and slow. I have now made it to the speaker and the clock is ticking........got my order taken now more waiting. The cars that were ahead of me are still in line. Guess I should have went ahead and followed the NEW Popeye's chicken sandwich bandwagon. The line was long there too but I'm sure those people have ate their food and are at home tucked in bed by now. Ok now that I've made it to the pickup window, I'm greeted by a non-verbal young female employee with the biggest eyelashes I've ever seen. I would hate to find one of those on my burger. She couldnt even say thank you, literally handed my bag right out the window and closed it after I grabbed it. I hope Corporate is reading these reviews because this makes no sense at all! DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S!
